My 08 is totally gone did patches like you did just bad design and salt in pa,just bought a used one from Texas no rust

Nice job! What type of metal and what thickness did you use for the patches? I need to do the same thing to my 2013 Tundra.

I believe it was 18 gauge regular sheet metal.
