The Carnivore Diet restored my Eye Sight and I no longer need Glasses and no longer need any Meds of Any Kind
So glad you found carnivore. Meat heals.
Wow 😭 that’s amazing!
The reason my doctors recommended reduction of fibre for my Crohn's disease is partly to slow the transit of food through the gut, but also because cutting down on vitamin C, folate and other immune-boosting vitamins and minerals will inevitably do the job of immunosuppressive drugs (the ones they prescribe to us to ease our Crohn's symptoms)... by limiting your diet to meat, you're providing a lot of proteins and amino acids and such, but reducing the number of immune boosting properties that a varied diet has. The reason Jordan and Mikhaila Peterson have seen success on carnivore diets is because their food is doing the job of immunosuppressive drugs; weakening their immune system so it won't attack itself. If you're not suffering an autoimmune disease, eating a carnivore diet is one way to drastically increase your bad cholesterol with literally zero other benefits.
@dynodeso8400 HDL = Good as it prevents heart attacks and strokes, LDL = Bad as it raises risk of heart disease and strokes
Edit: we do need some amount of cholesterol in our bodies, HDL you get through healthy fats, whereas LDL is raised through saturated fats from meat, dairy etc...
@dynodeso8400 LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, sometimes called “bad” cholesterol, makes up most of your body's cholesterol. High levels of LDL cholesterol raise your risk for heart disease and stroke.
Literally the CDC saying that, not me
nuts and berries are seasonal. You also don't find many nuts in the wild. Maybe you are thinking of seeds
Fiber was virtually unknown as a dietary element before the 1960s
Most fiber is also undigestible (so you get no SCFA production) ... it comes out untouched as bulk
But then the reason early human stop being a nomad is because crops tho ? they starts to build permanent home because the knowledge and needs of it. How is it "unknown" before 1960 when early human literally stops become nomads because crops ?? *i think it's better to say that before 1960 our research regarding fiber is not good, and that's why after the 1960 and above they start to promoting fiber
@@gethina-come7885 The fiber hypothesis was postulated in the 1960s by an Irish surgeon(Dennis Burkitt "The Fibre Man") who studied african tribes, with wide colons who ate bulky diets, that didn't develop colon conditions and had regular bowel movements. Bowel health was really only a concern in the late 19th and 20th centuries as our diets were changing to an increasing amount of processed foods, causing bowel issues.
@@gethina-come7885 Early humans were previously less settled because a major part of their diets was chasing grazing megafauna, which numbers took a nosedive in the late palaeolithic period (a mixture of overhunting and ice ages impacting pastures). After transitioning to the neolithic period, we literally got smaller, from the reduced nutrition
What our ancestors ate has no bearing on what a healthy diet is for us now.
No respectable evolutionary biologist ever uses the words ‘designed’ like carnivores do.
Ive been carnivore for 2 years. I will never eat any other way.
The answer is yes, they are healthy. Just ask anyone who has tried it.
Get your bloodwork done. It will prove otherwise.
Ive had my bloodwork done many times in my years of carnivore and it's perfect every time.
With my severe Nickel allergy, I cant eat most vegetables because they cause blisters. I would really love to have a salad w/o problems. I would never choose this diet for myself because a Low Nickel diet is very boring.
I tried this for a month (tried vegan for a month too). On carnivore, my inflammation went way down, no more bloating, lost weight but not extreme, had lots of energy + concentration. I did take supps. Eating steak was delicious but expensive + felt super guilty about my carbon footprint. However, my cortisol levels went super high and though I could sleep I was having such vivid dreams that I felt like I was spending 7-8hrs watching TV and would wake up crazy tired. So it is doable, but just not sustainable for me.
@dynodeso8400what part of "not sustainable for ME" did you not understand, and felt the need to be rude and comment about microbiome?
As a gay fruit I approve this message.
Agriculture animals eat a lot of plants too lol
Hello sir,
These guys sound credible...
