The blue wire hooks to spark plug either on coil or wrapped around the coil wire itself as there different methods

Hi I’m after just a the tachometer to do, so basic you just get a earth and 12 v for it? Thanks and did you select any old harness plug to get the 12v

Yes any 12v that comes on with key switch turned on
