Oftentimes, when a suicide has committed to killing themselves, this brings about peace and happiness because the finality of the act means they will not be suffering anymore. It lifts an enormous burden off of them because they no longer have to worry about the next day, week, or month. This is why those closest to them rarely see it coming, because in the days leading up to the act, friends and family will say "he was smiling" or "she was laughing" and "we didn't know anything was wrong" but it's because the suicide knew a terrible secret. A secret that they knew would free them from their pain and suffering.

Think of the man hours gone into building that plane. Hell, think how long it takes to clean up the wreckage. This man stole countless hours of other peoples' time, of other peoples' resources, including the scrambling of fighter jets on taxpayers' pocket and the investment into the maintenance of the place, of the air traffic controller's salary, etc. All in all, he cost society probably 15,000X that which he put into it until the moment of his death.
And that's nothing compared to endangering the lives of the people around him. We can have a serious discussion about mental health, it's treatment, a debate about what kind of legal responsibility a person who is in crisis should face, but you decided to express respect for him.

Rip Skyking. He managed to turn an Airliner into a somewhat fighter jet with the barrel roll. Insane. R.I.P.

Aerohk from my take. Which may be wrong. The news report stated video game training . And eye ball knowledge of watching pilots. Yet no landing knowledge.

Can't say I haven't 'mentally barrel rolled' in my life. Couldn't find myself wantin to nose down though. To many people depend on me. And I'd like to see what happens tomorrow, if that makes any sense. Furthermore, rip brother, this goes down in the big books. Why we idealized that, well. I think I know. I would have much rather got to know you though, but I think I kinda already do.
