    I. Got hip surgery last March! From a lot of arthritis and pain. I’m still having alitte weakness in that hip! I feel it when I’m doing your yoga exercises!

      @@ManFlowYoga I remember your Podcast. You were SROTC at UNIV Wisconsin. Much respect going as young cadet. My father went as a Drexel UNIV cadet in 1972 during the end of the Vietnam war. Your content and programs have definitely changed my life, outlook, and over health in my mid to late 40s. As I don't go on target anymore as a Staffer, I feel better now than I did at the Infantry Platoon and Company levels in command. Thank you
