I was into body building when I was a lot younger but never ever wanted to take any gear and I turned out to be a hard gainer. Sam, is an easy gainer and his body reacts fast and just loves to put on muscle, regardless what he eats. So when he takes gear on top of that, well shit, he is going to grow fast, but at what cost. Add a clean specialized diet, and the world of Body Building is his.. HOOAH!!!
As someone who started hitting the gym at the end of the 80's Sam looks like the guys I'd see in there. Big, intense lifting, sweaty and covered up until they want to see their hard work in the mirror. He's a likable guy who seems like your buddy you lifted with when we all first started lifting. Most of us had the bigger more educated lifter friend that got us all in. As I was the smallest guy in the gym when I started I've been called 'big guy' so a lot has changed over the decades and I watched my group of friends get into it hard and take time off and get back into it and take time off where I'm the guy who just kept going consistently and have lifted more days of my life than I've not lifted. So Sam is enjoyable to watch as he motivates me with his consistency, intensity and authencity.
I only knew sam through what i read ir heard on the Internet. But now today ive watches his videos heard about his life and gotten to know him. And wow such a great yiung man. Hes changed my perspective of him 360 degrees. You go sam i hope to see yiu at the top bro. 🎉🎉😊
"The shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself, But the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences." - The Bible, Proverbs 22:3. Take care of you Sam! You seem to be a nice guy.
he seems like a genuine nice guy (one could say, Zyzz of modern era, he brings people together, shows that hard work pays off) and nobody can say anything against it. we must admire this...... but STILL, the guy is on gear. No wonder he can train and recover with such ease (still, one must admire his dedication and hard work)
Too many young people are into being followers and hero worshipers. live you own life. I dont' give a damn about Sam. I don't give a damn about anyone who does drugs. I will never go down that path. I remember another drug user that everyone was saying was living his best life. Zyzz. He's dead. Some best life.
Kids just himself and hasnt let anything that he has done change who he is at his core and i think we all love that about him and thats why we follow him.
That's what makes him such a legend. Sam is the guy you love to listing too. Guys like Grag are loads of preaching that you can't stand to listen to. I respect what he's saying most of the time. Other times, he contradicts himself. He's always telling people they can't put on muscle because they don't have the genetics. Genetics is definitely a factor. It's rare to see people with genetics that completely prevent them from building a decent physique. Yet he throws it around like most the world has horrible genetics. It's frustrating because I see more kids hoping on gear because someone told them they didn't have good genetics. In reality, they just need to get their training and dieting right and have patience. Sam nailed it when he said almost everyone has the potential. They just need to put in the effort. Yes, I get it. Shouldn't expect to get steroids level physique natural. Most of the guys and girls training in the gym just want to improve and have a decent physique. There's nothing wrong with setting the bar high. The greatest accomplishments ever would never have happened if the bar wasn't set high.
He seems kind of refreshing. He will do what he wants to do, for good or bad, as we all do. He’s more likable than many big bodybuilders, but I have only watched this episode and probably two of his own. Swollen muscles, not as swollen an attitude. Refreshing.
what sucks is that he's actually a really down to earth honest nice guy BUT..... this little boy is speedrunning his life..... STOP THE ROIDS DUDE IT'S NOT WORTH IT, if he gets to 30 he's lucky

I work out to be healthy, and taking PEDs does not align with that goal. But not everyone has the same goals and Sam is a beast at what he does. Fun to watch and down to earth.
💯
I’m 53 I’m in trt. Educate yourself. I’m a better man for it
@@Inkslinger123 Good for you bro. I am plenty educated on the subject, thanks. Not everyone needs to go on PEDS, and most people who do don't do it in a healthy way. Glad you are achieving your own personal goals though.
Linkslinger has made multiple comments already. He has a superiority complex with himself. When someone says ‘get educated’ they are gasping for air because they don’t know what to say.
I have nothing but pure love and respect for sam. I think he is an absolutely genuine and amazing human being. He seems like the type of guy that would make and absolutely amazing friend to have. He's someone I would love to meet and hangout with and even get a workout in with. Hopefully one day I get to actually meet him.
💯
This doc is surprisingly good. Well done.
Thank you 🙏
There’s no guarantee how long you’ll live. Just live a life that makes you happy and be kind to others.
Thank you for making this beautiful documentary about Sam ❤
My pleasure!
Seems like a very humble young man enjoying life his way. God bless you Sam have a lifetime of fun!
Unfortunately, it may be a very short lifetime.
The amount of roads this dude is on is UNREAL. Dude is taking YEARS off his life
Who cares dude he’s happy
@@EricRobbins8987you wouldn’t say the same to a drug addict
I am actually shocked I haven't given his content a shot earlier on, he seems like a really good kid with a good childhood. Say what you want about the gear but he puts the work in. You don't shoot gear and blow up without putting the work in, atleast not to a size like him
He seems like a solid dude that is just doing things at a high level, i havent seen him talk bad about anyone, and he still has haters.
Keep in mind from Chicago to Miami he has probably influenced over 1000 under 21-year-olds to start taking steroids my guy

The simple undeniable fact Sam is our modern day quintessential motivated young male in America today, proves America is still the greatest country on earth!
this is so good bro dunno how it hasn't gained more traction yet
Sam is the chillest dude ever! I watch all his videos and it’s literally nothing negative to say about him.
Wow. super well put together! The video was easy to digest, funny, informative and adding interesting points of view. I'm glad i stumbled upon this. Magnum opus vibes
Im glad you like it brother 🙏
Man, I really like this Sam guy. Seems like such a chill dude
Thoroughly enjoyed the documentary, Sam, God speed on your journey brother!
Anybody that abuses PED’s, regardless of their personality, genetics or intentions, is choosing to shorten their life significantly for a very niche sport and an income stream that won’t last. But, to each their own.
People that Drink Alcohol do the same. Just to let of Steam. That's even more stupid.
Uses or abuses? Tell me as you know, what exactly is he taking?
@@liesdiebibelbruder420as someone who has gotten off alcohol and is now entering lifting I couldn’t agree more.
You made an accurate and correct comment just for people to cry because they can’t fathom that they are wrong.
People put blinders on when an opinion becomes a fact in their own mind.
@@liesdiebibelbruder420a little drinking doesn’t hurt you and a little extra plain testosterone also doesn’t, the problem with both starts when you take it to the extreme
Teenager who went in the gym and started taking juice right from the get go and because of that earned his fame. Such an amazing story!
HOOAH!!!
Most hard gainers aren't eating enough to grow myself included
@@nboss968 what do you recommend?
"If you are nearly done, you may as well finish it" Attitude of champions. Thats what a winner thinks!!!! No matter what the difficulty
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen on RUclips. Whoever made this killed it❤
Thanks a lot ❤
Man this is just, beautiful
Thanks for this video! Hope he appreciates it.
He really does have the best video set up as far as what he does in them
As someone who started hitting the gym at the end of the 80's Sam looks like the guys I'd see in there.
Never disrespect a man's journey, look at yourselves are you worthy of that fellas?

this is deeeeep man
It's incredible what genetics & hard work can achieve 💪💪
Came here from your comment. Fire video fr 🔥
"The shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself, But the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences." - The Bible, Proverbs 22:3. Take care of you Sam! You seem to be a nice guy.
That JRE opening at the end is FIRE🔥...
This documentary is amazing omg extremely motivational thanks so much
So glad u enjoyed it
Great video. Sam is inspirational
Enough to make a grown man cry
he seems like a genuine nice guy (one could say, Zyzz of modern era, he brings people together, shows that hard work pays off) and nobody can say anything against it. we must admire this...... but STILL, the guy is on gear.
He’ll prob die by 30, he’s on lots of gear and has imperfect technique, but in the mean time he’s gen Zs Rich Piana
Refreshing.
Sending love to everyone here ! ❤
what sucks is that he's actually a really down to earth honest nice guy BUT..... this little boy is speedrunning his life..... STOP THE ROIDS DUDE IT'S NOT WORTH IT, if he gets to 30 he's lucky
Sam is a great dude. Not too many authentic people at his level. This is a great documentary with a lot of info as oppose to the people that just use his name for views.
music name of 6:21 PLEASE
He just needs to be very careful with the PEDS. Remember Dallas McCarver, Bostin Loyd and others who are gone at a young age. Great presentation. 💪
I don't think he is using that much gear..
Thx for this nice documentary bro, it was really informativ. Keep it up.
Thank you, i really appreciate your words ❤💪
I think it's his personality, that sets him apart from other fitness influencers. He is a nice and chill dude and I think that goes a long way
Sam is a fun RUclipsr to watch, not exactly sure why, but I think it’s his authenticity, and he seems just like a regular guy kinda
Wow this was an amazing watch!!!! More documentaries should be top tier like this!!! Sam is an amazing, humble, and great person all around!
Glad you enjoyed it brother! more to come 💪❤
"A little bit of gear" the difference before gear and after gear is colosal
The “look at these fuckers posting a workout, I lift harder than you” is such good motivation
Tren twins lift harder than me! no way
After watching Sams videos I bought a stationary bike and have consistently hit 30 minutes daily for cardio. It's been great for me physically and mentally.
