      @@Stananeto I've tried something similar with ripe plantain and it was overly too sweet for my taste buds especially for a pudding dish. That's what informed my choice of unripe plantain. ☺

    excellent .how many minutes to cook/ steam when in the pot?

      Well it depends, just like your regular Moimoi you need to keep checking to see when it's done. It usually doesn't take long. One way to know is when it feels well cooked. It falls apart very easily when not well cooked and also tastes a bit raw.
