    I am a pinoy who once loved rice so much, and gained a lot of weight. Until I decided to embrace intermittent-fasting and gave up rice for good. It was a struggle at the beginning, but now I am happy with my weight. Losing over ten kilos in 5 months, and I am determined to keep it that way..

    for me intermittent fasting 😊 tapos workout hehe . 1meal with rice lang din ako tapos 3cups of green tea ako a day hehe.. kaya nyo yan glow up sa ecq ❤️❤️

    I still eat rice but never can get me fat anymore. Kasi I found out workout is so important lalo na pag tumatanda ang isang tao.... on my experiences maraming pumayat pero mahina ang stamina kasi diet LNG at walang workout.

      @@juliepearlmoreno1835 home workout po... for girl 1500 to 2000 kal per day so if you want to loose weight po eh eat lesser than 1500 kal per day or eat 2000 kal but includes 45 mns home workout

      Yes, yung rice nakatulong sakin para may energy ako sa mga ginagawa ko. Then yung rice tumutulong din sakin na hindi magutom kaagad. Kung kumain ako ng rice, after 6 hrs. na ako ulit kakain ng next meal

    Effective nga siya 3 weeks na kung no rice and from 65kg ngayon 61kg na lng ako.Green tea ang black coffee and more water lang talaga.

    Hello 4 months pa lang ako nagda diet 86 and weight ko before ngayon 69 na lang pero ang ideal weight ko sa height ko na 5'5 ay 62 tsaka 3 weeks pa lang ako hindi nagra rice. Na inspire din ako kasi gusto ko alagaan sarili ko habang quarantine para sa sarili ko din maging healthy. Sana ma inspire din yung iba

    Parehas tayo cyst ng paraan ng diet. Napaka hirap talaga tanggalin ng rice lalo na sa atin mga Pilipino. But self discipline is important. Pahalf half rice na ako and soon wala na sya hihi. Tubig din ang big factor pate veggies laking tulong. Salamat sa advice cyst super nakakamotivate pa. No to rice very soon basta paonti onti wag biglain.

    Careful sa paginom ng sobra sobrang tubig. Research muna. I almost died dahil sa electrolyte imbalance yung puso ko nagpalpitate ng sobra

    Me too.. I don't really eat rice, I just eat oatmeal (instant or not) basta oatmeal then adding some cinnamon and fruit. More water instead of soda. I drink also coffee and tea, usually I drink tea with milk but no sugar. And having workout like zumba (2hrs) everyday. Skl😊

    Ako nag start ako Aug 18 na walang rice sa 6:30umaga tubig 2glass muna tapos 7:00 am tubig ulit tapos8am green tea tapos 8:30am tubig ulit 9,10,11, yan tubig lang lahat 12,itlog 2 lang yan lang hanggang pag tulog tubig lang kase naman nawawala na din ako gaya kase ako ang taga luto nila nakakabusog ang tikim sa bawat luto ko kaya hindi na ako nakakain ng madami pero mataba pa ako sana maging ok na din ang katawan ko😢😢😅😅

    Thanks God hindi ako nag struggle sa pag tanggal ng rice every meals ko. 2 meals a day lang ako. At super light pa nang kinakain ko. Thanksss sa tipsss sissss
    Pero may isang ara na kumakain ako ng chicken at fish na madami kasi low carb lang naman siya. Unlike those red meats

    Triny ko din po mag no rice 😁 and so far okay naman.. nakakaexercise naman ako kahit no rice.. sinubstitute ko lang sa rice is saging na saba.. and I limit my intake to 1200 calories max.. 😊

      1 month and 3 weeks no rice before 70kg now 61kg . Naghahalf rice na ako but once a day lang . No breakfast ,half rice sa tanghali and gulay and ulam nalang sa gabi. Maintain nalang ang weight sa height Kong 5'5.
