Could barely walk into my room because of the amount of clothes on the floor. Now i’m in college, my flat was a mess, dirty dishes in the sink for days, always pushing everything to the last minute. No studying done, nothing. And for the past 5 days (it’s not much but you gotta start somewhere), i’ve been washing the dishes straight away. tidying up my shit, making myself go to the library (although to be fair, i’ve started that a couple weeks ago). Making my bead. I’m actually committed now. The last step is exercising regularly and waking up on time. I’m a work in process but i’ve been mad at myself for too long. I’ve been saying i’ll improve as if it was gonna happen on its own for too long. Enough is enough. I’m making a change and it’s happening right now. I’m sick of wasting my time. Repent to Jesus Christ “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” Psalms 143:8 NIV B
I can't comprehend the necessity of waking up at 5 a.m. In my country, it's mainly those with lower incomes who rise at this hour. I personally cherish the nights, as I typically go to bed at 4 a.m., wake up at 10:30 a.m., and feel quite content. After midnight, I relish the solitude, which allows me to focus on my projects, meditate, go for a run, and so on. I believe that everyone should tailor their lifestyle according to their preferences.
I feel like adding 2 more things to consider: 1) you can't wake up early if you don't go to bed early. You should also have a night routine that helps you relax (take a hot shower, read, no phone one hour before going to bed) 2) If you are used to waking up at 11am it is unlikely that you'll get up at 6am easily. I set the alarm a little bit earlier every week, like 15 minutes, so that I train my body slowly

thank you so much! from a night owl, i started waking up 4:30 every morning, even without alarm. this has been going on for 3 weeks now. i hope this will become a routine.
This video was the only one that was realistic and most motivating. In the mornings I literally cannot wake up no matter how far I put my alarm. This will help me out. I just made a powerpoint presentation and shared with my two bestfriends! The fact about what you say to yourself on daily basis is also very true. I look myself in the mirror and throughout the day and constantly tell myself that I am pretty and I am deserving, and in real life I hear two of these things many times a day. Cheers to healthier and happier US :) !!
affirmations are BS. you can't fool your subconscious mind. "I am pretty".. are you, objectively? Maybe you're just average. That's ok but it's important to be grounded in reality. Maybe you're a 4/10.. you should think "I maybe ugly but I'm working out, eating healthy, I'm getting braces for my teeth and everything I can to maximize my looks, also I excel in other areas like ____". You might repeat "I am deserving".. but are you? In life you generally get what you deserve through cause and effect. So you don't inherently deserve anything unless you're willing to work extremely hard to make it happen.
INCREDIBLE Video - the editing, the plot, the reflections. The amount of work you put into making this video is impressive. And what’s best is that it doesn’t seem like a “try-hard” effort - you come across as very genuine, transitions are smooth and the narration follows a logical order. I really keep my fingers crossed for the success of your channel! Keep up David and dream big
Kudos and compliments 👏! Since 2009 I've crafted a morning routine of jumping out of bed, hydrating, meditation, prayer and reading. It is, indeed, transformative. My life needs me as much as I need to live.
Great video! My 17 year old son shared it with me after taking action on his own after watching. Thanks for adding content that reminds us we are not without agency to make our lives better with small actions. You’ve got something great here, please keep making films. I enjoyed the pacing, clear and calm speech and quality of editing and visuals.
I went from 8:30am to 5:30am easily, my secret? Putting my alarm in another room, forcing me to get out of bed and walk to it, the further away the better. works 95% of the time (winter is hard to not go back to warm bed for another 20 mins haha) Edit: I see that is step #2 :)
Love that! In the book he mentioned someone he knew bought a room heater on a timer the start 20 min or so before they woke up, so they're less tempted to go back under the covers haha Again, thanks for sharing :)
But to wake up with alarm is awful and you don’t want to. A good tip for the others to wake up naturally early. You need to go bed early at the same time everyday and after such a time you will automatically wake up early.
I literally wore my glasses just to re-check the subscribers , I expected it to be 721k , bro the content is such a masterpiece in itself , deserves more appreciation than just the views or subscribers
I slept around 12 AM listening to this video as I fall asleep knowing those morning steps are way too many for me to start to wake up early for & losiny any hope for me, but I answered the first question at least, which is "Knowing Your Intention" & mine was to get up, fighting the warm bed in this cold winter & meditate & pray our first prayer of the day, Fajr at 5 AM, the most difficult prayer to get up for.. AND I DID! Didn't even hit the snooze button! I'm so happy 😭💜
One thing I do is to set my alarm around 30 minutes before I actually need to wake up and get out of bed, this way I can sit there on my phone for a minute and wake up a little more! Believe or not it makes it easier to get out of bed and it kinda gives the morning a nice slow vibe knowing you wake up and can relax a little before getting ready!
Seriously, how do you not have a million subscribers yet?! When I clicked on your video, I thought you were a big RUclipsr! Your quality is so good!! And the editing is insane!!!! Won’t be surprised when your channel grows fast!
This video is what I needed! I have been trying to get myself to wake up early and be productive but I always fail miserably. Having something to get out of bed for is the key takeaway of this video for me and I couldn’t agree more. Just looking forward to doing life is enough motivation in itself sometimes, then everything else just comes naturally!
This video honestly deserves at least 1 million views! Out of all videos which cover similar topics I actually learned something new from this one compared to all the others. I love the perspective of snoozing being equal to letting the universe know you don't want to get up. I have never thought about it that way, but it makes total sense. If you snooze you are in the frequency of not wanting to do stuff, which makes it harder to actually do stuff during the day. As well as falling into the trap of procrastination. I also loved the quote about the first hour of the day being productive. Thank you so much for this amazing video, it really shows how much work and love you've put into it! PS: I subscribed. Keep up the good work!
i don't say this often at all but the editing of that intro - coloring, transitions, the chosen sound!! was so satisfying to my brain I had to replay it two more times. 🙌 so much talent
Wow! I thought this video would only cover the morning routine part of self-improvement but actually sums up pretty well what most self-improvement videos will tell you: - Set a dream to find a passion and keep you up. - Literally force yourself through the routine. The beginning is always the most difficult but eventually you'll make it part of yourself. - Reaffirm yourself with the life you want. - Remind yourself constantly throughout the day to wonder if your patterns are healthy and use that as a motivator to fix things keeping you addicted. - Cultivate your mind. Set actual limits to stop mental addiction of social media. It's way easier to be addicted than you may think. - Exercise, even if just a little. It's better than nothing. You'll eventually find yourself liking exercise. - Write something. Anything’s good! Perhaps try meta-learning! Taking notes of your self-improvement journey is a great way to unload mental fuzziness. Notes about you can be a great gift for yourself. Once you're doing well enough on some things, you'll naturally improve further and even other aspects of your life!
Cool video! Read this book 2-3 years ago, tried smth and then forget about this, however now I`m striving for decent amount of energy in the morning. Kepp going and your reach thousands of subscribers, I believe in it!
Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
thank you for sharing david. I definitely needed this since I struggled the past couple of weeks with my morning motivation. I really like how honest you are about your own morning miracle and that you sometimes struggle with it still. I also like your suggestion to just take one minute for each excercise. I really want to try this from now on!
I really watching this video now for the tenth time in one month, this video and your words completely changed my life to better, I discovered myself and i started doing everything on time without saying i will do it later, i improved myself in the university i got higher marks than before and now i read too much not like past, using social media for half hour in the day, have good and enough sleep, and my health became better and eating only healthy food and I really lost weights. thank you soo much David Bangean.
Summary: Never hit snooze - not even once. It's like saying "I don't want to live my life" WUML - Wake Up Motivation Level -> Snooze proof wake up strategy step 1: Set your intentions before you go to bed - what do you have coming up the next day? What inspires you not to hit snooze? Step 2: Set your alarm clock across the room. Step 3: Brush your teeth. Step 4: Drink a full glass of water. Step 5: Step into a (cold) shower or work out. High return activities: Make your first hour the most optimally productive How to: 1: Intentional silence, (guided) meditations. 2: Affirmations (repetition leads to belief). 3: Visualization (see things as you want them to be to get motivated). 4: Exercise (wakes you up,...). 5: Read (nurish your mind like you would your body). 6: Writing/Journaling (opens a portal to past thoughts you can look on objectively and gives the opportunity to dump your thoughts to gain clarity. To start this, as it's intimidating, begin by only spending very short amout of times with each step. Even if it's just one minute. This way you build habits. (Look for atomic habits summary on youtube of you want to learn more about how to effectively build habits)
Thank you so much. I badly needed motivation to wake up early. I have been struggling with it for a long time. But definetly we need motivation to wake up early + we need to exercise.
Thank you for making this video. I'll try to incorporate those activities into my morning routine and hopefully I'll have a more productive days and life.
Hey David, this is a brilliantly crafted video. Huge congratulations for the interstellar quality of the content and presentation - fully deserves to get lots of views, and there's some great tips here as well for us night owls! Very nicely done! 👏
Beautiful edit. I'm sure a lot of people can agree, this really helps us out and makes sense and for me actually fills in some missing pieces to my routine I'm trying to develop. Thank you so much!
what amazes me the most is .... how on earth you have only 1.6k subs and this video have 2.1k likes, when all these numbers should be in MILLIONS judging by the quality/content of this video. Greets from Poland :)
Almost everyone is saying same thing But to think about it, it's really stressful, I tried similar processes months ago, the resolution, sleeping early... It didn't work or I just couldn't keep up anymore I'll try to see if I can do this again, your Content is creative, educating, helpful and productive You've earned yourself one new subscriber I have a problem though... The journaling part, I really don't know what to write down, my mind just becomes blank when it comes to jotting down, and worse part is I'm aspiring lawyer, so please if u come across my comment I'll need more highlight and advice from a genius like you Thanks
Thank you Alice for your kind comment, I hope all goes well in your new attempts! - For journaling, there's a couple different ways to go about it, but try this. You can think of it almost as a conversation with yourself. You can start with writing down the experiences of the day you had, and move towards writing your thoughts on actions you made(or didn't make) and what you would've liked to have done better. After that things should flow more naturally, but if you're still struggling let me know and I can share an example! All the best
Hey David, Thank you for your time to create a high quality video. So value. I love the film, high quality images, content and sound. Your content sooo clearly about the problem - hit snooze until the last possible minute. And how you break down strategy to transformation behavior and explain specific enjoy the benefits of waking up early, BEST PRACTICES Thanks😁😁
WHATT!!, i saw the first 10 seconds, thought it was another RUclips with 200+ K subs, but damn you only got 2K!? well i wish you the best on your journey.
Two suggestions: *ONE* Replace silence with prayer. To whom? Jesus. He is who answers prayers and speaks to those who have a relationship with Him. *TWO* Replace affirmations with reading and believing what the scriptures teach. Let Gods word transform the way you think and as you obey God, you will succeed in Gods purpose for why He created you.
Married folks will understand this… I wake up extra early so that I’ll have time to myself. I haven’t hit the “snooze” button in a long, long time. I’m sure this will continue if/when we have kids.
This editing is so awesome! Amazing content creator. Thanks for the valuable video man, I appreciate your discipline and for putting out what you've learned.😃
Man, this video is extremely well done, both content and editing wise, it really looks like it was made by a Professional content creator with millions of subscribers…needles to say, subscribed!
Thanks for the video. I do all of these things, except the journal. Let me tell you, it has made me a more productive, peaceful, happier person overall. I also start my day with 10 minutes of meditation, and add in 10 minutes of a motivational video while I am getting dressed for work.
An additional yet important thing I feel is missing from this video is morning sunlight, and how beneficial it is both at waking you up in the morning and improving your sleep at night, it boosts your mood, and our ganglion cells in our eyes detect light levels to tell our body clock what time it is, which our body then uses to release the appropriate hormones to wake us up.
This was really helpful. I'm gonna try these steps ( I already do some of the mentioned steps though). I also want to point out that this video was truly amazing. The information, the editing style and everything. I actually asummed that you must have at least thousands of subscribers and then I scrolled down and saw 351 subscribers. Oh man! I subscribed and the count went up to 352. In short I'm glad I'm here at your journey's beginning. Wish you good luck :)
i have sadly downgraded from 7:30 to 8:00-8:30. It is starting to get cold at night so the bed literally is the most comfortable part of the house. i should definitely move my alarm clock to the end of my room. imma try this tomorrow!
What changed it for me: - Putting the alarm clock far from the bed. But then it's cold in winter when stepping out so there's temptation to go back into bed instantly, so the two following steps changed it all. - Immediately after putting out the alarm, stretching for a full 15 to 20 seconds. - Immediately after that, drinking a full glass of water. Works amazing for me.
Warren Buffett on a young Charlie Munger: "He thought to himself, ‘Who’s my most valuable client?’ And he decided it was himself. So he decided to sell himself an hour each day. He did it early in the morning, working on these construction projects and real estate deals. Everybody should do this, be the client, and then work for other people, too, and sell yourself an hour a day." That first hour is often the best one to sell back to yourself. Great video, once again, David!
Not asking for likes, subcribes and comments, no promotion, quality content... This is the first video in a while like this so you got all three. Keep up!

Jealous mate 😂😂
Good job man, that's a really really good thing
it’s good
that's honestly amazing, congrats
I only get about 7hrs of sleep everyday day, work construction about 60 hrs a week I used to wake up at the last possible minute felt tired, but I gave the miracle morning a try and now I wake up at 5am do all the steps go for a walk with my wife come home go to my garage and do body beast and I feel 1000% better energized the whole day happy positive thank you hal!!! Change my life brother
Edit: before the miracle morning I'll sleep 9hrs and still felt like crap
this video made me cry.. because it’s so beautiful, real, hope-giving and yet so underrated. you’re amazing. you deserve not only more but the world !
Appreciate each of you who decided to subscribe! Seriously means the most! Excited to continue producing high quality content to help you better yourself. Thanks again
I will subscribe
Really appreciate your work.
The video was relatable and very helpful currently on the same healing process and learning on self-development. THANK YOU for making the video.
Congratulations from Brazil, amazing content and excellent content !!!
Thank You
thank you so much! from a night owl, i started waking up 4:30 every morning, even without alarm. this has been going on for 3 weeks now. i hope this will become a routine.
Appreciate that a ton! Seriously means a lot to me. Thanks again :)
Putting my alarm in another room, forcing me to get out of bed and walk to it, the further away the better. works 95% of the time (winter is hard to not go back to warm bed for another 20 mins haha)
Edit: I see that is step #2 :)
You need to go bed early at the same time everyday and after such a time you will automatically wake up early.
what would you do with the partner or a person (sibbling or so) sleeping in the same room?!
@@Kleineswiss19 Doesn't wake my partner much, she gets back to sleep immediately
Get a sun alarm, trust, it works! Basically mimics the sun rising.
I literally wore my glasses just to re-check the subscribers , I expected it to be 721k , bro the content is such a masterpiece in itself , deserves more appreciation than just the views or subscribers
Haha thanks so much, Adino! Means a lot to me for you to share that! Will do my best

you are going on the right direction with RUclips!
Wish you all the best man!
I love watching channels pop, and this is going to be one of them.
Thank you for this :)
Amazing editing. Love how much effort you put in this video.
Preciate that!
This video changed my life forever ♾️
The best inspiring video ever. I suffered alot through my routines so hopefully this will help 💛
You got it Habiba, keep trying!
Awesome work man! Was great meeting you!
I was shocked when i saw how few clicks and followers you have. This looks so professional and wholesome. Well done!
Thanks mine! Appreciate you
I hardly have the motivation to live, let alone wake up.
How are you doing now?
@@Zak_Edington I'm doing alright a now actually pretty good haha thanks for asking 🙌
Bro just such videos being recommended to you are evidence that you are trying. Just keep going everything is gona be good.
This video is what I needed! I have been trying to get myself to wake up early and be productive but I always fail miserably. This video just gives the right tips that we all can increment in our morning routines and even though they are great they still help in taking positive steps towards something better for the future. Thanks a lot :)
Thanks for sharing Alma! Glad I could help, let me know if this helps at all!
The way Hidden Time Wealth dives into the concept of productivity is mind-blowing. Hidden Time Wealth tips are pure gold, and I wish more people knew about them.
i just want to mark that i have been here since 2.45k, this channel is going to grow so fast and i have so much faith in your channel!! this is really giving thomas frank vibes and i just know your channel is going to take off! good luck, and please keep creating these videos
Thank you rye! Greatly appreciate your kind words :)
Shocked at the sub and view count. The editing on this was simply stunning.
Having something to get out of bed for is the key takeaway of this video for me and I couldn’t agree more. Just looking forward to doing life is enough motivation in itself sometimes, then everything else just comes naturally!
Bro don’t quit! And don’t change your style of video! This is you bro! You are gonna be Big!!!
Your editing and everything you've put into your video is super pro quality. Keep at it, man! This video on its' own was super inspiring.
Incredible video, Im honestly surprised how you "only" have 20k subs, your video quality is worth millions!
Thanks so much, Evelien! I appreciate you taking the time to share such kind words :)

i don't say this often at all but the editing of that intro - coloring, transitions, the chosen sound!! was so satisfying to my brain I had to replay it two more times. 🙌 so much talent
I agree with you 😊

Right in the start something is already obvious: the editing is flawless. It's so much fun to watch this video!!
Helloooo! Just wanted to let you know that THE STORYTELLING, EDITING, THE CONTENT *mwah*
Thank you, Sam!
I would like to try this one day. I too am a snoozer and working from home now makes it even worse.
You got this! Good luck to you :)
Sparkling! Very impressive video David
This was beyond helpful!! Could you also do an evening routine with this same concept?
That’s a great idea! I think I will sometime in the future. Thanks for the suggestion
Wow! I thought this video would only cover the morning routine part of self-improvement but actually sums up pretty well what most self-improvement videos will tell you:
- Set a dream to find a passion and keep you up.
Hopefully this helped! Thanks Konstantin
I just binged watched all your videos bro! I enjoyed all of them!
Haha thanks for the support brother!
You’re incredible! Well done Wa’el, keep at it!
Summary:
Never hit snooze - not even once. It's like saying "I don't want to live my life"
WUML - Wake Up Motivation Level -> Snooze proof wake up strategy
step 1: Set your intentions before you go to bed - what do you have coming up the next day? What inspires you not to hit snooze?
Step 2: Set your alarm clock across the room.
Step 3: Brush your teeth.
Step 4: Drink a full glass of water.
Step 5: Step into a (cold) shower or work out.
High return activities: Make your first hour the most optimally productive
How to:
1: Intentional silence, (guided) meditations.
(Look for atomic habits summary on youtube of you want to learn more about how to effectively build habits)
thank you for this
thank you for taking your time to make this
Thank you for this quote
TBF I’m out of bed within 2 minutes of my alarm for the last 8 years of full time work. I’m now 26 and amazingly getting out of bed pretty quickly
Thank you so much. I badly needed motivation to wake up early. I have been struggling with it for a long time. But definetly we need motivation to wake up early + we need to exercise.
David, this video was excellent! I’ve heard many people talk abut the Miracle Morning but your description was very simple yet extremely motivating.
Glad you found helpful Chandra! Thanks for sharing :)
That intro is the story of my life…. I’m so glad I found your channel!
Incredibly informative and helpful video. I have been struggling with the same issues and I think now I can be a morning person again.
The concept of Hidden Time Wealth blew my mind. It’s like finding a cheat code for productivity and defeating procrastination.
Thank you for making this video. I'll try to incorporate those activities into my morning routine and hopefully I'll have a more productive days and life.
You deserve more
Hey David, this is a brilliantly crafted video. Huge congratulations for the interstellar quality of the content and presentation - fully deserves to get lots of views, and there's some great tips here as well for us night owls! Very nicely done! 👏
Thanks so much, James! Your feedback means a lot. Appreciate you man!

Beautiful edit. I'm sure a lot of people can agree, this really helps us out and makes sense and for me actually fills in some missing pieces to my routine I'm trying to develop. Thank you so much!
Awesome video. Really. A help for everyone's life. Love it. Just pray and all these things in the video.
Great job on this video! I needed to hear every word. Awesome reminders and totally inspirational!
Bless the algorithm for bringing me here! Love your editing and your content 🥰
Good work on this video bro. I admire your content.
Thanks Narinder!
what amazes me the most is .... how on earth you have only 1.6k subs and this video have 2.1k likes, when all these numbers should be in MILLIONS judging by the quality/content of this video. Greets from Poland :)
Thank you Mr Xdrojek!
Almost everyone is saying same thing
But to think about it, it's really stressful, I tried similar processes months ago, the resolution, sleeping early... It didn't work or I just couldn't keep up anymore
I'll try to see if I can do this again, your Content is creative, educating, helpful and productive
You've earned yourself one new subscriber
I have a problem though... The journaling part, I really don't know what to write down, my mind just becomes blank when it comes to jotting down, and worse part is I'm aspiring lawyer, so please if u come across my comment I'll need more highlight and advice from a genius like you
Thanks
Thank you Alice for your kind comment, I hope all goes well in your new attempts! - For journaling, there's a couple different ways to go about it, but try this. You can think of it almost as a conversation with yourself. You can start with writing down the experiences of the day you had, and move towards writing your thoughts on actions you made(or didn't make) and what you would've liked to have done better. After that things should flow more naturally, but if you're still struggling let me know and I can share an example! All the best
This is the best video I’ve watched in a long time. Thank you!!
Hey David, Thank you for your time to create a high quality video. So value. I love the film, high quality images, content and sound.
Your content sooo clearly about the problem - hit snooze until the last possible minute.
And how you break down strategy to transformation behavior and explain specific enjoy the benefits of waking up early, BEST PRACTICES
Thanks😁😁
Much appreciated! Happy you enjoyed it and found it helpful!
WHATT!!, i saw the first 10 seconds, thought it was another RUclips with 200+ K subs, but damn you only got 2K!? well i wish you the best on your journey.
Thank you my brother!
Two suggestions:
*ONE* Replace silence with prayer. To whom? Jesus. He is who answers prayers and speaks to those who have a relationship with Him.
*TWO* Replace affirmations with reading and believing what the scriptures teach. Let Gods word transform the way you think and as you obey God, you will succeed in Gods purpose for why He created you.
Thank you for this, it’s nice to be giving advice by someone who can relate to the problem your trying to fix. Will definitely be starting this!
Such an incredible video, I've been kinda demotivated lately and I have some trouble getting up. This video gives me some strenght, thank you.
I always enjoy journaling at the end of the day as a decompression.
Married folks will understand this…
I wake up extra early so that I’ll have time to myself. I haven’t hit the “snooze” button in a long, long time. I’m sure this will continue if/when we have kids.
I’m in love with the alarm clock idea! So gonna try this!!!!
This editing is so awesome! Amazing content creator. Thanks for the valuable video man, I appreciate your discipline and for putting out what you've learned.😃
Thank you, Kaycee :)
David, we need more content from you, you can' imagine how you helped me with your videos. ❤
Man, this video is extremely well done, both content and editing wise, it really looks like it was made by a Professional content creator with millions of subscribers…needles to say, subscribed!
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you, Lisa!
This would be great! Except with school I have to wake up before sunrise... don't ya just love it when your school starts at 7:30?!
AMAZING! DONT STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!
Thanks so much Aishwarya! Glad you enjoyed it. Wish you luck with trying this!
@@davidbangean Thank you David!

This video is so helpful and motivating. It will be good if u make videos on social media detox and smart bedtime routine.😊
I definitely plan to do something like that in the future! Thanks for the suggestion Subasri :)
You are an EXTREMELY well spoken individual.
Love it bro....👌
This was one of the best intro's I've seen in a really long time
i have sadly downgraded from 7:30 to 8:00-8:30. It is starting to get cold at night so the bed literally is the most comfortable part of the house. i should definitely move my alarm clock to the end of my room. imma try this tomorrow!
What changed it for me:
- Putting the alarm clock far from the bed.
I love how smooth the edits are, thanks for sharing your experience!
Warren Buffett on a young Charlie Munger:
"He thought to himself, ‘Who’s my most valuable client?’ And he decided it was himself. So he decided to sell himself an hour each day. He did it early in the morning, working on these construction projects and real estate deals. Everybody should do this, be the client, and then work for other people, too, and sell yourself an hour a day."
That first hour is often the best one to sell back to yourself.
Great video, once again, David!
Love this! The importance of it rings true in many ways. Thanks for sharing man, appreciate your support!
Not asking for likes, subcribes and comments, no promotion, quality content... This is the first video in a while like this so you got all three. Keep up!
