Oh I just love this! As we head into warmer weather here, this is perfect inspiration to get me through atm. Looks so fresh and delicious. And I saw your post while in the middle of our living room with the family all busy around, so watching muted with just text was perfect, the inspiration and techniques (and your personality!) all still came through. I did go to replay it later just to hear your voice though, a little disappointed because I do like that bit :)
Oh yes, I always forget there are parts of the world heading into summer soon! Lucky you, you have tomato season coming up. So many possibilities. Thanks for the feedback about the voiceover.
