Fz6s2 has less hp than fz6 fazer As I remeber. Fz6 fazer 2006 had 98 hp and fz6s2 2008 had like approximately 78 hp. That may explain the top speed difference.
@@omersaid1044 No that is totally false. ALL FZ6s has the same power, there is a 78hp version but is only a throttle plate limiter that they install for paper compliance, but can be removed anytime. Now, i have a FZ6 S2 and i have gone 250km/h on it, and i think i could go a little further, the thing with comparing with the FZ1, is that the FZ1 has a very close same top speed but the acceleration is just way too much more brutal, the speed is almost the same because the FZ6 has a higher redline than the FZ1, but if the FZ1 had the same 14.000 rpm redline, it would be a R1 with better torque.
@@cyberkiller83 yeah I knew about that throttle limiter and I knew that when u remove it its the same hp but I thought all stock fz6s arrived with that throttle limiter and most probably this guy has one with a limiter. Although I never ride one before, fz1 has a top speed of 296km/h which is still not that fast considering that even r6 can reach around that top speed.
@@omersaid1044 Again. The difference between the FZ1 and the 600 models like R6 and FZ6, is not thje top speed, is how FAST it gets to that top speed. The FZ1 is a monster pulling, it will get you to almost 300km/h in no time, Yes the R6 can get to 290km/h but it will take a long time to get there. Is the torque the main difference.
@@cyberkiller83 yeah same thing with the r6 r7 diffrence. R6 may be 4 stroke and 600cc but r7 is 700~ cc and 2 stroke so even though they have the same top speed almost, r7 has more torque due to stroke and volume difference. Torque is a game changer I guess but it is indeed very hazardous and non skilled riders or beginner shouldn’t use.
