    What if you don’t have all the sales to blug into your website? As a military spouse this is my third license. I am on station 3-5 years maximum. How do I prove myself as a agent starting from 0 every few years? Also, your scripts specifically say “hi this is blank I work with buyers and sellers in your area and I wanted to see what I can do to help you” (paraphrasing) so, isn’t that script a direct “no, no” because it goes from saying that to…”that’s a great question I work with a lot of buyers not just one specific one” in most of your RUclips videos? I have followed you for years and bought the book. I do believe you are incredible and deliver valuable results. However, I think the reality for most agents is a lot different.

    Great ideas for getting expires and FSBOs sold, however, if you are a newer agent and don't have those testimonies to get on video, what other tips can you send to the potential client?

    I just got off the phone with a FSBO... he said “ well we have sold before and we are not in a rush right now sooo ..
    What should i say ....

      They're either not motivated to sell or that is their script to shut down realtors. Dig deeper to see what their motivation to sell is and that becomes your focus to help them get to where they need to go.

    If I list a FSBO, I'll expect the agent to bring me an offer and I'll pay them. I don't expect to list the home with them. The realtor will ALWAYS tell you that you will lose money by a FSBO. Really? Using the fear factor as a pitch will always kill a realtor's chances of getting a listing.

    One thing I cant wrap my head around. You keep claiming you can sell at top dollar yet you insist on the importance of listing the property at its market value. So if the price is so important and the main key to all this, why wouldn't the owner just do it by himself if you're not going to get him a better price then market value ?

      Your videos are cringe-worthy. He is empowering the guy with the cash(or the person more comfortable with the verbal dealings) by referring to them meeting this way. If he was dealing with a primary woman buyer then he would say "you and your husband". Don't turn this into something it isn't, we're all better than that. Focus on your speaking hesitations while presenting your video tours more than focusing on this man's wording in a make-belief scenario he's providing. Yikes.

      Hi, remember, though, that the goal is to quickly build a rapport and a connection with the people we're calling. It's a lot better to use people's NAMES rather than (assumed) LABELS, yes? "I'm looking forward to meeting you and Susan" or "I'm looking forward to meeting you and Bob" is probably better than using what we can only assume the relationship to be. That was the point I was trying to make. Try it.
