Love this yummy recipe too. Great job and you made it look quite simple as I watched you do those moi moi leaves too.
Am here because beans flour are very expensive in this side of the world.. Will give it a try
Nice recipe. I will try it out.
Thanks a lot. When you do , let us know how yours turns out
Nice recipe. Ideal too for maintaining a healthy weight. I'm gonna try it out but with unripe plantain. Thanks for sharing 👍 😋 🍲
@@chrisokey7234 Unrioe plantain may not be sweet though...just thinking. But absolutely healthy. Try and let us know
Thanks a lot. when you do, let us know your experience
@@Stananeto I've tried something similar with ripe plantain and it was overly too sweet for my taste buds especially for a pudding dish. That's what informed my choice of unripe plantain. ☺
Nice one
Nice recipe, good hygiene is vert Paramount when cooking am talking about your nails
Does it taste likecreal moi moi?
excellent .how many minutes to cook/ steam when in the pot?
Well it depends, just like your regular Moimoi you need to keep checking to see when it's done. It usually doesn't take long. One way to know is when it feels well cooked. It falls apart very easily when not well cooked and also tastes a bit raw.
