There's a book called Hidden Time Wealth, and it talks about how using some secret techniques, you can overcome procrastination and accomplish anything in life. It's not just a bunch of empty promises; it's the real deal.
After reading dozens of productivity and time management books, I discovered that the essence of productivity is not time management but keeping the main thing the main thing. For instance, if you're painter you don't need to complicate things like making to-do-list etc, you just need to take a brush and do painting everyday. In other words, you need to focus on your SYSTEM rather than your goal. Don't occupy your mind with useless strategies which the so-called motivational speakers are selling, focus on your main thing, do it daily, and never miss, the result will take care of itself.

You are the men! ... honey please, make sure you breed, OK? I don't want those genes to disappear from humanity. You are one of those bright stars in the sky that shines down up on dumb people. thank you, you made it easy for me.
@MaracujaFitness If you have a gall that is too big for small mind folks to comprehend than you brake it in to smaller steps that fit in other peoples heads. Future is something you decide to achieve and get a strategy plan of action and you put in a calender what to do every day until it will be done. Use a calender as to do check list, .... Where you put your dreams and wishes ? In the calendar in order to not miss opportunity? isn't calender same to do list ? Life does not give a dam about plans in ones head, we have to wiggle constantly with permanently changing life . Make life more wonderful then it is every single second every time you make adjustments. If it not moves we usually call it dead. Everything that does not serves life (human needs) harms 100% for sure, money make us do things, that we wouldn't do by our own free will. and that is how harm is done
Yes stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a guy that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.

A good teacher not only tells you the rules but also explains why they're important and how to apply them in life. The gap between dry knowledge and real-world action is real and requires practice to overcome.
I always have a daily To-Do-List and get them all done before the end of the day. To do list serve as a reminder and it helped me achieve my targets daily. It has always been helpful.
@@freeae9170 Exactly some people write too much on it. What I do is write down all I need to do and people i need visit in order to achieve my set goal before the beginning of my day. I do this everyday.
@@wealthcreation247 I guess this kinda goes for people that make a vague to do list. Your to do list is daily so it makes sense to execute them. a lot of people make a to do list without scheduling which days or how fast that goal should be executed. I use a "things to do" list which is things I do to fill time, some aren't daily but a lot are things i focus on daily
Exactly! I think he meant make a to do list within a calendar and plan it according to your realistic abilities.I find myself doing 95% of it if I write everything down. And much less if I don’t.I write a daily to do lists that are generated from weekly and monthly goals/tasks lists. It works perfect for me :) I loved the video!
"Once time is gone, it's gone." So true! This is why time is one of the most valuable things we have and we need to figure out how to effectively manage it in business and in life. Cheers!
I highly recommend this video. I was so messed up 5 months ago until I watched this motivational video. I mean, it didnt went all good in a snap but I could say I became 50% better than who I was 5 months ago. Whenever I tend to turn not to the way this video is saying me what I should do, I would really put a good effort to scroll and watch this video again and eventually become motivated again. Thank you so much to the creators of this video. Keep safe!
After watching, I'v learned the following tips: 1. 5min role. 2. morning routine. 3. calendar is better than to-do list 4. focus on important task 5. brave to say no 6. focus day + buffering day + free day 7. sprint and rest is a more productive pattern 8. every minute counts 9. take care of your income-box 10. do most important things in the first 2 hours every day. 11. try to beat the evil-self by all available resource 12. take notes to alleviate our brain 13. 2-8 roles 14 focus on your talent
I make Todo lists everyday and I think it is really the key to why I get everything done. I always do the most important thing first, then everything else. Without a list, how am I supposed to remember everything I have to do? Honestly I'd forget about half of those things. When something pops up, instead of putting my work down and losing my focus, I quickly write it on the list and do it afterwards. Easy
that what they sayin in the video it is not 100 proccent necessarily true. Every human being work differently and what might be usefull and aplly for ones might not be good for others.
Guys, the video actually tells you that the calendar is not only a to do list but also includes the time and duration of the activities. Without time and duration, half of your list will never be completed.

The way Hidden Time Wealth dives into the concept of productivity is mind-blowing. Hidden Time Wealth tips are pure gold, and I wish more people knew about them.
Thank you for helping me hold myself accountable especially with time management, this has erased my circumstances that we're holding me back from taking action . Différents ways to say no : Why not It could be possible Could we postpone this requirement I'll think about it I'll give you an answer asap And by the way I am sure there are many more possibilities. Don't you think so
I said no to money... No to high salary.. No to great start up opportonity... Just to be more time with my kids. We have enough money to live... The question is how to create money with the time I have and the things I love. In the morning I am with my kids. Being friendly having friends is very important for health. If your success is mainly about making more influence world wide you are right...After being a soldier my perception in life has changed... Time with family and my kids can never be replaced. But I surely take into concideration your tips here! Thank you!
Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
Exactly. Just a timeline to do list starting from top priorities and urgent stuff. Like chess. Play your most important moves first to then set up your success at end moves. Sequence of priorities is an important skill in better planning.
The difference is that with the calendar it is "scheduled" as opposed to just on a list for you to get around to it someday. My old "to do" lists worked for me when it was just on a single page, but it didn't take long for it to grow to three or more pages and then it just gets depressing and over whelming. I was working on it all, but so much of it was in progress. Things I couldn't get done in one session would get labeled "IP" and I would just keep re-prioritizing them. I would add about 5 new items to the list for every one I actually completed. Today, I don't get so much out on paper to have to schedule or think about as it just gets too over whelming. I limit myself on what I need to be thinking about so I can see everything that is currently on my plate. I then move on as those things actually get done. This is also where a calendar is effective in that it limits you to how much you have on your forecast of things coming up to do.
There is no real reason you can't use both. Just know what each is for. For some people, having a leak l literal list helps them immensely. Obviously, put things on your calendar. Obviously you can make a dump list and then organize and prioritize it. I don't need to put everything on my to do list on a calendar.
I have a to-do list notebook, which has a blank line for you to write in the date. And in the left corner I put little boxes to check off later after I completed the task. I can go back and look at my accomplishments anytime I feel stuck. It also keeps me both motivated and confident. My point is even though I put a date on it it is still a to-do list.....
No, actually, different things do not work for different people. People who appear to use a calendar only are working from some list or set of lists. They seemed to have missed that point or the people they talked to were disingenuous. There is some list somewhere. The key is to move the lists (to do items) from the ranked backlog (ideal) or multiple project lists, to the time-block in your calendar. This is the real point they are making. Many successful people do this, as well as millionaires, etc.
I’m honestly so tired of hearing “everyone has the same amount of time in a day”. That at first glance might seem true but if you look beyond the surface level you’ll see that’s not true. Someone with more money has more time. Think of it like this how much time is spent taking care of your home? Well if you have more money you simply pay someone to do it. My old boss used to always spew the “same amount of time” shit until I asked him this. “Do you cook or does someone do it for you?” “Do you mow your own yard or do you pay someone?” “Do you take your own calls or does your secretary?” This dude did none of that, he even paid people to pick up his own groceries. He would pay for people to gas up his car while he worked, they would legit come and fuel his car in the parking lot. So again, he might have had the same amount of time by definition but because he could afford to pay for all sorts of services he gained hours that I simply could never have.
You can one day if you work hard enough. To you I would say work harder then anyone in the room and you will know when you have seceded when people begin to mention how hard you work and are amazed.
Same thing in my mind, when I heard that phrase. We have the same length of time by definition, but not all people have the opportunity to utilise it for the "most important" things, and that's the sad truth.
GOOD FOR YOU!!! I had the same kind of boss...ran mouth without any gas in his think-tank. Cross off you TTD List: "Put boss in his place and get him to shut-f-up already!" Good for you! 👏👏👏👏
I swear I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and this video popped on my page and listening to this immediately ended it before it began. I always panic because I feel like there's so much to do and I feel slow in replying to my messages, but now I have these jewels of success. Thank u so so much for creating this gem
Shout out to every secretary/assistant for rocking the heck out of your to-do lists and the to-do lists from your boss, your higher-ups who aren't your boss, your coworkers, your staff, and everyone on the phone and at the front door who thinks your only job is to do whatever they want in that moment. I see you, and you're awesome.
Personally, a to-do list has been essential in regaining control of my life, but I feel it is the basis of working from my calendar as well. I realised how stressed out I was of feeling like I constantly forgot tons of stuff that needed to be done, so I put up a list on my phone, a notepad on my desk, and a notepad at my bedside so I didn't have to use my phone (personally, I found it easier to just use my phone even if it means I look at it in a dark room because I remembered something). Anyway, I add every minor thing the second I have the thought, making me feel relaxed and not worrying or having that feeling of "something important I forgot." - Because I know that if there's anything that I wanted or needed to do, I wrote it down. On sundays I put all the things that got added to my phone into a to-do document. Now that I'm well into the process, it's rarely more than a few things being added, but in the beginning i could have 10-20 things. My to do-list is sorted in three categories, essential/important tasks, tasks that can wait but that demands my attention every now and again, and things that are non essential. Every sunday I plan out the week and put stuff into my calendar, every night before bed I reevaluate my goals and results, and edit my calendar for the day after. My to-do list was essential for me to starting this.
My thoughts as well. You feel more relaxed by "brain dumping" and putting things into something and out of your brain. It also keeps me organized by letting me know which should I do next 😊
true. but you should'nt spend to much time on it (there's ppl who almost spend more time on their fking to-do list than on the things they wrote on the to-do list)
Well ya. The advice given, is to write down your tasks. The point is, that the most productive people write these tasks on their calender. A "To Do List" is simply a string of things one would like to accomplish, without any sense of accountability. You can put as many items as you wish, on a to do list. With a calender day however, you have to predict the time required to accomplish the tasks. Foolish, to put a month's worth of tasks on a single calender day, and you know it. 8 - 10 hours later, you've barely scratched the surface. Using a calender, as opposed to a blank page, is "planning to accomplish" rather than wishing or dreaming.
marshalllhiepler I hear you. I didn’t watch the video. Wasn’t on the todo list. But yeah I understand your method. Sounds intelligent but I still like the freedom of a todo list if it feels right though I will incorporated the calendar method. I can try anything once. Thanks for informing me on the details. Maybe it will help me. I write on my calendar already important dates. I guess I would need a bigger calendar utilize this method. I’d need something I could see not something buried in my phone.
Well, if you have a good system yes, tehy might work. Short ones, contextual, actionable, 3-5 items not 20 or more than yes, such to-do-lists can make one more productive. I use them but I agree key is ability to prioritise and simply habit of acting on your priority tasks.
@@femmeNikita27 "...habit of acting on your priority tasks." Yes, you've hit the nail on the head there. No "To Do List" , Calender, string around one's finger, or reminder tatooed on one's forehead... will have the slightest effect on productivity, if one is not committed to following thru with the tasks.
Well, it requires some awareness that does come from science we have, studies into habits. Reading "The Power of Habit" can be an eye-opener I think. If prioroty tasks repeat, set up the system, set up routine. Track getting used to your routine with some habit tracker and after a while you will get into habit of acting on your priority tasks. It really requires 3 skills- habit setting, ability to prioritize and habit and action tracking. I know routines sound boring but in fact we do waste time out of habit in our lives so we can flip it and make the most of our lives thanks to following productive routines.
It appears I have been adopting these habits overtime & it is now becoming a lifestyle. ❤️ This video was confirmation I am on the right track to my goals. Thank you.
So, it isn't really "don't use a to-do list." Instead it's more like "be precisely intentional with your to-do list to the point that you've given every task a specific dedicated time on your calendar in order to complete your to-do list."
My comment seriously is to be found scrolling down 10 times if you know what I mean. So I will attach it to here: To do lists are not really to do lists. It's just some reminders when there is a lot of stuff that needs to get done. These things are not a list that is above one, it is something one simply does for overview.
Right after this video I actually downloaded the Google Calender app, and scheduled all my to do's in it, and I can already feel this will make me more productive because with my to do list, where I just typed down everything that came to my mind, I sometimes hat to do's which were in this list a month later.. because I never set a date to complete this to do
When you transform the list from the things you have to do to the things you want to do, it isn’t a todo list anymore. It is a goals list. And for that you must have strong motivation. It is important to understand how you talk to yourself. Ourselves prefer wishes that come true over orders that need to be done. Its all about perspective.
Discovering Hidden Time Wealth has been one of the best things I've done for my productivity. It feels like I’ve finally cracked the code to overcoming procrastination.
Over the years I have made the impression onto my friends and family that I do not value my time, and I am willing to help because I care enough to. Now the expectation is set, and I find it hard to have time for myself. Yet, when I need something or anything, it is hard to find someone to help me. They don't skip a beat to tell me they don't have the time. Zero concern for my situation. When they call me, they act like I'm the only person on the planet that can help them, and if I don't they'll lose everything, etc, etc. I do take most of the blame, but what I noticed is that there is nobody speaking up to me about my stupidity, my flaws and poor decision-making like I would for someone else. So my lesson is, caring is okay, but only care to the same degree that this or that person has shown to care for you. There has to be a balance in relationships. Don't get manipulated and disrespected. I'm sick and tired of it, and it took me a lifetime to admit that I am way too nice. There are very few people that respect kindness anyway. People respect, self-respect and confidence so much more.
Well, people do it in practice if ones looks at data on productivity in a workplace. They just don't think about it. And maybe it's good to think about it in this way to become more self-aware.
This fact has taken me a while to come to terms with and has made me stop trading while I work towards getting a bigger account size with an affiliate company.
jessica I agree and along with that you would need the higher initial deposit so that you can start with a proper broker. I have heard about direct connection to a broker with multiple bank feeds. The spread, execution and reliability of experienced trading platforms will make your system over time. this is true!
Trust me, I hate tall claims when it comes to my newly found partnership with Charles Alen brokerage, mine has shown good results. My account has increased 34% so far this month on a secondary level for nearly 80%. Starting with $2,000 with Charles Alen and trading with one account, I now have $28,000. That is an 78% increase in two months trades.
I always encourage my employees to walk through the door in the morning and hit those immediate, essential tasks that need to be done every day for one hour. Then, with a dent made on the routine stuff, step away and take a 10-minute break. They review their tasks for the week, the day, and block out their remaining time around what they want to accomplish most. It's effective!
I lost interest because of video length, so checked the comments. There I found someone who summarized the golden nuggets. Thank you. You have great endurance for long videos, and saved me a lot of time.

I data dump EVERYTHING to a todo list on a whiteboard. Then organize it into categories. Such as inside tasks , outside tasks, away from home tasks. Then again into “not important now” vs “important now “. Then I mark which tasks have to be done on or before a certain date. The white board makes it always visible to me and it’s easily updated every day or multiple times per day. I write down on paper important notes to take with me for one day. I also take a photo of it in case I want to reflect on it when I am away from home. It’s crazy helpful and frees my mind from worrying about loosing track of what I am supposed to do, and also helps me take a step back and look at how everything fits together and thus strategize, even with additional diagrams or notes.
i'm happy that this year i found out most of the things said in this video myself, that makes me feel amazing. btw about to do list: it is absolutely right, because once you put too much on that list you dont understand that it's too much and in the end of the day you find out that you haven't done everything you had to so that makes you upset. Calendar is much more better!
This is like a meeting, and so as Richard Branson said meetings should be 5-10mins. So listening to this is a form of procrastination, when I could be doing positive things towards my goals.
Couldn't disagree more. Firstly, I only put high priority things (80-20 principle) on my to-do list, and since I've been using it, I've been achieving way more. Before, when I wasn't using one, I'd procrastinate and ignore the important things whereas now I only work on the three things at the top of my list (need three things only because your attention wanes if you work on the same one thing all the time). I'm not a businessman but work in an office environment.
It's click bait. The video tells you to make a todo list on your calendar 😂 I agree. Todo lists of any kind are proven to increase efficiency so much that nasa and even brain surgeons use them. It prevents cognitive overload and frees up mental space to focus on the task at hand instead of dividing your attention juggling things you have to do in your head. List making and scheduling are essential for productivity.
If any of you amazing fancy I'm it. When I say that my life so far at the age of 45 has been a car crash.. when I was 35 I got attacked in my own buy bodybuilder... And a judge in the UK felt it necessary to give me 12yrs.. I've recently got after doing 10 yrs out of it.. The stuff I've been watching has blown my mind. But now I'm starting my life at 0 so if anyone can or wants to help I'll repay your kindness 10 fold.. I'm calling on the virtual world in the hope it will turn into a real world...Thanks
I get to every single item on my list . Many roll over in time , but if I had no list , important things would be overlooked . Crossing off something is the win
"Don't do a TO DO LIST, just right things that you need to do in a calendar day" I'm over here like bruh you just said do a to do list in your own words. '
1993 I had that on a poster in my office; "Just do it!" I was a systems analyst doing the job of 3 people as security officer, help desk, communications, backup network mgr, systems integration, db mgr...burning out. I knew how to prioritize. I was personally trained in conferences by Zig Ziglar, Stephen Covey, and the ones who wrote "The One Minute Manager"...how to manage time and priorities. "Just do it!" was not working. One day I got out a red marker and drew a circle and a slash around "Just do it!" I trusted my prioritizing and instincts. Things improved. One method taught (that in moderation works) is to ignore certain tasks until they die on the vine - hide those task folders in your desk....and you'll later realize they weren't so important. That was an actual method that sounds bad, but can actually be good management.
I love what you do guys im in high school now and i watch a video of yours before i start studying i fall many times but i get back up and one of the things that helped me get back up is your videos thank you and keep doing what you do

He didn’t say say no to everything. He said say no to everything that is not in line with your goals. If you do things that is not in line with your goals you will feel unhappy and unsuccessful.
To me, things to do LIST is as good as calendar planner or google calendar. It is depend how you utilize and what detail information you put into the list, date, time, event name, etc.
#9 is the big one for me. Saying yes to something means saying no to something else. I allow other peoples’s needs and goals to trump my own. I keep saying yes to everyone then trying to fit my own things in when I have time - which never happens.
To do lists actually save me time. Once ive written it down I dont have to waste time rethinking and/or worrying about what is still left to do and I can just get on and power through the list. You can get overwealmed and paralyzed when too many tasks are whizzing through your mind. Jotting them down makes you realise it isnt as big as you thought it was. Just releasing that anxiety frees up your mind to get on with things.
The one about the morning is true. I'm a writer and started waking up before 5 am. I get more writing done between 5 and 7 than I do sometimes in an entire day. I also wish they could've spoken about food. I think heavy lunches bring us down oftentimes. When I started paying attention to my energy and focus levels, I realize I got no work done between 1 pm and 3 pm because my body diverted all that energy into processing the food from lunch.
Yeah I Started realizing the same. I wake up at 5am, every meal after about 11am makes me so tired, ALWAYS after about 30-80minutes later. Most of the time I watch the clock when getting tired, knowing by default break timings daily, that 1 hour earlier I had a good big meal. How do you track when you are most productive? I just solved the Problem by eating not so big portions at once and it really seems to make a huge difference. That was unthinkable a while ago though, I really love my gains. Looking forward to Intermitted Fasting as Terry Crews does. That might be a very good system
Well, humans cannot escape biology. If you know your least productive time you have to plan for this to be "less productive part of the day"/break time and to plan for other parts of your day to be more intense. As simple as that. If you know your chronotype/natural clock it's easier to plan it since professionals can predict your daily energy levels and suggest what to do when.
@@femmeNikita27 Maybe not escape biology but vastly improve with this advice: lunch with less carbohydrates and a bit less calories. Then your energy level hardly dips anymore. I do this for years. More energy! :-)
Well, that's some idea but not very universal. Ther are different metabolic types and some people literally work on carbohydrates, so not everyone and not in every line of work can follow this advice. But yes, for some people this might work. I would also say- think about how you eat meat or very fatty food since if one eats them with things which emulgate fat digestion is easier. The most difficult task to handle by our body is digestion of proteins, especially from meat. So sometimes we can actually replace those with complex carbohydrates which we digest and burn easily- within 1 hour since our meal, whereas with a huge amount of proteins our digestion will struggle for 4 hours before we get an energy boost. This is why during intense training people usually reach for carbohydrates when they need immediate energy boost and quick digestion and for protein after workout, to regenrate when some even favour to take a nap for example (like people who train as professional bodybuilders for example, do martial arts, strain muscles a lot with intense cardio or weight training). So I wouldn't say cutting out any category of food is good. It's more about what we digest, how and when is the best timing for a particular type of metabolic process. Brain eats 20% of our total carbohydrates consumption, so for white collar jobs, people who think, count, analyze a lot carbohydrates not to get sleepy, not to get distracted both water and carbohydrates are a must. For physical worker it's more about protein to avoid injuries, muscle loss, to reduce amount of acids produces by muscles to reduce the risk of cramps and accidents at work etc.
My personal mountain to climb is 4:30am wake-up times and 1.5 hrs in the gym before work by 8am and it's _just enough_ to get it all done. I do get it all done though and by the time my coworkers have arrived to work bleary eyed and tired, I have already woken up, watered my plants, showered, fed the cat, made it to the gym and have arrived to work with 15 minutes to change into work clothes, get my coffee and clock in. 💪
This is one of the more logical "how to be successful" informational videos I've ever watched. I enjoyed it so much I added it to my watch later list and took notes! Thank you for the time and effort you put into this presentation, I hope to employ some of these, if not all of these principles, to better improve my work-life balance.
Excellent video. The last section about productivity and time really made sense since we only have much time on this planet to be productive and successful. Mix that with a healthy diet, proper sleep schedule, and regular exercise and you can't be beat! Thanks for sharing!
What helps me recently is to start the day right. I start the day by reading a producitvity/self-help book. That gets me going and inclines my mind to work. The last thing at night I do is to review the day. I have noticed that starting and ending the day right is a priceless habit.
I don't agree with TO DO list point. Each and every billion dollar company has daily/weekly/monthly plan...off course u need a calendar..but if u r not focussed on to do list u will never ever succeed..thats a promise. To do lists are like stepping stones DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY is the key here.
I always have a to-do list for the day, and organize the stuff in there by importance and the time I think it's going to take, also, I have realistic goals for the day and have a set time for everything in my to-do list.
I've been using that calendar idea for over a year now. Everything "To Do" gets a date and time in the calendar app on my phone. If I don't get to something, it gets shifted forward to another day.
As a general contractor, to-do lists have treated me very well. Mine can have 50-100 easily forgettable tasks on a daily basis. Lists of tools and materials needed for the day, calls I need to make to customers or subcontractors or distributors, etc. Without my notebook I would inevitably delay production forgetting anything.
I think that different types of work have different priorities. The work described here is knowledge work not physical work. All billionaires are knowledge workers, they don't physically do much for themselves but determine what should be done in broad strokes.
@@lexpox329 I agree that there is a difference between positions that require micro management and those that require macro management. Unfortunately for me, I'm always doing both. It becomes rhythmic but there's still room for oversights without some written reminders. I would never discourage anyone from making lists. It's a good first step towards not needing to make them.

Why do you waste everybody's time with repetition and pointless padding?
So why are you watching this motivational video?

Thank you so much

There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advisor.

Same! I get off track fast if I don't have a list I can tick things off and feel like I have gotten stuff done and not forgotten something.

Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
"We work from a calendar!" Right... A scheduled list of things to do.
Yeah...I make a Todo list and then I schedule them lol...
Saying no is important, but writing down your immediate, near term, and future goals to do is INVALUABLE. Different things work for different people.
I agree
We have the same length of time by definition, but not all people have the opportunity to utilise it for the "most important" things, and that's the sad truth.
yes! I absolutely hate the phrase for this exact reason.
GOOD FOR YOU!!!
I had the same kind of boss...ran mouth without any gas in his think-tank.
Cross off you TTD List: "Put boss in his place and get him to shut-f-up already!"

A to do list is something every succesful person have or had once and it is a great way to create discipline and routine.
true. but you should'nt spend to much time on it (there's ppl who almost spend more time on their fking to-do list than on the things they wrote on the to-do list)
@@silasmaurer7835 I wish I had the discipline to have a to do list xD
Lists have always helped me. Otherwise I forget. Even writing it down helps me remember the steps even if I don’t look at the list.
@@femmeNikita27
"...habit of acting on your priority tasks."
Yes, you've hit the nail on the head there.

So I will attach it to here:
To do lists are not really to do lists. It's just some reminders when there is a lot of stuff that needs to get done. These things are not a list that is above one, it is something one simply does for overview.
That sounds like one variant of the to do list which is "if x then do y," so like if it's noon then I"ll get groceries
Yes, that is the difference between just a list and a schedule.
Yeah, but that's too long! LOL!
People respect, self-respect and confidence so much more.
having productivity days, management days, and resting days was a welcome new tip
Well, people do it in practice if ones looks at data on productivity in a workplace. They just don't think about it. And maybe it's good to think about it in this way to become more self-aware.
Really inspiring and very well articulated. Little steps forward..time,consistently, and you’ll be miles ahead eventually.
Well said jessica.
Smart choices always produce greater opportunities.
I think these nuggets are great, but need some updating post Covid... A follow up would be great!
I lost interest because of video length, so checked the comments. There I found someone who summarized the golden nuggets. Thank you. You have great endurance for long videos, and saved me a lot of time.
I love how it reminds us how valuable time is.. twice.
Taking notes
1.Time is the most Valuable and Scarest Resource you have
One day at a time 24 hours
2.Identify the most important task and Do it first
Discipline is Scheduling Time
2hours after waking up is the more productive
3.Work From your calendar not your to Do List
4.OverCome Procrastination and beat your future self
5.There will always be more to do
6.Always Carry A NoteBook
7.Control your inbox
Shut off the notifications of your phone
8.schedule and attend meetings as last resorts
9.Say no all things that does not support your immediate goals
10.pareto Principle
11.focus on your unique strenght n passion
12 batch your work with recurring themes
13.if u can do a task less than 5 mins do it immediately
14.Early Morning, First hour of day
15.focus on productivity and energy
Lifes too short to regret about wasted time start hard work immediately
🙏
so true!
exactly!
Yes but you also have to keep a balance between work and life and health.
To do list and calendar is just the same thing. Calendar is basically a systematic plan of what your want/need to do.
The short discussion and quick simple examples for each point was very useful. Cheers to you both.
This is subjective.. To-do-list literally changed by life for the better.
Yeah, like the Kan ban board is literally a to-do list.
I use one so I don't forget tasks I intended to do.
i'm happy that this year i found out most of the things said in this video myself, that makes me feel amazing. btw about to do list: it is absolutely right, because once you put too much on that list you dont understand that it's too much and in the end of the day you find out that you haven't done everything you had to so that makes you upset. Calendar is much more better!
This is like a meeting, and so as Richard Branson said meetings should be 5-10mins. So listening to this is a form of procrastination, when I could be doing positive things towards my goals.
I don't think I'll watch another productivity video after this one am literally smiling 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Thank you so much 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I always achieve everything on my todo lists just because i put that stuff there for a reason, i'll HAVE TO achieve them.
Sucsessful people dont do to do list.. that's because they have a srcretary already to do it for them 😂
hhahaha yep you are right
U got it....get one. Not so easy 2 find. Pepper Pots is not real.
☺☺☺
They make to do lists for their secretary?
@@2adamast , no )) their secretaries do their to do lists )))
Having the confidence and self-compassion to say no to things is a major key!
Very few success motivational videos are as concentrated as this one. So much good information in one video. Amazing.
9:46 Say no to things that don't support your goals.
And I am putting this in my “Daily” list, which I open once in a year
The small book "30 Days to Overcome Procrastination" by Corin Devaso is a nice book to have on hand. It uses a mindfulness and inquiry approach.
Very inspiring! 💕💕💕 I will succeed someday too and I’m going to do my part to make the world a better place again 😊
Shall i join you!!!!
Wish you all the best !!!😊

the best videos to watch are the ones that you find not by accident, but the ones that you find by faith.

One of the best, to the point and really gold nuggets worth wisdom video I've ever seen. Great work guys! Thanks a ton!
I get to every single item on my list . Many roll over in time , but if I had no list , important things would be overlooked . Crossing off something is the win
"Don't do a TO DO LIST, just right things that you need to do in a calendar day" I'm over here like bruh you just said do a to do list in your own words.

I once saw a Tshirt with bold letters written on it :
EVERYTHING WORTH DOING IS WORTH UNDOING
And my paradigm shifted, big time
A Great find on a Sunday morning.
Certainly will strengthen my Spirit, Mind and Body.
Thank you, most appreciated.
Don't procrastinate , Just Do It !
My Fav thought - and its motivating -
5, 4, 3, 2, 1 .... *Just Do It!*
I will!
.....later
1993 I had that on a poster in my office; "Just do it!"
I was a systems analyst doing the job of 3 people as security officer, help desk, communications, backup network mgr, systems integration, db mgr...burning out.
Procrastination is good. Because it's telling u skills to do u don't have...u don't procrastinate what u have skills to do.
@@therealmichaelaguirre6722 I think you're on to something.
I love what you do guys im in high school now and i watch a video of yours before i start studying i fall many times but i get back up and one of the things that helped me get back up is your videos thank you and keep doing what you do
I will study hard and never give up ❤💪💪💪💪

Invest in your own business instead
My friend who studied the hardest in school and was a valedictorian for both junior high and high school ended up the least successful in career.
Stay out from under student loans. Graduate and be free knowing your money is not already spent.
@@cycleet why is people liking your comment. You must know very little people.
1st studying hard makes you knowlegible at things, and 2nd it halps you practice to sharpen your personality. So what aver you are going to be doing in life will give you maximum amounts of fruit from your hard work.
Don't spread that dumb ass information that encourage this generation to try not learn anything.

“Say no to everything” lol good luck with that non boss level bro’s
He didn’t say say no to everything. He said say no to everything that is not in line with your goals. If you do things that is not in line with your goals you will feel unhappy and unsuccessful.
This sentence is a joke, isn't it?
This is my thinking too
Hidden Time Wealth blew my mind. I’ve shared it with friends, and they’re all amazed at how much more productive they've become.
This is awesome! Had my ear glued to the stereo the entire talk!
That might be a very good system
follow.. 17-19 hour fasting.. eat lunch at 3-5pm . Drink your breakfast, just coffee or juice...lunch are just fruit snack or nuts, no carbo. Try it!

Every moment of life is precious just LIVE it to fullest❤
It's extremely rare i watch a RUclips video more than once, on my third viewing of this. Excellent advice and presented efficiently. 👍
Who else is procrastinating with RUclips?
Time is life. Once it's gone it's gone!
No. U believe in a here after...obviously since u care about time.
You're underestimating my procrastination skills
