That whole "making the bed" first thing the morning really works. I dont know but even if its a small thing, it gives me that sense of accomplishment which is good. Also it's an anti-lazybones mental trick!
The counting down actually works. I used to do it a while ago where I would count 3,2,1 and force myself out of bed, and I can say for the time I did it, I was able to stop snoozing and actually get up in time. I now try to wake up earlier to pray, actually eat breakfast, and stretch! It starts off the day on a positive note❣️
I agree (and more importantly DO) every morning all the suggestions except one: my 'breakfast' isn't until noon. My last meal is usually by 8pm the previous evening. I do allow for water, green tea or yerba mate. This is known as intermittent fasting.
this may not work for you but it's always worth a shot. Try upping your dopamine levels with supplements and put your alarm clock in a nearby room, like the kitchen or the bathroom.

I'm 29 and haven't had Facebook for 5 years. Best decision of my life. Less drama and more productivity. Also you weed out a lot of fake friends and you are less depressed. I HIGHLY recommend it. People only seem to get in trouble with social media
First of all, not everyone is a morning person. Second, the older a person is, the harder it is to get vertical and in motion after being horizontal and dormant all night. I get plenty of exercise and I get up very slowly because if I don't, I might fall over because my ankles, feet, and legs are simply not able to perform like I did in my 20s or even my 30s. Thirdly, I am not in competition with the rest of the world, all those people who get more done than I. Good for them. Just because I am not a morning person does not make me less than someone that is.
I love how you snuck in the meditation as "me time". I tell myself as I make my bed "I hate making my bed but I can make myself make my bed becouse I am in control of me, and I will control my day".
Okay, I'm in. I'll give this a go starting tomorrow morning. Get up at the count of 5, have a good breakfast, have some me time, do some exercise. I struggle with getting out of bed most days
My alarm sounded this morning at 6:00 AM. I told myself it was too early to get up at that hour in a Saturday. It sounded later at 8:15. I told myself I wasn't ready yet. I ended up getting up at 9:20. I made my bed, I ordered the bedroom, I went for a cup of coffee and had breakfast. Now I'm sitting in the toilet, wishing I had been more disciplined and had started at the first alarm. Just do it. It's not easy but it's worth it.
No extra points or things, no bullshit, few points which are most important, and plus everything covered up to get a life and REAL LIFE, this is best video ever.. Not getting words to describe it.. Period
Eating breakfast is a myth, I quit eating it a couple of years ago, have been on a whole food plant base diet for about 6 years,do about 6/8 hours walking/exercise weekly, great video.....
Wow this purely amazing, Zero fluff. Thank you. It's a perfect plan. Like when you count down, out loud, you literally speak to your subconscious. It's psychology And for me I like to take time to spend with my Heavenly Father in the morning and praise Him. I'll do that for my 2/3's and breakfast. I love it. Thanks again brother.
I guess my mama raised me right, I have been doing these suggestions since childhood. Me time only consisted of her braiding my long hair in the morning. Thanks mom now I have strong abs, long hair and I’m mellow yet structured
I am living proof that your method works. Fell into a morning routine almost identical to yours long before watching this video It was very difficult at first to remain consistent but eventually got on a good roll. I felt no significant change for about a month. Then almost suddenly my days became much better. It pulled me out of a ten year rut. Now I look forward to waking up very early.
I wake up in 6am , go for a run (1 hour) do exercises another 1 hour (pushups ,liftin weights etc) and at 9 am i go to work! After i finish work i have a lot of free time to do whatever!
Here's my morning routine, I admit its hard to pull off at first but in the end its definently worth it! I got school at 7:30am, adjust the time if you got work or school at a different time. 4:50 am - Get up, count down from 5, violently shake body (Trick i learned too MAKE SURE i get awaken ;), then get out of the house and stargaze abit. 5:00- 5:35 -Eithet practice football (or any sport of your choosing), jog around subdivision, or workout. 5:35-6:10 - Rest body then take a shower whilest listening to self-improvement tapes, then get dressed 6:10-6:25 - Have a HEAVY HEALTHY breakfast accompanied by a protein shake or any healthy drinks (NOT COFFEE), whilest watching Conversation mastery video programs. 6:25-6:30 - Tongue twisters and face stretches so that you can easily project your voice, very underrated but very useful 6:30-6:50 - Meditation and "Me-Time", then plan out day 6:50 -7:00 Brush teeth, then go to school I challenge you all to try this routine, I don't want to further explain the benefits, because the results youll have from doing this routine will speak for themselves
A little advice for everyone... Go to sleep for example 22:00 every night you will feel fresh in the morning and full of sleep. Have a breakfast even if it's little, that's your energy for the day to keep slim and energized have a good breakfast and don't eat till tea time. Follow this routine for a while then start going for morning walk, don't run until your body adapts to the walking, if you fancy running you can but the walk is enough now go to work and feel that you're a different person.
Before you go to sleep Eat 2 cloves of Garlic....1 hard boiled Egg....And 2 Tbsps of Beans.....As Soon as You open your Eyes.....FLATUATE And Fluff The Sheets.....YOU WILL BE UP AND OUTTA THERE IMMEDIATELY! RUNNING (Not just walking) DOWN THE STREET! Also Very Motivational For Your Significant Other!!
I do the 5,4,3,2,1 method and its great. Alarms are set for a reason. We cannot go back to sleep if we intend on being on time/ eating breakfast etc. I love all your tips they are all great and true
I agree with getting up as soon as the alarm goes off (you snooze you loose), and making your bed (even though it would be better to air it and not covering it warm [bed mite reporduction :P]) but working out in the morning is scientifically NOT the best time - your body has much more performance for sports in the afternoon to early evening, also you get a good amount of rest and your body can regenerate sooner when you go to sleep. I used to work out at 7AM and i was hardly able to do the same amount of reps as I did in the afternoon. Going for a run, stretching or something is reasonable, but not the gym IMO
If I actually have to leave the house (for work/ school I snooze for 5-10minutes. But those are planned xD 2 alarms, one that is allowed to be snoozed (6:55) and one at which I immediately sit up(7:05)/ get dressed(all stuff prepared in the evening, so I am ready to leave the house in 5/10min at the most.) When I was still in school those alarms where earlier cause getting to school took an hour while getting to work only takes 15 minutes
Makes sense. You're body is warmer later on the day, so it's easier to workout, but I also think it depends on why you're exercising. If you're just trying to maintain good health, or are doing something like yoga, which focuses on stretching and relaxation, I think first thing in the morning is fine. If you're trying to gain muscle and/or lose fat, then exercising later in the day is ideal.
Totally great, i used to go to the gym , and now last 3 years, depression hit so hard, You get me the push a need to start again, thank you !!!!! 1234 up!!!! Tomorow the first day of my new beginning
Sometimes I wake up grumpy, other times I let him sleep in. 😀. No but actually our dogs are our gym. We have to walk many of them separately so our morning has 7 miles of beautiful country walks with our friends. We are blessed. Fresh air, each other, nature and our beloved canines. Life is good
I can not concentrate at morning; especially after woke up. I'm feeling sleepy constantly unless I'm going out of home. I am comfortable to work at night when there is none to disturb and I'm not feeling sleepy too.
An advice on me time; I usually always get off the bus earlier or later than I should so I walk about an extra 15-20 minutes listening to my favourite music. It really helps relaxing and focusing later on^^
We as humans are either morning people or evening people. I am absolutely an evening person. I tried getting up early but I really didn’t see the benefits. By 6pm I was absolutely exhausted. I work 10-6 and by 4:30pm each day I was begging for 6pm to come as soon as possible. When I got home in the evenings, rather than relaxing, unwinding and destressing, I found myself rushing to make dinner, eat, shower and get ready for bed so I could be in bed in time to get up early. I really hated the feeling of rushing around before bedtime - the stress accumulated during the day didn’t have a chance to leave my mind. In fact, as the evenings wore on I found my stress levels increasing. Before bed I would be checking the time constantly to make sure I was on time for bed. If you are naturally a morning person, then great. But if not, don’t force yourself to be a morning person - you won’t enjoy it.
LOL, this is kind of what I've been doing except; I don't eat breakfast, instead I drink coffee which hold me for a long time for until lunch. And I take the me time while I drink my coffee. I think what you're doing is great, I wish I knew how to do that. Thank you.
Your fine lol. Zero calories with antioxidants. As long as you don't abuse it. It's s healthy way to live. It's intermittent fasting. So beneficial for long term health
Everyone has to paddle their own canoe, follow your heart and do what is best for you. Back in the 80's I managed a bicycle shop, I always slept as late as I could and went out in the afternoon and hammered the petals, it always worked for me. In conversation a guy from another bike shop said to me, "This is a great job, we don't go to work until 9 o'clock, you get up early and ride your bike in the morning and come back and take a shower and you feel so good." I thought if it feels that good I'll try it, so one day I got up rode my bike out to the lake and back, took a shower and went to work. I felt sluggish and low energy all day long and went back to afternoons because that's what works for me.
To be honest, I tried all possible morning routines for a whole year. Turned out it's just crap for me personally. Day starts all hectic with a whole lot of annoying stuff and way too early, having a bad mood right away. Now I just sleep when I want to which is usually very late, wake up when I wake up, just get important shit done effectively and boom, day went fine, plenty of new stuff to present. I don't get this "no time"-mentality either. But maybe I am just a nights person or it is because I don't have three kids or whatver, I get it. The thing is, morning stuff might not be for everyone. You are a night owl? You might be better of skipping this. Helped me a lot instead of stressing myself with "crucial" morning routines. But no hate from me. Give both a try.
Compleately agree. I´m an absolute night owl and for many years tried (really tried) to wake up early, feeling bad when I couldnt, and feeling worse during the day when I did got up early. Now I just wake up when I can and do my stuff. Most of the time I´m actually still being "productive" til 3 in the morning, so I don´t feel bad about it anymore. And the "solution" to waking up early by going to sleep early is unthinkable because it´s impossible for me to fall asleep if I´m not very tired (refering to people I know that simply decide to go to sleep, and sleep. Wow!)
Tatiana Esquerra Nice to hear someone can relate. And yes, you are right, the constant frustration doesn't really help. The day starts and you either feel guilty (didn't get up early) or tired (got up early) right away.
I have a toddler, I have about 3 and a half hours every day to do everything, because the rest of the time I have to make sure my son isn't eating cat food. Sometimes I have a little more than that but it's unpredictable and it's hard to decide whether or not to go start something if I happen to get an extra 30 minutes.
I don’t eat breakfast due to intermittent fasting and that’s one of the best decisions I’ve made recently,I only drink warm water with lemon and my energy is through the roof.Thats what works for me ,everyone is different
Ok, I'll give myself a 2 hour head start, so I will set my alarm clock to 4am, which gives me 2hrs, accomplish all of this & 30 minutes to shower & dress, so I can be out the door by 6:30am
v Carti School is murder. But, for what it's worth... You have to forget life! Just be "a student" Get absorbed in it. Declare war on the books. Get organized and decide you're going to live, eat, and sleep your subjects. It worked for me. No distractions. No time to think how you'd rather be doing something else. You gotta get through. You can do it on your knees.. Or skipping along. Chin up!
v Carti it's just my humble opinion. But, the "social" part should start AFTER the work is done. That's what's at the root of the problem. You think you deserve a LIFE while you are studying. No, you deserve to immerse yourself and LEARN. I hated Spanish too. German is much much easier, since most of their words sounds like ours. Ex. Vater, mutter, bruder, Schwester. Father.. Mother.. Etc.. It was actually fun! But, they aren't going to change. YOU have to force a mental make over, turn lemons into lemonade. Trust me... I was there. Good luck. Keep fighting.
I agree with everything here, except for having breakfast first thing in the morning. I believe a little intermittent fasting works best and has better health benefits. Great video though!
I use my phone for two things in the morning: Insight Timer for my meditation practice, and reading a couple articles in Pocket once I'm out of my bedroom with my coffee and the gas fireplace going.
i always avoid my phone in the mornings, right when i wake up i get up, use the restroom and wash my face and get ready for the day THEN check my phone :) which is usually 40mins after i wake up
Same here, at least if it has to be a very early breakfast. I actually find it easier to not eat before it's almost bedtime again than eat breakfast way too early. But I think drinking milk or coffee with milk might compensate for not having breakfest
I am so disciplined that I sometime feel like I need to take things a little easier. I never put off things and do it immediately, there is no such thing as procrastination in my life. It can be so tiring really.
I would say that 'me time' should not be listening to music or watching tv, but just literally doing nothing, let the mind wander, be bored - learn to cherish boredom, it's the space where inspiration happens.
aw, come-on!: it all depends on your job. there's just a right amount of time in the morning before you go to work. Whether it's coffee, a walk, brreakfast, music, shower ... it doesn't matter. Be creative and you might as well sleep as long as possiible, because that's quite okay. You might do tons of activities in the morning - just don't listen to someone which wants to take you away from the bright side of your life. -->As long as your at home, you're free to be lazy. We all do unhealthy Things, but we don't want to be in aschedule the whole day long. Life is a free choice. You don't have to learn latin, wake up early in the morning and whatsoever to be a cool guy! there's more than just disciplin. We're allowed to live a dirty life. It's ok to be proud of it and it's a good fun to have your feet on the table. As soon as your alone for a few days, I recommend to not shower, coz it's freakin' cool to be smelly and don't care. Maybe some days later, you're back serious with tie and suit and it feels like a evil thieve!
including school, i study for 10 hrs, then starting from 7 pm till 6 am i dance, i sleep for about 3 hrs. i need more hrs in my day t study and practice, what should i do?
I grew up with my grandma. Make the bed. Prepare your clothing. Take shower. Prepare breakfast. Read a book or set time aside for small tasks to complete before work. Make trip to library after work. Walk around the block for 30 minutes. Prepare food. Organize. Clean. Read book or complete tasks. Relax. Bed time and do it all over again the following day.
Actually, you should NOT make your bed if hygiene is worth anything to you. Especially not directly after getting up. We sweat a quite lot at night and beds should air for at least several hours before being made. Instead, do 10 pushups or situps or put away the clothes you undressed last night for that feeling of "I already achieved a little something this day". But DO NOT make the bed, for crying out loud. Fold the blanket away so the matress and blanket can air out and that's it.
Good idea to make the bed as soon as you get up after the countdown. And I'd pepper in immediately showering and / or getting fully dressed right after. As opposed to puttering around in pajamas or whatever.
Making coffee is my first accomplishment in the morning. And no gym, I just have to wait till work and have 12 hour of any kind of exercise. Breakfast is a must, although we eat 5 times a day at work.
I'm not a doctor but I know that when you eat a lot of carbs it makes you really tired and lazy so that's something to think about to my me time in the morning and spending time with the Lord I love it try God bless you guys
What helped me is to fast for a little bit and postpone your breakfast and then eat one lots of fats and protein. This is digested slower and gives energy throughout the day instead of the quick energy boost from carbs like bread or cereals. An omelet with butter and some nuts are my favourite and helped me a lot ;).
I am watching this video after fighting to myself that stay on bed or step out for running. I chose being on bed and watch video. Honestly, I am not kinda lazy, I just don't feel any motivation at all. Just feel like don't really wanna do anything.
+Huỳnh Anh Nguyễn If everyone worked out only when they felt like, this world would be full of fat people because there are a lot of days when you don't want to do it. It's perfectly okay to lay on bed instead of running out but it becomes a problem when it becomes regular. Thanks for the comment, happy running 👍
Look for a goal to achieve. This will inspire you to do things you normally do not *feel* like doing "for no reason", when there is very good reason to do them, you just don't realize it yet. :) Also try starting small, or "baby steps". Instead of running / jogging first thing out of the bed, just do one squat. The next day, try two squats. Day after next try 3 squats. Mark down your progress and keep track of it. Eventually you'll likely get used to it, then jogging a short distance won't seem like such a big task in time. :)

ZamWired thanks for sharing I’m. Going try it bro
Good luck!
ZamWired I agree it works, I've been doing it for a while now and always appreciate coming home to a fixed bed
It's a good mental conditioning trick; easy, quick, so it's simple to be consistent, and that makes it easier to carry on with the rest of your plan.
Don't think my wife would appreciate me making the bed while she's still in it
+Dave I don't think that's a good idea either😅
Dave fix only your side
It will get her out of bed too.
Davev😃😂
You just have to start counting 5... 4... 3... 😅

Grace Hope amen this is awesome! I recently started waking up, eating breakfast while reading my Bible and journal
Watched this video, never felt laziness again, got rich, got married, now I'm fulfilled, happy and suffering has completely ceased

I'll try it now.. because laziness is my biggest problem especially a delayed wake up is my weaknesses
Check out a sleep calculator on google it has helped me...
this may not work for you but it's always worth a shot. Try upping your dopamine levels with supplements and put your alarm clock in a nearby room, like the kitchen or the bathroom.
Take a glass of milk before going to bed. It makes you fresh and energyfull in morning

Yo Cecil ,yes you are right, i feel headache if a alarm wakes me up. We should complete our bedtime .It is kind of recharging our brain.
O woke up 4:50 am today, write my gratitude journal and I’m exercising now. I feel amazing!!!😄😄😄

For the gym time you can squeeze in small at home work out! Push ups, pulls up, crunch’s, a run. Small things can build a lot.
1 = I sometimes try it and suceed most of the times.
2 = As I sleep on the cot, I've to wrap my blanket away.

I’m watching and doing this March 2019 🌟🙌🏽
This was my most productive day ever! I got to play 3 hours of MMORPG and binge watch my little pony, youtube and other tv stuff! Thanks dude!
I wake up in 6am , go for a run (1 hour) do exercises another 1 hour (pushups ,liftin weights etc) and at 9 am i go to work! After i finish work i have a lot of free time to do whatever!
I liked the way you told that social media takes away all the time we have
I agree w everything except the morning breakfast. I find it lowers energy level so I water/coffee fast until tea time
Here's my morning routine, I admit its hard to pull off at first but in the end its definently worth it!
5:35-6:10 - Rest body then take a shower whilest listening to self-improvement tapes, then get dressed
6:10-6:25 - Have a HEAVY HEALTHY breakfast accompanied by a protein shake or any healthy drinks (NOT COFFEE), whilest watching Conversation mastery video programs.
6:25-6:30 - Tongue twisters and face stretches so that you can easily project your voice, very underrated but very useful
6:30-6:50 - Meditation and "Me-Time", then plan out day
6:50 -7:00 Brush teeth, then go to school
I challenge you all to try this routine, I don't want to further explain the benefits, because the results youll have from doing this routine will speak for themselves
I will try all this first thing in the morning

But those are planned xD 2 alarms, one that is allowed to be snoozed (6:55) and one at which I immediately sit up(7:05)/ get dressed(all stuff prepared in the evening, so I am ready to leave the house in 5/10min at the most.)
When I was still in school those alarms where earlier cause getting to school took an hour while getting to work only takes 15 minutes
This really motivated me to wake up early, exercise and eat healthy
*takes a bite from big mac and goes to sleep*
It's so right I noticed it few weeks ago everything I mean on that daily routine is changed
Totally great, i used to go to the gym , and now last 3 years, depression hit so hard,
You get me the push a need to start again, thank you !!!!!

Awesome. I always make my bed 🛏 It really helps me have a more productive day.
Life is good
Well, I watched this in the bedsheets while sipping my morning coffee...
Wow. All the points are so new to me.. This is totally new information to me. Nobody ever told me any of this in 25 years.
"Get romantic with your smartphone" lmao
I'm a very lazy person....still I will try to follow the things you advised.
I hope that this will absolutely help me

I'm doing exactly the same and NOW I can say with confident that I always feel amazing and energetic for the rest of the day!!
It really helps relaxing and focusing later on^^
That breakfast advice is an old wives tale
Yes, intermittent fasting is the way.
Exactly. That's where I tuned out. I don't eat until 3 PM or later.
Thank you.
Aisha Ahmed Drinking coffee in an empty stomach is extremely bad
...because? Gonna give any sources or reasons for that buddy?
Hermes The Loser You may do a simple Google search yourself
Your fine lol. Zero calories with antioxidants. As long as you don't abuse it. It's s healthy way to live. It's intermittent fasting. So beneficial for long term health
Soumyadeep Mondal ignorant piece of shit
My mind is so efficient at procrastinating that it talks me out of counting to 5 in the first place.
I don't want to get ahead. I just want to enjoy life to its fullest during my short time on the planet.
v Carti School is murder.
The 5-1 countdown for getting off bed. I’m going to try this from today. This should really work.

I agree with everything here, except for having breakfast first thing in the morning. I believe a little intermittent fasting works best and has better health benefits. Great video though!
my "ME TIME doing nothing" is that space of time between waking up & getting up, "romancing my smartphone" 😁
Brianna V.B. lol
I use my phone for two things in the morning: Insight Timer for my meditation practice, and reading a couple articles in Pocket once I'm out of my bedroom with my coffee and the gas fireplace going.
Agree with everything except the bit about breakfast … lots of research regarding the super human benefits of intermittent fasting.
Susan Ly took the sentence out of my comment
#1...big problem for me! I'm ditching the gadget as my first activity and I HAVE to start exercising! Great tips!!
*currently lying in bed watching this video*
i always avoid my phone in the mornings, right when i wake up i get up, use the restroom and wash my face and get ready for the day THEN check my phone :) which is usually 40mins after i wake up
Agree with all of the tips except breakfast. I cannot eat breakfast as it makes me sick because I’m not used to it.
Lou Arnold - RUclipsr Cristã suggest change your breakfast but never skip that.. at times we can’t identify what our body needs..
Same here, at least if it has to be a very early breakfast. I actually find it easier to not eat before it's almost bedtime again than eat breakfast way too early. But I think drinking milk or coffee with milk might compensate for not having breakfest
Look into intermittent fasting if you can’t eat breakfast
Lou Arnold - RUclipsr Cristã
I agree.
The lady who convinced the world that breakfast is healthy, died of cancer. Go figure. :)
What is your idea of a breakfast and how/why does it make you feel bad?
I am so disciplined that I sometime feel like I need to take things a little easier. I never put off things and do it immediately, there is no such thing as procrastination in my life. It can be so tiring really.
Amazing video. I started doing the countdown tip and it truly helped me out! Now to do the others.
Subbed. :)
Divineshot 314 The 5-second countdown he talking about was derived from the book, the 5 second rule by Mel Robbins. This is nothing new.
when I do the countdown I'm back to sleep
The Mad Flatter It happens. Keep practicing.
Yup! When I saw that, I thought about Mel Robbins. She gives great advice.
Divineshot 314 Awesome video. Very informative. Useful to discipline oneself. Thank you so much for this rare video.
Spend time on your phone - Nah
Spend the same exact time on making your bed - Hell yeah
Apparently this dude doesn't have children.
Sounds like an excuse to me
@@ElusiveDirtyd
Yep
And if someone *decided* to raise a child, that person should be prepared lol
I eat break-fast just at 6pm. One keto meal a day. Tons of energy all and super focused.
Well made concise video, with ideas I will use from here on. Very glad I caught this vid.
+downbntout Thanks👍
Me:(before I go to sleep) I am going to be so productive tomorrow morning!
(in the morning) eww.... the
morning..
If you want to change the world, start of making your bed 🔥🔥
Wow I didn't even realize I was drinking coffee. Reflecting my thoughts of the day. An my future. It's crazy.
including school, i study for 10 hrs, then starting from 7 pm till 6 am i dance, i sleep for about 3 hrs. i need more hrs in my day t study and practice, what should i do?
Don't forget you need to sweep the shit and vomit off from your night of drinking as well.
Good idea to make the bed as soon as you get up after the countdown. And I'd pepper in immediately showering and / or getting fully dressed right after.
As opposed to puttering around in pajamas or whatever.
5. 4. 3. 2. 1. start with me time for 15-20 mins.
Making coffee is my first accomplishment in the morning. And no gym, I just have to wait till work and have 12 hour of any kind of exercise. Breakfast is a must, although we eat 5 times a day at work.
Ummm isn’t the 54321 a Mel Robbins idea??
Yes. Also the whole making the bed part is stolen from a motivational speech from a marine ruclips.net/video/U6OoCaGsz94/видео.html
Is this where Mel Robbins got her idea from?!
Irony is I am watching this video from bed after waking up .
To the point and easy to start habit. Thanks for the effort put in
+sathyaseelan ramachandiran Thanks👍
I'm not a doctor but I know that when you eat a lot of carbs it makes you really tired and lazy so that's something to think about to my me time in the morning and spending time with the Lord I love it try God bless you guys
What about Praying first as u wake up. Then the other activities follow suite.
All human beings need inspiration from God.
They really don't.
What if “me” time is to sleep for 20mins more 🙃

Exercizing is part of my evening routine, I prefer using my morning to make sure I am in a happy, well-rested mindset hungry for the day.
Also try starting small, or "baby steps". Instead of running / jogging first thing out of the bed, just do one squat. The next day, try two squats. Day after next try 3 squats. Mark down your progress and keep track of it. Eventually you'll likely get used to it, then jogging a short distance won't seem like such a big task in time. :)
The motivation comes after the exercise... exercise realises happy chemicals to the brain giving you the motivation you need xx

Sitting and thinking about my day at work will make me not want to go! 😂 just get out the house asap before i change my mind n go back to bed lol
