Some of SiWei's smashes from so far back of the court, returns and RECOVERY were ridiculous as seen from this close up angle and I love it!! Literally, can't kill him when you think you've won the point!! YaQiong was rock solid in defense as well. Not any hint of hesitation or lack of confidence.
Now you know how they train and how long each set of drills were, hopefully you can implement it into your own training. It's also interesting to note that both of you had to resort to "tricks shots" and shots out of the ordinary to win some of your points. A standard game play just wouldn't do.
Loved the rock, paper, scissors idea.
    Love from Australia!! 🙂🙂

I went to watch the Malaysia Open for the first time as a kid. Dad got us good seats to watch and let me tell you, all the players were otherworldy in their movements. So fast, so quick, and their shots were SO LOW to the net its crazy how consistent they were in trying to force the lifts from the opponent. The craziest to me is watching LCW literally fling his body to defend sharp cross-court smashes and get up like its no big deal. You really do need to be close to realize how superhuman top level badminton players are.

But anyway, it is a great start and thank you so much Greg and Jenny for making the first ever step, i hope this would be more and more common and all the badminton players from all over the world can train and communicate with each other and eventually make badminton a more influenced sport in the world!!!

For Greg and Jenny to say they were really tired, it really shows how much the chinese pair really also work for their crowns.

Great update guys. Just noted something. Dude has a car that drives itself, no.1 in the world, trains in a gym that has 44 courts and remains so modest and humble.

Siwei is really my all time favourite player. So fast! So humble. 2025 is a sad year for mixed doubles...zhengsiwei retired..Thai n Japan top pair split. Maybe now they know zsw split. They can restore partnership. Now they have chance to win 😅 in any case..all the best zsw!
