As a reminder to people, you have "morning height"also to consider. Morning height is when you wake up from rest.the spinal cord expands upto one inch because the fluids in the disc's expands.during the day,the disc's compress losing that one inch. So actually your height varies
The more conscious you are about your height, the more insecure you become and the less likely you are to stand up straight (ironically making you look shorter). Stand up straight, wear shoes that aren’t flat (you need all of the height you can get). Wear clothes that fit you well, and consider lifts as the last resort, and only use the smallest lift, like half an inch or an inch, any taller will just make your feet hurt and consequently make you not stand up straight (which defeats the purpose of lifts).
My roommate is vertically challenged. He wears lifts. I'm 6'. He's now at my height when I've got no shoes on. I tried his lifts in my cowboy boots with a Cuban heel. I ended up at about 6'4" between the boot and lifts. Went and got myself some. No shame, and no regrets. It's great.

It was also nice to see the comfort of these lifts as many are hard plastic that if you would wear them for more than an hour or two would be very painful. You should do a follow up review if you start wearing them daily.

Bro, loosen the laces... with that thing in your shoe you're obviously going to need more headroom so you wouldn't leave the laces as tight as they were originally.
all these 5'9+ people in the comments are killing me. I'm 5'2. I'm literally thinking about getting leg lengthening surgery (an extremely painful procedure which involves breaking your bones, using pins to make the breaks larger and waiting for them to heal on their own) just to be at least 5'5.
Assuming you are male please don't do that man. There's way too much that can go wrong and I guarantee you'll be wishing you never even thought about it when you're laying there in pain wondering if you'll ever be able to walk again. It's not worth the risk to gain a few inches imho. Not even close. 5'2 is very short for a guy, but it's not the end of the world. It's very possible to work around your height and be just successful as, if not moreso than a 6' guy. If you're female then please excuse me......but in that case what are you worried about? Guys like short. :)
@@propane6479 yeah well my guess is you aren't 5'2. Being this short as a guy is something that beats me down literally every day.. having to look up at everyone, people don't respect me and I'm just a joke to them.
@@elliott5052 I'll share my opinion with you. Even with surgery you would still be considered short. Don't let your insecurities control your life. You can't control your height. You are gonna let a characteristic that you can't change define your ENTIRE life and well-being? It's not worth it... There are people out there in a wheelchair who wish to have working legs like yours. Yeah, being short nowadays is hard. Society is fucked up and it favors taller men in certain ways. But trust me, It's not the end of the world. Don't obssess over things you can't change, that's my advice. Focus on things you can. It's a stoic principle.
Watched the video, just one question, wouldn’t buying larger size shoes be too big? Your feet only extend out it’s natural size. I know that the heel part will be elevated from the insert, but if you buy bigger shoes then your toes will end up at the end of the laces instead of the front of the shoe, unless I’m missing something.
These heels are not designed for dress shoes. So buying a bigger dress show will not matter in this case. This heel lift only works well in basketball shoes and Chuck Taylors. If you buy low top shoes your heel will pop out of the shoe due to the material in the back of the shoe not being tall enough...Thanks for stopping by!!
Thanks for your reply. My question is still unanswered. I’m saying if you buy a larger shoe, your foot size from heel to toe does not grow longer. When you buy a bigger size shoe, the heel to toe also is bigger, so even if your heel is raised, you face the issue of now not being able to fit heel to toe in the shoe. Does this make sense?

Great video and I am the same height as well, lucky for me my girl is 5 feet tall but I still want to tower over her… so go an extra 1/2 shoe size with every inch of insole…. Damn I have an 11 size feet guess I’m wearing size 12 1/2 shoes 😂
A guy at my job came in one day and was about an inch and a half taller than he was the day before and I noticed instantly. Our brains are very good at picking up on that kind of thing so if you think no one will notice you are kidding yourself.
I can even notice when someone wears like a air max and then another day a all star. You can see his eye level is higher or lower
just have to get a new job, new friends, and a new city
Thanks for the insights.
Want buy give me the link please
Im 6 3 and I kinda wanna get these lol
I'm 6'2 and I bought the actual shoes from Amazon that have built in 4" insoles with arch supports.
This will be interesting!
Same i just ordered mine lol
Bro, loosen the laces... with that thing in your shoe you're obviously going to need more headroom so you wouldn't leave the laces as tight as they were originally.
Damn...I sprained my ankle because I took your advice. Now I have a $500 medical bill thanks bro....:(
My boy Bernard has a youtube channel who would've known.
Yup!! Its about time! Right!! hahhhh
all these 5'9+ people in the comments are killing me.
imo Surgery seems a bit extreme
I’m also 5”0 so I am no where near you guys!
Can u get lifts for sandels?
Steve Runyon lolol...I have no clue! I’ll check and get back to you.
“I don’t have a whole lot of clearance...in the shoe”
Those high insoles are only good for high neck shoes.
Otherwise your feet gonna popout from those shoes
Neither did I....I will have to just live with Gods decision when he created me....
My big toes looks like my butt cheek now because I wore them too long 5 days a week...damn....I f'd up.
5'9 and I want to be taller cus I can. Life is short
I’m 5 ‘11 & a half.
Do they have half inches?
No, I dont think so...Sorry for the really late response. I had ball surgery and I'm still healing....
TheWiseBro You’re like such a troll. I read your replies and they are hilarious. You said “Im 5ft7 with my pants down”🤣wtf?
I'm 5'4 on a good day and my girl is 5'8😂she sent me this video😑😂
Im 5'8 and my woman is 6 foot lol
Not gonna lie you might be cool with that but I’d refuse to harbor that kind of energy from a woman. I don’t like jokes like that
@@officialconch me neither. However you must stand your ground and not show any type of bitterness showing that you not care. Eventually she wont care either
@@miguelcardenas6825 Thats easy to say but emotions are natural and I can’t hide if that bothers me/when that bothers me. People who do that are abusers and they deserve the worst
@@officialconch thats why i said stand your ground. I never say to take sh*t just stand your ground and if she is disrespectful move one. Nobody like a disrepectfuk broad
Nice vid
Thanks! I try!

Your 5.7 1/2, well I am 5.6 1/2 🤣😂good video
Aye you 5’7.5” , you practically 5’8”
Your right!! Damn...do I really need these then...??
@@TheWiseBro depends I’m 5’9 1/2 sometimes I often run into 5’2 dudes and 4’8 women and I feel huge lady’s look but sometimes I often run into 6’7 dudes And 6’3 women in Casinos then I wish I had my lifts
How did the two inch lifts fit?
The two inch lift was too high. My foot was completely out of the shoe. I would only use the two inch lifts in boots or high top shoes.
Being tall or wearing lifts still don’t help you if you ugly, unless she doesn’t care about looks which means your height will most likely help you! Find women who judge you on who you are. After all life is short and we are all flat on our backs in our caskets.
These things are kinda what the wonderbra is to women.
I'm 6'2 and I want these lmfao
You will be tall ASF!! haha!! Thanks for stopping by bro!! Happy New Year!!
@Dijon Hamilton lol lmfao rofl lol idk. You sound like a 9 year old girl texting.
So much drama
😡you taller than me...
You are still a midget infront of nba players 😂
Are they good for air force 1s?
Yes but no more than 1 in inche
Awsome how much do they cost
SloshedMirror16 theybare around $30. I purchased them on Instagram
TheWiseBro can we get 3-4 inch one
Even if your tall these force you to walk properly (on the balls of your feet).
Exactly! Thats why I love them!!
Did they make you taller???
Made my back hurt...and made me lay in my bed so I was short again....
I found lifts uncomfortable you'd need to get bigger size shoes but then you'd have to buy new shoes .
How do you not have more subs? 🤔
I wear them but i got back pain over time. Is this normal?
No go to a doc
How often did you wear them and for how long?
Nope! It means your spine disagrees with your choice. Yeah, I feel your pain.
I already did. He told me to just live with it and then he gave me the cough test and told me my balls are tall enough so I am good
3 times a week..then my toes started to hurt. I recommend just wearing them to casual events. Not an everyday wear.
I’ve never been a person that was in to “brand names”, because it seems superficial and pointless. Every time I hear him mention a name of a shoe I cringe. I’ve always just worn shoes. Are they comfortable, affordable, and and I like the way they look? Then who gives a shit? But thanks for the review
Forrest Munden because it’s an example , a lot of people have timberlands so it’s a good reference.
I think that this would fuck up your ancles and posture.
Dude do you feel like taller that's the point?
Shoe lifts makes your arms look short. You better have long arms when you wear those.
Your shoes are not good for these insoles, buy elevator shoes instead (alot more discreet and comfortable)
