Give me those pills. Brother. Lol. Only start giving them to me at about 5. If that is the case. You might as well start sooner then later.
Or what about if you are 20 when you start taking them and you have 40 years until it catches up to you no matter what state you are in so you really live till you are 60.
Or you take it to make your dreams come true and that dream is to be the best scientist to figure out a way to live longer because your greatest potential is in when you take the zip pill. So it’s like a race against time. For you to figure out a way for either longer years or full on immortality. I can live with that.
Now you got me thinking about it to much but regardless if it where me I’m taking it and figuring out the formula for the fountain of youth and a jaked physic.

Right is right and wrong is wrong, I recommend most of you idolizing and following these internet influencers find Jesus. Let’s be honest with ourselves here buck, you made this video for views just like Sam does with his content. He probably doesn’t know of you nor the majority of his followers existence, yet here y’all are making a whole documentary on him before he’s even accomplished JACK in the lifting scene. For that matter what has he done other than gaining followers and becoming an internet sensation? Which by the way in 2024 is no great feat. Sports and academics? You guys are acting like he is a god and it is sickening for more than one reason. If you’re looking up to a man you are looking in the wrong place for answers, idolizing a man for having big muscles and physique is homosexual and weird. If you’re looking up to a man your looking the wrong way, especially when people start comparing because that’s when the jealousy and envy kicks in. NOW being impressed and inspired, I can understand but the spirit strengthens me, not watching some guy pump out at the gym. What i just explained and what his followers do are two completely different things. The simple fact of the matter is Sam’s doing the same thing that those body builders did and even compares himself to Rich piana in THIS documentary, WAKE UP. It’s ironic most of what i guess i’ll call his followers want to scream “haters, karens, or yappers” when someone recommends something for his better well being yet those same folk could care less for real they just want to hear that 200 lb sweet talking teddy bear tell them what they wanna hear when he uploads 🤮 oddballs

As someone who started hitting the gym at the end of the 80's Sam looks like the guys I'd see in there. Big, intense lifting, sweaty and covered up until they want to see their hard work in the mirror. He's a likable guy who seems like your buddy you lifted with when we all first started lifting. Most of us had the bigger more educated lifter friend that got us all in. As I was the smallest guy in the gym when I started I've been called 'big guy' so a lot has changed over the decades and I watched my group of friends get into it hard and take time off and get back into it and take time off where I'm the guy who just kept going consistently and have lifted more days of my life than I've not lifted. So Sam is enjoyable to watch as he motivates me with his consistency, intensity and authencity.

That's what makes him such a legend. Sam is the guy you love to listing too. Guys like Grag are loads of preaching that you can't stand to listen to. I respect what he's saying most of the time. Other times, he contradicts himself. He's always telling people they can't put on muscle because they don't have the genetics. Genetics is definitely a factor. It's rare to see people with genetics that completely prevent them from building a decent physique. Yet he throws it around like most the world has horrible genetics. It's frustrating because I see more kids hoping on gear because someone told them they didn't have good genetics. In reality, they just need to get their training and dieting right and have patience. Sam nailed it when he said almost everyone has the potential. They just need to put in the effort. Yes, I get it. Shouldn't expect to get steroids level physique natural. Most of the guys and girls training in the gym just want to improve and have a decent physique. There's nothing wrong with setting the bar high. The greatest accomplishments ever would never have happened if the bar wasn't set high.
