  • A view people have asked for my views on these two bikes and which I prefer. I honestly can't say I prefer one over the other, they are both top bikes and probs the best you'll get in the supersport 125 category but anyway here's my views on a few different aspects.
    Apologies for the long video again, so here's the individual parts if you want to jump to them:

      +Gonçalo Celestino Not really tbh, because like I said a 125 is a 125 at the end of the day so performance wise there isn't going to be much of a difference :)

    I'm going to buy one of them in April but i'm in a bit of dilemma i can get a yamaha r125 for 3000 euro's (used) and the ktm for 5000. (new, since there are no used ones on sale in my country)
    so here's my question is the extra features and comfort of the ktm worth an extra 2000 euro's

    • @glebpodorozhnyy7210
      @glebpodorozhnyy7210 8 лет назад

      +thestig987654321 Where do you live? Just curious why there's no used KTM. I suggest getting a new Ktm RC. Getting a new bike will mean you will easy re sell it when the time comes as well as you don't have to worry about it having any issues and you don't need to be even concerned for the first year since the dealership have a warranty.

    • @thestig987654321
      @thestig987654321 8 лет назад

      +Gleb Podorozhnyy I live in the Netherlands and when I check the used bike sites there were no used ktm rc's to be found only new ones and those are at leat 1.5 grande more.
      I know buying new is the safer route but I just don't want to spend that kindmoney unlessm it's really worth it and since i can get a used r125 from a dealership for the a grand less than new i think I'll get a used bike for now

    • @glebpodorozhnyy7210
      @glebpodorozhnyy7210 8 лет назад

      I say go for the r125 then. Plus you will need about 1 grand for overall gear and ad ons for the bike so ull need money for that. personally buying r125 myself aswell. a 2009 model with 2000 km on it for 2700 euro

      @InsaneLegenD756 8 лет назад

      +thestig987654321 I don't know if you've already bought the R125 or not, but I just wanted to say that the RC 125 also has ABS. The difference between a bike with and without ABS is huge. Even though I ride a cbf 125 at the moment, I wouldn't buy a bike without ABS anymore.

    • @glebpodorozhnyy7210
      @glebpodorozhnyy7210 8 лет назад

      InsaneLegenD756 the R125 also has ABS from the 2014 model (not sure from what year), which you can still get cheaper than the RC 125

      Jamie Carter Not sure tbh, I'm around 6ft and both were fine for me, I've heard of people who are 6ft 4" still fitting on fine so I'm sure both would be ok. If you get the chance the best thing would be to go into a shop and try sitting on both of them.
