I would definitely advise buying a size bigger. I save a ton of cash just simply buying a cheap thick old size 11 ( in the UK) boot from a budget store. Using a pair of strong scissors I cut the whole shoes down to just the heel. After a bit of trimming these are placed inside another pair of identical boot, albeit a larger size 12. There are types of Insoles that are actually good. I suggest that you get ang insole that covers the whole foot not the ones as examples in this video that is only in half. I feel unconfident if I don't wear insoles. Insoles make my stance when standing more confident.
Here's a review and suggestion out of a true experience. First thing you need to know is which insole/ insert works for you and is comfortable. I didn't try add height. But I think out if rest the ones that looks like add height with memory foam. Shoe, is the biggest factor which affect any of these insoles and techniques. Buy shoes which is already a mid top high. No matter if it's a casual or dressed ones but always go for mid top. They give you space to put insoles and gives you more grip around ankles and you can even run in mid top dress shoes which isn't comfortably true in traditional shoes.
Interesting video, but I've had no problems (I think!) with gel heel inserts (of 1, 2 or 4 layers). They also protect my heels from jarring and bruising.

Because I am disabled and can't pedal like I used to. In short(pun) I have a hard time mounting and dismounting from this overpowered beast. What would be the best insert for my wide runners to raise my height 2 inches? I do have a pair of overpriced orthotic inserts that BlueCross paid about 400 bucks a pair for and they suck! What's the point of faking your true height? People can do what they want, I just don't understand why people care about looking taller than they really are, it comes across as pretentious and really fake. People seem to feel that being taller suddenly makes them better or cooler, I don't get it at all. What's important is being happy and healthy. Height is not relevant unless you're in the NBA. There's this weird stigma that it's better to be tall than short. You never hear people wanting to lose height.
okay, so I just purchased a pair. I couldn't find anywhere to put in a promo code which sucked, but I don't mind paying for quality. I'm excited to see what these do for me, I've had the lift kits before and while they were durable they weren't very comfortable. once I receive these, I will test them out and come back to do my comparison between the two. so stay tuned!
@@aras7565 hi bro, can this insoles damage our height in the long run? Some people say make it one's height shorter because it affects our achiles tendon to have compression
More than 2 inches and the insoles won't fit most of your shoes. Trust me I've tried. If you wanna add more than 2 inches, just buy elevator shoes, they are designed to add up to 6 inches.
For 20 years I've delt with a leg length discrepancy due to an injury . Requiring a special outsole lift to even out . And your telling me that there's people out there just trying to gain an inch of height willingly ..... Dam I'd rather be short and have an even height then deal with what I got . This is insane
Right on I ordered a well known a pair of heightening shoe company that if you do not mine shall remain nameless, & insole of the shoe was that you wore walking on concrete I just simple sent them back.

I dont csre about height, i have pain in my left heel, i want a nice air bounce to help with this, so that first example looks good to me, if I could put balloons in my shoes i would to help with my pain, thanks in advance.
Why would anyone care how tall they are? That's silly. Be what you are and be proud of it. As a woman, wearing heels all my life was a pain really. I'm almost 5' 6", and can no longer wear them after foot surgery, but I'd hate to have to walk around in regular tennis shoes with a slant like a high heel on the inside!
Because modern women have decided it is a death sentence to be a short man. It's impossible to be proud of who you are when you will most likely die alone if your height starts with a 5. It is truly a cruel world, being deemed worthless for something we have no control over.

Whenever I wear insoles in shoes the shoes become tighter. Can you please recommend a method to prevent this? I have a shoemaker, what should I tell him to solve this issue?
If you want to buy height insoles just think about how people will react when they see you standing without those insoles. It will also remind you of your height insecurity every time you take your shoes off and shrink. It also wont be good for your feet. Its really bad in the long term. Its better to just deal with your insecurities instead of trying to compensate with things like this. If you really want to go with those insoles go with like 0,5 inch or something which is not very obvious.

I recently installed an electric bike motor kit on my mountain bike. Because I am disabled and can't pedal like I used to.
In short(pun) I have a hard time mounting and dismounting from this overpowered beast.
What would be the best insert for my wide runners to raise my height 2 inches? I don't pedal due to issues with my legs too( other than to just get started or this over powered bike will wheelie on me.
I do have a pair of overpriced orthotic inserts that BlueCross paid about 400 bucks a pair for and they suck! The ones from the dollar store for 3 or 4 bucks are more comfortable but don't give me any extra height.
I guess in hindsight I should have got a step through bike frame but is kind of late for that!
I need about 2 inches height increase but likely wouldn't be walking much.
HELP!! PLEASE!!
THANKS MUCH.
PS. I am 58 and have the back and body of an 85 year old man. Life sucks sometimes!
Thanks again for any suggestions or help you can offer.

I actually wore this to make look taller in school but its sooo uncomfortable! But i quess you only live once :)
Yeah these look better than folding a sock and putting it below the insole😂
I m doin same for year hahaha ur comment is so relatable i thought im the only one doin this
was going to buy your shit but the site just looked sketchy plussss when we went to checkout the price boosted to 40$ when it said it would be 20$ (shipping was 10$ added to the 40$ which makes sense) but bro this just was abit to scetch for me
SAME WITH ME...I WAS GOING TO BUY, BUT WEBSITE AND PRICING IS VERY SKETCHY. IT HIGHLIGHTS 19.95 BUT YOUR REALLY CHARGED $39, THEN THE SO CALLED "BUY ONE GET ONE", CHARGES $10 FOR SHIPPING. ...SMH YOU UP PAYING ALMOST $60 FOR A 2IN SHOE INSOLE!...REALLY!
Buy from amazon they r like $10

Some women wear high heels all day so i dont think its a problem for us guys
I tried to order but where do I put in the promo code TIMEOUT? I live in Sydney Australia so it's pretty expensive for me ☹
My experience 2.4 to3.0 lift shoes is not that uncomfortable, but anything higher will hurt your feet,I would recommend to not wear them, but understand if your shorter in society that promotes taller is better.
I agree. More than 3 cm will hurt you and your body would look disproportionate. I have a friend who got a chick at home for a one nigh stand and in the morning she noticed he was shorter
@@markkuuss Go on with story pls
Purple should make height insoles
lads if you just want a 2-inch increase in height just buy a shoe with a 5cm midsole! that's 2inches of height gain without walking uncomfortable! those shoes actually feel like cushions when u walk with them lol
@@appelscha23 PUMA RS-X3 are the best looking shoes that give 4cm of height timberlands and doc martins will do the same too! those are my fav ones no shoe lifts needed

What was the best one recommended?
Idk but i wanted to know that
The first time I wear shoe pads I feel alive and think myself cool..its a funny feeling cant explain
That “funny feeling “ is called confidence lol
0:40 so your saying that it will hurt because it’s solid let’s you take it off shouldn’t your foot hurt from the shoe as the bottom is solid
Buy some Timbs it gave me an extra 2 inches
I could see wearing this, if you went somewhere you knew you weren’t going to return to, to see how it feels to be taller!! But living a lie everyday, and getting caught and people saying, dam your short or what the hell happened to you, that would be super embarrassing!
Peter Quill or just be short, and attract less women & command less respect from men. Short men were given a disadvantage, we’re just responding.
Meh... no it wouldn’t
D K You said it!
Best explanation ever good job keep. Doing bro
Thank you!
Serious question which one to I get then ?
Those insoles are pure trash bought it went straight to the binn , a good tip is to Take shoes build up with light weight material at youre shoemaker and add a height insole Thats just a ordinary insole regular 1cm much more normal comfortable then These shit wedge insole trash things Thanks
What about the pressure of the top of the foot against the shoe? Your feet must swell
Too bad they're not available on Amazon anymore
okay, so I just purchased a pair.
Nandez X how did they work for you?

Good thing that I'm already tall and wear flats and still people complain that I wear 4 inch shoes 😂👟👠

@@appelscha23 nice 👍 i wear shoes that give me like 1 inch, but I think those are Standart shoes without any lifts.
@@aras7565 hi bro, can this insoles damage our height in the long run? Some people say make it one's height shorter because it affects our achiles tendon to have compression
I just only wish that the addheightinsole varied in increase height, like now or the past product add 2-inch I wish
that it could add more height.
More than 2 inches and the insoles won't fit most of your shoes. Trust me I've tried. If you wanna add more than 2 inches, just buy elevator shoes, they are designed to add up to 6 inches.
I have the one with the holes, it’s very painful to use
For 20 years I've delt with a leg length discrepancy due to an injury . Requiring a special outsole lift to even out . And your telling me that there's people out there just trying to gain an inch of height willingly ..... Dam I'd rather be short and have an even height then deal with what I got . This is insane
so WHAT BRND ,THE LAT ONE DO YOU RECOMMEND YOU GIVE CRITIQUE BUT BO INFO ON WHAT WHICH IS THE BEST ONE.THANK YOU
Right on I ordered a well known a pair of heightening shoe company that if you do not mine shall remain nameless, & insole of the shoe was that you wore walking on concrete I just simple sent them back.
this made my day if i get those i will be 5'10 the average height and im 5"7 age 14.5 so this is cheat!!!
Ice Wizard you’re 5’7 at 14? You’ll most likely be 5’10 as an adult or even higher.

Felt that, but hey having a tall gf can be pretty cool
@@saki3963 not of you're already insecure🤦🏿♂️
Why would anyone care how tall they are? That's silly. Be what you are and be proud of it. As a woman, wearing heels all my life was a pain really. I'm almost 5' 6", and can no longer wear them after foot surgery, but I'd hate to have to walk around in regular tennis shoes with a slant like a high heel on the inside!
Because modern women have decided it is a death sentence to be a short man. It's impossible to be proud of who you are when you will most likely die alone if your height starts with a 5. It is truly a cruel world, being deemed worthless for something we have no control over.
Elevation which is more than 5cm is dangerous
Great video.
I️ need 1:50, I️ don’t care if they hurt! I️ can deal! I️ need the like to buy them!

Nice video thank you very much, Just wondering I recently bought the first insoles shown at the start of the video aka (Air Cushion Heel Lifts 3 Layer 6cm Taller) I weight 60Kilo's. If I wear these insoles in my shoes, How much would they condense?

I want to buy..what is the price
Whenever I wear insoles in shoes the shoes become tighter. Can you please recommend a method to prevent this? I have a shoemaker, what should I tell him to solve this issue?
Buy shoes a bit more than your size.
What happens if those air bubble lifts pop and you slam down 3 inches
Just buy 3 inch heel and that's it
That looks obvious
@@ghostridersinthesky21 Depends there some 3 inch lift shoes that hide the obvious and look like normal shoes but all of it is on Tallmanshoes.com

I'm a really tall girl, but I like to wear heels to fancy events. I think these would be useful for a guy I date if he's insecure about the height difference with me wearing heels.
dunnotck1 Id wear these just to have a chance with women who would have otherwise turned me down for being too short
@@ghostridersinthesky21 Best case she accepts you the height you are and live happily ever after, but worse case she would feel deceived and reject you when she finds out. Which would make it more painful to you, it would just be delayed rejection...
