The adhomukha swanassana - if it could be shot with a front facing camer rather than only the side facing one, that would be really great. I find it difficult to do it, can't touch my heels with the small of the back pointing upwards. And it forms the basis for doing so many other asanas.

Good asana for legs. I practiced this with both the legs(both sides) today. Hope that is the right way. Also, I think this works well when we put our weight on elbows.
