This is my second FM after FM22 and I wanted to start with a mid-sized local team like Getafe or Leganés, didn't even play one game and immediately started a new save on the Korean second division, I played all the friendlies but didn't start the league before realizing I really liked my tactic but wanted to go back to Spain, and I'm now in Racing Santander B on the 4th tier. Thank you my friend, appreciate it! From my own experience with FM24 up untill now, I would say that it is definitely worth it to upgrade from FM22. The big thing for me are the improvements in player positioning. It genuinely feels so much better, you can see roles performing like you would expect them to perform like you couldn't before. Interactions haven't really improved in my opinion. You can now set goals, but most of the time the players still act like they are bi-polar, which isn't great. But again, with the postional play upgrades (and a lot of other improvements I haven't even mentioned), I would say it's definitely worth it
