I love the ribbing stitch! It looked terrific on the afghan where you used it for the border, absolutely gorgeous! I am so addicted to your granny squares! I am finishing up a boho bag for my daughter with one of your large granny squares. You always inspire me! I have to be careful though, I always end up with too many OTH projects lol. OMG - that is SO the face of Big Ben! I'm going to do the circle in white and the borders in tans and browns. Once I have a blanket's worth of squares, I'll use thread for the Roman numerals and black yarn for the hands. With the top left and bottom right squares on midnight, I'll change the time in increments on each square to represent one "day".

I really like this square, Crystal. It's simple but has such a unique look. I wonder how it would work up with an ombre or self striping yarn instead of changing colors after each row??? Bet that would make a really pretty one of a kind blanket. May have to play around with that. 😁 Blessings!
