Interesting. Considering doing something like this to my GT6000, might want power steering myself. Edit: thanks to you, I am purchasing a case 446. Great machine.
These are great videos I am building a GT6000 Craftsman 18HP duel cylinder. I have installed hydraulics and have the three point on the back done. Now I'm on to the power steering and the the front bucket your doing an awesome job keep the videos coming. Thanks
wonderful tractor power steering video. i have a chevy 2006 power unit similar to yours and would like to install it on a yanmar 240 tractor. the unit is to default with basic torque? thanks :)
All my experience is with ag and industrial loaders, the weak point is always the front axle and tires, have you had a problem? I want to mount one on a 446 and wondering if I should build a stronger axle first
Hi how much power do these unit require, I would like to use one on my Sears garden tractor it has 18.5 hp with 15 amp charging system @ 3600 rpm and a 30 amp battery and there might be about 250 lbs on the front wheels . The most compact one and least power hungry would be best. Thanks
Fantastic video's. You are a talented fabricator, inventor, and producer. Great camera and audio work. Please keep them coming.

Very interesting, this will be filed into my brain for later reference. I didn't even know something like that existed.

Thanks good luck with your project. I'll likely be adding a back hoe at some point.
Wish I had the skills to build something like this it would be really useful around the house

Oh, i guess the power steering spline shaft and the steering wheel spline are the same?
I used a coupler.

No issues so far with lots of hours and weight. Although I am considering rack steering and a new front end.
