Girl, God bless you!. I’ve had this powder for a whileeeee and I really have been trying to love it because everyone else does, but I just always end up with the ONLY creases underneath my eyes. i have very defined lines under my eyes and I have not been able to find a powder or just trick in general that can keep my eyes from creasing, until i saw this video. I have been using a medium size brush and only adding a VERY small amount of powder to the under eyes because I know too much product can worsen the problem, and it would still end up creasing. I do not bake for the life of me because the creasing goes from 100 to 1000 real quick, So i just didnt think using a sponge would work for me at all. This simple trick was sooooo helpful. I tried it today and omg, my eyes have never looked so damn smooth. Ive had my makeup on for about 8 hours bow, and I have No creases, no cracking, no dryness, just perfect. I actually look my age (27) lol. Thanks so much for this video!

I’m from Korea. We have some of the best products in the world, but this works better than a lot of them. We also don’t really ever use a lot of makeup, so baking and applying a ton of product was never a thing. The puff in america is way smaller though. The ones I get in Korea are the size of the lid and have a little finger loop. I just bought one at Walmart in the US and it’s like half the size and no loop. I prefer to spray a beauty blender or real techniques sponge with whatever setting spray I’m using and then press this in lightly.
Etude House zero Sebum powder is another good choice if you don’t like the shade of this.

Okay, so If you want the powder to not go everywhere - don’t fully tear off the seal! ⭐️You only need 3-4 dots exposed to shake product and not waste it. I learned this years ago using bare minerals. Resist the urge to tear that tape seal all the way off!! I peel mine slowly with tweezers and trim it straight with scissors. YW ⭐️

I adore Airspun!! 😍 My grandmother used it from the 1930s until the day she passed. When I was little she would clean out the cardboard box and give me a clean puff to play with. It made me feel so glamorous. 😅 So when I started getting into makeup, of course I started using Airspum for my powder! Now that I'm in my 30s, I have to admit that I have shied away from it though. If I'm doing a full glam look, I'll use it, but day to day not so much anymore. My skin tends to like doing it the opposite way to what works for you. If I use a blender or a puff I feel like it gets super cakey, but if I use a fluffy brush to pat it on it makes my skin turn out flawless. The only reason I don't use it every single day anymore is mostly because of me and not the product itself. My skin is beyond pale. We're talking like, I don't look human a lot of the time pale. Especially in winter when there's less sun. Even though the product is "translucent" it does have a "nude" tone to it, which for pretty much anyone else works beautifully. However, with how light my skin is, I've found that in some lighting, because that translucent nude is darker than my natural skin color, I can kinda appear like I'm using the wrong foundation color. Which is never the look. So if I were ever able to change anything about Airspun, it would definitely be adding more shades to the range. Specifically a white translucent powder, and a rich brown for the dark skin beauties out there. Also, I personally love the scent for sentimental reasons, but I wish they had a scent free option. 😊💄 Thanks for sharing what works for you! I love that you're showing more people how to love this beautiful product! 🥰

Yes this is a classic and I have used it on and off through the years and was thinking of investing in a tub because its so good and lasts forever. I am getting a bit fed up with all the promises made by powder manufacturers as I am usually disappointed especially as I am getting older and thats why I thought about Airspun. I agree about the powder puff being better, I havent actually had a tub since I started using a makeup sponge but its similar to using the puff as youre pressing it in. Brushes only work, in my opinion, for getting rid of excess powder and I dont like how they lay powder on the skin. If you want to avoid creasing then your method is the only way to go about it. Thanks for the refresher course as, like I said, I havent used it with a sponge and although this is how I would have gone about it, its nice to see someone else confirm that technique.

@@lilysantamaria1789, No. I havent had that problem, sweetie. I find that as I get older, it has become more of a staple for that reason alone. It's a great dupe for the Laura Mercier "Setting power". I lightly DUST it, on a "Under eye bullet" brush by morphe, and gently, and lightly pat it on my under my eyes to set. I only use a minimal amount, and I never rub my brush across the skin around my eyes ... you have to lightly press, and dab it into the skin for less creasing. It's so finely milled, that it doesnt take much. And excess is never too much of a problem. I don't use it for baking tho. I think the trick is just to use it lightly, all over the face, with a decent Fluffy brush. Once you apply your setting spray, it usual kinda melts into the skin. I just love the finish! I suggest trying it! Oh, And it doesn't come in just translucent tones anymore either. They have a Light Translucent tones now, Honey tone base, Rosie tone base, a deep tone base ... I just love my Coty brand, lmao. Hope that helps! ❤❤❤

I bought my Coty airspun from Amazon! Im sure it was the UK one but if not, you can still buy from the American Amazon.com which I buy stuff from all the time 🙂 xxx

I'm in the UK, and get it off Amazon. I'm 40 this year and been using the powder for a couple of years now. I also have oily skin. Especially on my nose, and have never had a problem using this powder. I don't bake, obviously because of my age. And until a few years ago I had never heard of the baking technique and I've been wearing makeup since I was 15. I use a very light hand and a small highlighter brush, and knock off any excess back in the lid for under my eyes and it doesn't crease in my fine lines.
Out of all the powers I've ever used, I find it really good for keeping my oily skin at bay for a few hours. I'm suprised so many people have issues using it.
Anyway thanks for coming to my Ted talk 🤣

Go ' school. If on the go just use lightly and sparingly with a puff! The experience is luxe. Made when women used little makeup. Look at those 1940 movies.🎉 Enjoy🎉Its true that it smells delicious.
