Ever feel like you and a couple of mates could probably have a better stab at running things yourself? Me too.
Really not happy about the idea of the country breaking out into a series of riots, or the prospect of World War 3? WE ARE SO SIMILAR!
And so in the spirit of “If you started complaining about things three minutes ago, two minutes ago you should have started doing something about it,” here is the Moranifesto Channel! A place where we discuss how to change the world - but in a calm and amusing manner. Every week I’ll be uploading a part of my manifesto for how I would run the world - from refugees to banning evil, malfunctioning printers - and I want you to join me.

My idea is to get rid of all the people who think that all public schools are Eton.
I needed this today. Also please do a Vlog wearing an outfit you fashioned out of curtains because that can only bring extra gravitas to the revolution. If you ever feel moved to sing a song about your favourite social justice things in the style of Julie Andrews, wearing an outfit made of curtains and doing a muppet face, I think the ensuing hilarity might lift us from the bleakness.
I go to group therapy on Wednesdays to help recover from C-PTSD from sexual abuse I endured as a kid. It is brutal but each Wednesday night, my fella and I curl up with Raised By Wolves and a bar of Dairy Milk and the world is less hideous for a while. Thank you for Germaine and Co. They are the light in a dark time right now and you have no idea how much it means to me to laugh in the midst of all the trauma awfulness.

This has given me a right good nudge to make a video/ytube account to showcase the zine/diy n'paper I produce- it's one that promotes 'underground' creativity and talent. It's all so much work for one person, but if something needs to be done then there's not a choice!!

I love CM, but only in written form. Her delivery and speech patterns remind me of bad R4 comedy panel shows where presenters do that weird Oxbridge 'up and down' inflection that in and of itself is not funny and gets tiresome very rapidly. But she seems really nice and she has written some great books and funny columns, and her music knowledge is fierce. It's just the voice thing.

+Emily Cooper Uncaring is not an adjective that I would associate with Caitlin Moran. She seems to care about a number of sociological issues. Passion is not something that she is short on, intellect however is something that she seems to lack and this is unsurprisingly reflected by her painfully inarticulate and petty fans.
