White crank bait eye on the tail end with plastic tentacle long skirt. SQUID that dives. I'd troll that in the bay at idle in/out to my spot just for the experiment fun value

Never man. Nice that’s a good knot also but when that eye is bent and made for snells, my hook up ratio is better. Just because the hook sets straight up rather than it turning when tied only to the eye. Kinda like more power I would say. It’s hard to explain over comments lol

I make sure my hook is big enough or small enough for my bait. Like this day I was using a size 4/0 and that did ok but in reality a size 5/0 fits the size of bait I was using better. You wanna match your bait size to your hook 👍🏼
Can’t figure out why waste ya time with bread for catfish when you can use cut bait with the bluegill you throwing back. Actually catch something over 5 ounces
