Also I realise it was a while ago but it would be super sick if you guys redid Passenger on a new album..
You know what's really cool about this band? Every album still fells like a "new album" until the next one comes out. It can't believe it's been this long since PIV came out, it's just so fresh and exciting that I never get the feeling of "eh, I've listened to this enough." It always feels like it's something new and interesting until the next album drops and gives you that same feeling.

I just watched the Captain Meets video with Misha and he said that he designed his signatures to be road-worthy and that got me wondering how they work for tracking. This video pretty much answered my question, lol. Even Jake and Mark using them instead of their own guitars.

I started on bulb's soundclick in 2006 and eventually knew all the songs, so by the time they released the first album there was an adjustment period for me, and probably a lot of other people. But within a week or two it was all good. They probably put out the instrumental for that one to appease the pre existing fans that weren't into Spencer's vocals, I'm guessing.
So apparently one track is going to be called "Follow your ghost" (1:23) The riff sounds amazing at least. Very different from the material before but I think I might be able to love it
The plot of the video: "Okay, how does this look on me, guys?" Aerith said as she stood in front of a mirror with a yellow sun dress on. "It looks really cute!" Yuffie said through a wide smile. "Yea, yellow really matches you. It looks as cute as a button on you." Tifa said nicely as she nodded her head. "Cute?" Aerith repeated. Aerith wasn't shopping for cute clothes. She wanted something sexy and mature. "Okay, I'll just get something else" she said to herself. She quickly walked to the clothes rack and skimmed through until she saw something that was sexy and mature. After putting the dress on, Aerith was once again in front of the mirror waiting for what her friends thought of the dress. Yuffie, Tifa, and Aerith all examined the dress carefully. It was a soft red lace, embroidered by small flowers. Its bosom was heart shaped causing her breast to be lifted. The dress was held up by a strap that was tied around her neck creating a bow. Her back was completely exposed. The dress was very form fitting around the waist but was loose around her hips and legs. It went about 4 inches above her knees with a slit to the side. "So?" Aerith said nervously. "It's a pretty dress, Aerith." Tifa began, "But isn't it, well..." Tifa stuttered. "What? Is it what?" Aerith asked worriedly. Yuffie jumped in and spoke, "It's kinda sexy." Aerith's face lit up with happiness. "It is!" Aerith proclaimed as she clasped her hands together. "Why are you happy about that?" both the girls asked. "What do you mean? I want to look sexy." Aerith's voice was happy but trailed off, " I wanna look sexy don't I?"
Looking forward to hearing the new Vox of Spencer Sotello. All the instruments are groovy but Spencer makes Periphery go to 11. That one extra push over the cliff. On P3 Lune, Marigold, Remain Indoors are my favs right now.
