  • Someone said she will not be playing my guessing games again cos my ingredients are unusual 😂😂😂. Well I truly had a gift for who would guess right but no one got it.

    I'm USA southerners. I tried moimoi with white navy beans. It's was close to b 👁️ beans taste. Without shelling beans. I'll try this next. Bon appetit. Thanks for recipe.

    I saw this and immediately went and made it. It’s on the fire now but I used the European sweet potatoes 🍠 it’s super soft. I use it in almost all my baking so I can’t wait to see how this turns out ❤❤❤will be back

    I used small aluminum moi moi bowls and it came out watery. I feel that if it is mixed with a little beans, it will be better because potatoes don't have the swelling effect after cooking like beans.

    Hi hi so I tried this recipe yesterday but my own did not form it was still a bit watery,
    So I kept cooking for like over an hour cos I used the moi moi enamel tiny plates but no change.
    Pls where did I not get correctly I need help cos I disappointed my kids yesterday 😢😢😢

    Akwukwo Uma in Anambra State.Sweet potato is hard so I believe only Buchimix blender can grind it to a smooth paste or the local market grinders.I have normal blender.I like sweet potatoes and will try this out.Kudos Gina.

      I went to grind from those industrial machine grinders they didn't want to because it was too hard I had to cut into small pieces but d taste was out of this world it was nose blinding

    The first time I made it(2x) I missed the egg bit. But the 3rd time I used egg as shown in the video. The result was the same.

      Finally I got a solution: use oat flour in addition to egg. It binds so awesomely 👏

    The reason I would still prefer beans is because beans is protein and moi moi is one of my ways of running away from carbs because ever other thing we eat are mostly carbs but I’m still curious and I’m definitely going to try this one,creativity on the highest level ❤

      Well, you should know that beans contains 60-70% of carbohydrates and only about 20-25% of protein, depending on the type of beans. Beans is majorly carbohydrate. Make your research.
