Coty Air Spun powder was what my mother always wore & I associate the scent with mom who has been gone 10 years. Smelling this powder always takes me back to good days with her when she was alive!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Oh wow I just saw this Allie!! Thank you so much for including our NJC Velvet Finishing Powder! So humbled to see it here in the top 10 and so excited to hear you love it! Adore your channel girl, sending so much love🙈🥰🥰🥰
For someone who is new to makeup, GIRL YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT A BLESSING YOU ARE! I have been watching multiple videos on Instagram and TikTok from many different influencers about makeup products which just end up confusing me so much. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RATING THESE AND REVIEWING THESE. YOU MAY NOT REALISE HOW HELPFUL THESE ARE FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ARE SO LOST IN THE MAKEUP WORLD. I usually end up fast-forwarding such videos but when it comes to you, I watch every second of it. So much respect, appreciation, and love for you!
I love NikkiaJoy’s powder underneath my foundation it blurs and hydrates my combo skin it made my heart super happy to see it included in this awesome series
I was so happy to see the Wet n Wild powder here. I’ve tried so many different powders both drugstore and high end and this beats them all. I don’t know what I would do if it ever got discontinued. Love this series!
Hi Allie, I commented about the elf halo glow powder 🥰 I like to do my usual primers on my face and then the tiny amount of the elf poreless putty primer under my eyes, then my concealer (Nars creamy), then apply the elf halo glow powder with a microfiber sponge ☺️
I gotta try this! It sounds like you have picky, dry under eyes like me! Any time I use powders they always look dry but the halo glow is the best I’ve found, but never tried the putty primer under my eyes!
This series is everything I've been looking for, seriously!! I've always been tiptoeing the line between light day to day make up wear and full-face, full coverage looks, but not knowing what products to try and not having the funds to just go out and try different things. I'm usually a bb cream, brow and maybe a lip type of girly. gloss & ChapStick is my go-to. BUT I want so badly to start wearing make-up and your videos have been such an ultimate guide! Thank youuu!!! xo
SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS SERIES!! I recently started getting into makeup and i've learned so much from your channel! I've been binge watching your videos haha thank you for the amazing content!!
Allie is so sweet. Her reaction to the reviewers is so genuinely kind. I don't even really wear makeup anymore (😥), but I always come back to watch her vids. She just seems like a kind soul.
The nikkia joy cosmetics powder...BEST BEST BEST OF ALLLL TIME...my oils DO NOT come through!!! Love u and all your videos..I love watching you...your voice is so calming! You are absolutely gorgeous!
I love a silky dry-touch feeling from my powders and my faves are Nars Light Reflecting Powder (both pressed and loose) and Innisfree Pore Blur Powder (not the famous No Sebum Mineral Powder). I have extremely oily skin and these powders saved me during Hong Kong's hot and humid summer (while wearing a mask!). Nars gives me a glass-skin/dewy look on my cheeks, while Innisfree keeps my T-zone completely matte. Both feel completely dry and smooth to the touch, and they make any tackiness disappear. Nowadays I tend to wear powder even on otherwise make-up free days - it makes mask-wearing so much more comfortable. (And the pressed version of the Nars powder is PERFECT for touch-ups!)
Also your complexion combo is GIVING GIVING!!! LIKE WHOA BABY!! it looks so unbelievably smooth, perfect, not dry but not greasy!! I can't explain it with any other word other than extremely PERFECT
YAY! I love your top 10 videos! (I love all your videos to be honest, these are just really fun to see what everyone votes for.😉) Sending you love & thank you for honoring Mel in your previous video.💞 So sweet of you to pay tribute to her, she was truly a light.❌⭕️❌⭕️
I have used the Makeup Forever Ultra HD loose powder for years. It looks white but doesn't change the color of your foundation once on for a little while. I'm 59 and using something that doesn't settle in fine lines (well not quite fine anymore) is a must even when only using Mac Studio Radiance as a very natural Makeup choice. Love all your videos and lovely cheerful attitude.......and oohhhh those beautiful mesmerizing eyes you have!!!XOXO 😍 I'd love to see your hair down for your description of the videos. It looks so beautiful...I'm a veteran hairstylist. BTW I LOVVVE YOUR BYYYYE
I've got to get the mascara you're wearing...your lashes look insanely long! And I'm not surprised CT powder is #1. It's my all-time fave as well. It's pricey, but so worth it!
With how fair skinned I am and also with the undertone I have I still have issues trying to find the perfect bronzer. Of the two bronzers that do come close is The physicians formula bronzers and also the Julius place bronzers
I also love the rimmel stay matte powder. It's the first ever powder I started using when I was like 12 lol and it's still my go to now at 23. I like the creamy neutral (I think that's what it is) shade because it's fair and matches my skin tone perfectly and adds a tiny bit of coverage. With having oily skin that is pretty textured I find it leaves my complexion looking smooth and natural and sets amazing but doesn't look too powdery
can you do a video using all the tips and tricks/hacks that people use to apply these powders? i’m really curious to see how some of these hacks for applying these work!
I used the Fenty lavender to set my primer, then I use either the elf Halo or the KVD Lock-It powder for under my eyes, and then I usually use the Cover Girl with the purple packaging to set my whole face. I think it's antiaging or something like that. It helps with wrinkles and Fine Lines.❤❤
A powder I still love is the Milani Prep + Set + Glow Illuminating Transparent Face Powder! I don't hear about it on YT anymore, but it's still a great powder! Love the series very much!
My HG powder I literally cannot live without, pretty much out of my entire makeup collection it's my most coveted item is Stellar Haze powder. I have alot of acne scars, big pores and fine lines and it literally blurs my skin into porcelain doll skin. I freaked out when Sephora stopped carrying it but the brand is a smaller indie brand that's been so so awesome. Amazing customer service. I screamed in the mirror the first time I used it bc I was so surprised. Definitely check it out if you haven't tried.
I got a sample Of the stellar powder with a Sephora order a while back and I really like it as well but unfortunately it causes a lot of flashback. That's the only thing I don't like about it. It is beautiful though.
@@Mar-velousMarlenak8 ya, it def is brightening of shade. But thankfully I haven't had any issues with flashback with it and I'm a photographer, I have used strobe flashes with myself wearing this without issues. But I am pale af to begin with and I wouldn't use this to bake at all. It's more use after base, apply bronzer blush over it then I drench in setting spray. Then I set any areas I need to with an actual setting powder like the bite beauty one or Laura mercier in small amounts. The stellar one is a finishing kinda powder, not setting. But I'm sure with deeper skin tones i can def see it not working out. But they do have deeper shades.
@@alleyhope9817 the sample I was sent says it's an HD Finishing Powder, that could be the difference. Either way, makeup is very personal and what works for me might not work for you and I think that's part of the fun. 😊
That one’s my favorite, too! I have oily, textured skin and Nikkia’s recommendations usually work out for me, since we have similar skin. The pigments are really good, too.
Yay! I have been looking forward to this video. My favorite powder compact is actually just the cover girl compact. They come with powder puffs so I don’t have to worry about having a separate sponge or brush. There great for setting foundation or on days that I don’t wear make up they get rid of shine. Interested to hear what other powders people are using.
Happy weekend Allie & the fam!! Love this series too - I learned that light powdering the T zone helps the makeup extend and not look powdery! I also powder lightly under the contour which really cleans the edges and brings a bit more structure too!
I love the Chanel universalle Libre Poudre in the colour claire, it is for my mature skin (i am 59 years old) the best i ever tried. Thank you for the video, i have found a lot of inspiration, love this Formate.
Favorite bronzer. 🤔The Hoola Bronzer! I even love the funky little brush that comes with it. It helps me have the perfect placement. Blends wonderfully. Perfect for daytime. Anytime! I am 57 years old with medium normal to dry skin. We live in a tropical humid climate and this stuff stays on! I have lots of other bronzers, but I always come back to this one! I am just about to pan and have to purchase some more. Love! And, love this series! Thank you! I wish you would do it with all makeup products.🤗 I would most especially love to hear what people say for eye and face primers. 🤔
One newer powder that I’m really loving lately is Tatcha The Silk Protective Setting Powder, absolutely amazing under the eyes and literally all over my face. I also love Pat McGrath Labs Sublime Perfection Under Eye Setting Powder, it’s literal magic in a compact.❤️
@@xfreyawatson I hesitated purchasing it for that very reason! I got a sample from Sephora after an employee recommended it to me & to my surprise I fell in love with it. Immediately went back & grabbed the full size. I have combo skin so I focus the majority of it on my oily areas (mainly my t zone). It really makes my skin look perfect which is hard to do at 40.😳😂 A little goes a long way; the less used, the better it looks. I can see people not liking it if they overdo it. It also works better with a small tapered powder brush than a damp beauty blender which was an adjustment for me at first. The Pat McGrath is my holy grail for setting the under eyes & it works great with the sponge.💞
Thankyou Allie this series is so informative and fun to watch. I think its also a fantastic way to interact with your subscribers. I enjoy every minute of your videos! Awesome hun! 😍
I have very dry, mature (47) skin. I'm disabled and live on very little money. I splurged on CT's powder. Not sure if it's the best thing I've done for myself (makeup-wise) or the worst. It's STUNNING! It doesn't settle into fine lines or my deepest wrinkle. It makes my skin look flawless, airbrushed. To say I've hit pan is an understatement. I'm looking to try No. 7's purported dupe. If it doesn't work as well as CT'S, I may splurge every 1.5-2 years (?).
I love how every product you sued on your face look sooooo perfect! Your lipstick looks sooooo pretty! I like the sheen, looks lightweight and comfortable
New to your videos, I loved the top powders and your bronzer videos, would love to see eye makeup videos, and love your eye look, would like to see simple eye shadow application.
My favorite bronzer is the now defunct Mark Jacobs Omega bronzer in Tantalize. It matches my olive skin tone perfectly. It never makes me look to made up. Thanks for the video on setting powders. I have some of the ones mentioned and I love them too. Have a fabulous week!
I missed the rcma Settingpowder. Also the bareminerals one is soooo great. And the o/s one also. I use these even on bare skin for a flawless, shine-free finish through the day. I love your videos so much. You are such a sweet, positive person and the looks you do are so easy and wearable ❤
1.Camille’s review was the best🤣 2.I have combonskin and I hate stay matte powder - it shows dry patches and weirdly separates on the forhead😕 3.I adore halo glow elf powder - my holy grail! 🤍 I also very much like WnW photofocus, but pressed😊 4. I love this kind of videos! Love you! ❤️
Actually needed this video, I am obsessed with makeup and have used the same powder as long as I could remember. It’s literally the only product that I never brand out on because I never know what to buy
Exactly, cant wait for the bronzer edition. I am currently on the hunt for the right one. I only have one good product: a NYX bronzer. Its lovely, but I want to try something new, so I am here for the next episode! :)
How did I just discover this series?? Loved the video and going to watch the others as well! I went and submitted my favourite bronzers as well. I love bronzers and I couldn't help myself and submitted my favourite in matte, shimmery and cream bronzer.
So much fun! So crazy, but I was just reading an article yesterday about powders & the difference between pressed & loose. It said pressed is great for dryer skin & loose for normal to oily or to "clean up" & snatch lolol. I personally like both, for different reasons & occasions plus the formulas now are so great! That 1 review had me lol 😆. Great series. I'm going to get in on this action too!! Love you xoxo 😘 💗
I really like L’Oréal Hydra Perfecte powder. It’s a beautiful powder and I never hear anyone talking about it, I believe you can only get it at Walmart and Amazon Walmart and Amazon
I just know you are going to hit a million subscribers and it’s so inspiring! Please do a video on how you got started with your channel, I really want to start my own channel so badly and I’ve wanted to for so long but keep holding back because I know it can be super expensive so I wouldn’t know how to keep up with new product reviews or keeping my channel out there for views if I’m so small and can’t afford to review every New launch. But I will say I have a lot of makeup and skincare so I bet I could film a lot of videos with just what I have already!
This is me. I literally have over $20k in makeup - an insane collection - so I figured I’d buy all the gear (lighting/cameras/backdrops etc) and start filming. I think I made 2 videos 😝 I would never have been able to keep up with the “gurus” who do a lot of new reviews - so I was going to focus on “dupes” since I can dupe pretty much every palette from the 1000 singles I have. If you have a large collection - I’d use it to do dupes or rankings. People are always looking for those videos too 😉
@@hellotrude oh man haha I definitely don’t have that much just a small vanity worth and some three tier plastic drawers as well but I figured some vireos could be dedicated to a couple of products and so I would have enough to review in the beginning few weeks. I love watching drugstore videos or even the “you made me buy it” ones, I don’t like the channels That review every single new launch and I have no idea how some do it but it’s too overwhelming and sometimes I like to watch a full face of nothing new or tried and true holy grails. I would get lots of inspiration from Allie and her content! Plus I literally have no space in my apartment to film I wouldn’t even know where to in my place or how to set it up we don’t have much space. If you don’t mind me asking, was all the equipment you bought for starting all expensive? I know some who film in natural lighting and maybe have one ring light but mainly I see those full on photography set ups for their “makeup studios” and filming space and I can’t do that
@@hellotrude I also love the idea from another girl I watch called “makeup for real life” I can’t stand watching people put on so much makeup for the lights and camera but we all know it would look cakey and bad in person. I compared myself so much to all that and always wondered why it never turned out the same way
The airspun is my all time favorite, it’s a vintage powder. The smell of the powder goes away after a while, I love the flower beauty one it’s so light and affordable. And that elf one is the one I take everywhere and I have crusty dry skin. Since I cannot afford the Charlotte Tilbury one at the moment I’m gonna try the doop lol I can’t spell that very well sorry. Love you Allie ❤️your the best when it comes to reviews and your the sweetest
I love this series! Only just got back into makeup, and was looking for recommendations on a powder, so this couldn't have come at a better time. I am a bit surprised that my old favorite powder (Glossier Wowder... literally a smoothing miracle worker) wasn't mentioned, but I'm excited to try some of these!
can I just say that I LOVE this series??? it‘s so much fun to participate and see what everyone else said about certain products and I love finding out what product won! I love it Allie keep up the amazin work (the big sister vibe someone mentioned is SO ACCURATE..love your vids)😍
I’ve been needing a new powder but have been just waiting for this video to come out. So many drugstore options! Also, I’ve been following you for a couple of years and always look for the Rimmel pressed powder. They NEVER have it. Ever. But I’ll keep looking.

Thanks for sharing! ❤️
@@abigailelizabeth4729 hello dear ❣️🇩🇿💋💋💋💋💋
How does dupe compare?
You look so pretty, Allie!! I love your makeup!! It's beautiful!! I love your videos!! Have a great day!! 💖💖💖
I love how every product you sued on your face look sooooo perfect! Your lipstick looks sooooo pretty! I like the sheen, looks lightweight and comfortable
Wow your makeup looks so fresh and bright here, Allie, I love it!!
New to your videos, I loved the top powders and your bronzer videos, would love to see eye makeup videos, and love your eye look, would like to see simple eye shadow application.
Great video- including a couple of descriptive reviews for each product was so helpful!
I’ve been looking for a great setting powder!! Thank you for the recommendations! I think the No7 or Elf are on my list 🥳💕
Exactly my choice too! I'm on a very tight budget and both of these are easily obtainable in England, so they're the ones for me!
Elf Halo powder, my new favorite
I never clicked so fast ever!! I have been waiting for this one. 🥰🥰
Loving 🥰 this series!! I really love 💕 the Givenchy Prism Libre and also the Too Faced Born This Way Multi- use Complexion Powder!!
The Hourglass ambient translucent powder is amazing too!
I love these videos cause In the end, I take the publics opinion on products over and above everything else
I missed the rcma Settingpowder. Also the bareminerals one is soooo great. And the o/s one also. I use these even on bare skin for a flawless, shine-free finish through the day. I love your videos so much. You are such a sweet, positive person and the looks you do are so easy and wearable ❤
1.Camille’s review was the best🤣
2.I have combonskin and I hate stay matte powder - it shows dry patches and weirdly separates on the forhead😕
3.I adore halo glow elf powder - my holy grail! 🤍 I also very much like WnW photofocus, but pressed😊
4. I love this kind of videos! Love you! ❤️
Actually needed this video, I am obsessed with makeup and have used the same powder as long as I could remember. It’s literally the only product that I never brand out on because I never know what to buy
The too faced peach perfect is my favorite for the face and the pat McGrath under eye powder is THE BEST
Exactly, cant wait for the bronzer edition. I am currently on the hunt for the right one. I only have one good product: a NYX bronzer. Its lovely, but I want to try something new, so I am here for the next episode! :)
Estée Lauder bronze goddess I get compliments daily
My fave powders are the Laura geller filter finish universal setting powder.. And the Flower beauty light illusion..
These have been a savior. I am so indesicive and this has really givven me some good products to try and sometimes saved me a buck. Your wonderful
I love this series. Really helps understand these choices. Have a beautiful day !
They do make a fragrance free airspun!!! They also make an extra coverage one I think!
I really like L’Oréal Hydra Perfecte powder. It’s a beautiful powder and I never hear anyone talking about it, I believe you can only get it at Walmart and Amazon
Walmart and Amazon
hello dear ❣️❣️
Yay I'm so glad someone else mentioned that powder!!! It is the only one I use that don't make me cakey.
I highly encourage you to do this . 💜
@@lucyhouse I’m so scared I’ll fail 😞
I compared myself so much to all that and always wondered why it never turned out the same way
Thank you, this was great! And I appreciate you holding up the product so I can see what you're talking about!
So excited for this everytime Allie! It makes us feel like we're friends just chatting!
I just fell in love with the elf Halo Powder!
I LOVE the Kosas and NJC powder… both are amazing! Love No 7 powder for my under eyes
I love this series! It’s so fun to see your vote rank 🙌🏻
I love this series so much! I think I am going to try out the No 7 and if I love it I may move on to trying the CT powder! Love this!
I really love this series, they are very helpful. I haven't worn makeup for a very long time. The videos give great info. Thanks!
Oh my goodness Allie you look amazing!! What mascara are you wearing?! 😍
P.s I love how much you really do interact with your subscribers 💕💕
hi
It's in the description! It's a Ilia mascara

keep up the amazin work (the big sister vibe someone mentioned is SO ACCURATE..love your vids)😍
Totally not surprised by the CT powder rank, I adore it too! Love this series
Hi Allie! Can you do an updated wedding makeup video? I would love to see your recommendations☺️
How cool your sister made your sweatshirt!!!!!! It's awesome.
I’ve been needing a new powder but have been just waiting for this video to come out. So many drugstore options!
Also, I’ve been following you for a couple of years and always look for the Rimmel pressed powder. They NEVER have it. Ever. But I’ll keep looking.
I’ve seen the Rimmel powder on US Amazon if that helps
Amazon has Rimmel powder dirt cheap
I love nikkia joy powder, holly boon, and haleys beauty
I love it that I own the top 3 powders! Thanks Allie ❤️
Yay!!! Been waiting for this one! Thank you 😊
The Maybelline loose fit me powder is the first powder I brought I love it so much I brought 3 in the shade medium-deep. 💕💕💕💕
I agree on the LM powder . Haven’t needed the CT one but if I do buy I’ll give you my thoughts ,
Love your videos! After this series, I would love to see you do a video on all MAC makeup.
Allie, what products did you use on your wedding day?
This is my absolute favorite series ever !
