I've owned my 07 caliber for about 5 years now and it breaks down all the time it's actually a lemon despite all the maintenance i put into it... i only keep it around for sentimentality because my mother gave it too me otherwise i wouldn't recommend
I love Chryslers and Dodge, even supposedly crap ones like the PT Cruiser, Sebring and Neon. However I’ve always hated the Caliber. Pig ugly rear, awful CVT gearbox and a typical nasty bland post-Daimler Dodge interior
I wouldn't call it a pos. I rented one on vacay in Miami. It's a starter car for starter drivers or newlyweds or a 2-3 person carpool commuter car. It's NOT a car to haul the family around.
@@landonbenford8369but it’s the WORST starter car. you’d be better off with so many other starter cars that cost the same or even less. it’s an heaping POS
@@dazednconfusedrn LOL! Dunno if it's my imagination or I'm just paying attention but I've been seeing more of them and its cousin the Jeep Compass around Chicago.🧐
@@landonbenford8369 they’re horrifically unreliable, they feel overall cheap and shoddy, and just overall slow and ugly. i will NEVER understand why people would buy one of these over a camry/accord/civic/cr-v/rav4/mazda or even a godamn ford focus. litteraly any vehicle would make a better starter car
My 07 is doing well. Just have to focus on the maintenance and minor up keep.
I’m sure that cvt wasn’t helping on the reliability

One of the best IMO

First😊
Biggest POS Dodge ever produced of late. Even the PT Cruiser was way more reliable.
Clearly you’ve never owned one 😂
