Thanks so much Dr. Berg for talking about the powerful pollen. I have been a beekeeper and apitherapist since 1990 and I cured my sinusitis in 6 months when my doctor couldn't do it in 20 years. As you said pollen is rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, fatty acids, etc. In 2009 I made a mono diet with pollen to prove how complete is pollen. I have taken pollen every day at my breakfast since 1990. I also recommend it to my cancer patients. It is a good way to stop eating the wrong food which feeds cancer cells.😢

Hello Dr Berg... I have found all three of these remedies VERY helpful over the past 25 yrs or more. Bee pollen was an amazing remedy for our family for many years, but our local source said it was no longer safe because of the local farming practices. I use Alkakol, distilled water and saline solutions to clean the nostrils using a neti pot. It doesn't get rid of the allergy it just cleans out the mucus.
I always start a programme of daily local honey in January/ February and by spring i have very little reaction to the pollen. Also i take manuka honey when the pollen is really high, to boost my immune system. Works so far.
As always awesome content Dr. ❤My mom was super allergic to anything and everything all her life. Once she starts to sneeze she will continue non stop for few days. She would take cetrizine and be drowsy all day. Finally I discovered quercetin. It was a game changer for her. She started taking 2 capsules per day. Hardly any allergic reactions sine she started that. Any flare ups were rare and when she has it we up her dose to 4 capsules a day and the symptoms are gone within a day. Will try bee pollen.
I’ve watched videos on how to collect stinging nettle leaves before the forms develop. Wish I knew earlier in the season and could find some so I could give it a try. It’s fun to eat from your land!
I have allergies throughout the year; my allergy test backs it up. All types of tree pollen, mold, 2 tree nut allergies, so I'm going back to taking stinging nettle and bee pollen.
Hey Berg - Getting low on topics? how about doing a thing about Mulberry leaves, lot of science out there about them, as an example ; " Three flavonol glycosides [quercetin 3-(6-malonylglucoside), rutin (quercetin 3-rutinoside) and isoquercitrin (quercetin 3-glucoside)] were identified as the major LDL antioxidant compounds by LC-MS and NMR. The amounts of these flavonol glycosides in mulberry leaves and mulberry-leaf tea were determined by HPLC. Our results showed that quercetin 3-(6-malonylglucoside) and rutin were the predominant flavonol glycosides in the mulberry leaves. "
I eat local raw honey, consumed lots of bone broth during the winter months. Pretty much no allergies which I was surprised at how minimal my reaction was compared to other years 🥰
We keep bees at the farm and I have a tea spoon of honey every morning throughout the year in the hope that it will help with the hayfever. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me... I just started the blood type diet and cut wheat, corn, dairy from cow's milk and pork. It's only the fourth day, but so far I have had one allergy tablet so far. Normally I need one every eight hours, plus the nasal spray and the eye drops. I'll try to stick to the diet for two months, the worst months here in Switzerland, and see how it goes. But I will definitely buy the bee pollen from our region and give it a go.
Same for me, I've already been eating local honey for a year and have taken quercetin daily for a couple years and eat onion in food frequently. My allergies are still the same as ever.
Thanks Dr Berg. Your videos come just in time. I've been feeling awful with allergies feel like I'm dying. I started taking serrapeptase, zinc, copper, vitamin c and stinging nettle tea. I will add the others you mentioned. I do OMAD and consume lots of fruits vegetables and butter. I should be getting well soon.Thank you.

I live in Vegas and I'm allergic to mesquite tree pollen. With that being said, I've been getting allergy shots for the past year and a half with the hopes of building tolerance to. I actually go down to one shot a month in two weeks. Also, I picked up raw, local, honey too the other day. Hoping I can get some sort of relief from.
I have two success stories. You suggested castor oil to make my eye brows reappear & fish oil for scales or losing skin on the hands where it appears in the summer months.

Hello Dr. Berg thank you for all your good Contant . I wanted to let you know that I have always been allergic shots as a child and such and didn’t get rid of my allergies until I was 59 years old and stopped eating gluten. My rosacea also cleared up and I went on a ketogenic diet but still had a lot of food sensitivities last month. I discovered the carnivore diet and I have been doing fabulous since I started it I have had fluid retention since my 30s and I now have ankles. I am so happy, I also have a pacemaker sleep apnea which has resolved itself. Well, if you’re going carnivore, that food is what my body wants . Thank you so much for your detailed explanations. They have come in handy over the years.
My granddaughter had rosacea and was found to have small intestine bacteria overgrowth (SIBO). It disappeared after having her SIBO treated (they are related). Dr. Berg also had a video on this. Perhaps you also had SIBO, but cleared it up through your healthy diet.
I am allergic to cold air and my nasal cavity is often particularly dry, maybe you can try using sponge rhinitis nasal plugs if you don’t want to have surgery or take medicine, my dad and me cured by using sponge nasal plugs, I am forever grateful for it
I suffered from horrendous hay fever (ie. a grade 4 grass pollen allergy) from 13-45, I'm now 55. However, after healing my leaky gut 10 yrs ago, the allergies disappeared 💯%. Although if I ever slip up with my diet during pollen season, the allergies do come back. The main culprit being glyphosate - which quickly breaks down cell junctions. So therefore I strictly avoid the worst offending foods: mainly grains and... oddly enough, pre-shelled walnuts, pecans, pistachios and almonds (which are all treated with glyphosate after shelling - yes, even organic versions). I wish more people knew about this. It's not easy to follow such a diet, I know. But when you do, it feels miraculous to not be miserable anymore.
@@Dongnghi2006 As I eluded to, you may be able to heal leaky gut by avoiding glyphosate. Which means, eating no grains (ie. wheat, oats, rice, corn, rye etc) and no pre-shelled nuts (still in shell is ok). These are the worst offenders.
Well, what if you don't know what you're allergic to and have symptoms all year round, summer, winter, and it doesn't matter if you're in- or outside of the house. I have this problem for almost 25 years. September this year I was in Jakarta Indonesia, the whole month, all symptoms were gone. No sneezing, no runny nose, no burning eyes, no itchy skin, sleep became better, while being in the most polluted city in the world. Now I'm back in the Netherlands and the daily torture is back, but to this day no doctor has been able to tell me what I am allergic to.
Dear Dr Berg 💖 please do a video on Spinal Stenosis. There is very little information out there on what can help. My mother is suffering with. Thank you 🥰
Spirulina also works very well to relieve symptoms of hay fever. If you're in Australia/ NZ would recommend lifestream brand. Seems to have a cumulative affect. I no longer need antihistamines at all and rarely use spirulina either.
Thank you for all your videos. Is it too late to take bee pollen if it's already spring ? since it's already in the air so it would just make it worse ?
Great video! So what if my allergies are annoying enough that I need to take Claritin daily to suppress the sneezing, swelling, watery eyes, etc.... Should I stop taking the Claritin for these remedies to work properly??
I have been adding 1 Tbs and 1 Tbs of nutritional yeast to my salads for years. Could be why I have not been sick with colds or sinus for 10 years now. Before that I was taking boxes of OTC allergy meds. Thank you for explaining this to us.
I tried all of the remedies you reccommend here but none of them worked for me. The bee pollen gave me a terrible rash all over my body! Is there anything else that may help me?
Homeopathy is brilliant, you could go to a homeopath or phone, a homeopathic pharmacy and ask advice, but the remedies, allium cepa and euphrasia are good, actually drinking a sip of your own urine can be really helpful. I give my dog vitamin B5 with quercetin and pine bark extract, and that works well. The cause of Allergies is obviously vaccines so take them at your peril.!
Maybe try goodbye lupus by brooke goldner here on youtube. She healed herself from lupus with a raw vegan diet and helped many others heal similar chronic diseases. I personally just drink 1 green smoothie a day and just eat normally(non-vegan) for the rest but it really helps me relax and feel better.
Should have "recommended" going to the Dr. before starting on an allergy treatment, & to make sure if you're on any prescription drug's as herbs/prescriptions can have interactions. You can also eat the stinging nettle seeds. 😊

Local honey is the BEST remedy because it contains ALL the pollen you are exposed to and allergic to. Pollen bought at a better price online, or in a market which sells many different kinds, but none local, is the go-to for most people who do not realize that they will not be getting the pollen they need to acclimate to. Learned this about 30 yrs ago from a forest firefighter who specialized in "Prescribed Burnings" the very thing that prevents wildfires like we see in Canada, and California who decided to NOT do them, because of the carbon prescribed burnings produce.

My allergies were super aggressive and painful, I started to decrease the amount of pills I put in my body and now I have very mild symptoms and no paint at all. I am allergic to cold air, maybe you can try using sponge rhinitis nasal plugs if you don’t want to have surgery or take medicine, my dad and me cured by using sponge nasal plugs, I am forever grateful for it...
Thank you for everything you do Dr Berg!
Glad to help!
I use Alkakol, distilled water and saline solutions to clean the nostrils using a neti pot. It doesn't get rid of the allergy it just cleans out the mucus.
god bless you. you make the best, most helpful videos. thank you so much for everything you do!
I always start a programme of daily local honey in January/ February and by spring i have very little reaction to the pollen. Also i take manuka honey when the pollen is really high, to boost my immune system. Works so far.
Hi! Dr. Eric Ber! Thank you for the info. Keep safe … God bless!
You're welcome. Thanks for your message. Wishing you the same!
I'd rather try quercetin than the bee pollen. Thank you and I hope your mother is doing fine.
I’ve watched videos on how to collect stinging nettle leaves before the forms develop. Wish I knew earlier in the season and could find some so I could give it a try.
It’s fun to eat from your land!
@helenevion4868 oh, before the stingers develop.
In Brazil, we produce bee propolis, which is very nice as well
And good for protecting sores on fish

Again, the condition of the liver affects so much. Thanks Dr B🌞
No problem. Hope you learned something new here.

@imhappy83 Thanks
Thank you so much Doctor Berg.Very wonderful topic , it's solving my problem i have allergy for pollen for nearly 10 years ❤🙏👍

Thank you and thankful Dr Berg, your daily information always useful plus great advice. Have a good day dr Berg and your team also
Did u try everything like honey, bee pollen and stinging nettle?
@@zerrodefex It's really frustrating 😤 Maybe try the blood type diet as well.
@@zerrodefexQuail eggs and reishi help a lot for me.
Serrapeptase is amazing..so many benefits.. I recommend Arthur Andrew serretia
@helenevion4868 thank you.
Thank you for everything you do Dr Berg
No problem. Glad to share helpful videos.
Doctor, I struggled with nasal issues for years, turned out to be a fungal infection just now. My local doctors misdiagnosed each time and made matters worse
Stinging nettle has a great taste as an tea, never heard of consumable bee pollen before
Thanks for sharing, Dr n My child has bad allergy to grass and plants in nature! She really doesn't want to go out, due to thay problem !
Any advice !
Thanks a lot !
No, never did have Sibo have an issue with candida though
Thankful dr Berg. Your daily information always useful and great advice. Have a nice day and your team also
Thank you so much Dr Berg!
You're welcome. Thanks for always watching my videos. Have a nice day!
Dr.Berg please upload a video regarding ACD allergy and solution for that too...I'm a vegetarian
This is important video for us thanks doctor

Most welcome! Be well!
I have honey in my tea every day. Also have 2 allergy shots a week. I can tell a big difference since having honey several times every day.
I have read elsewhere that honey looses its effects with heat. So perhaps when added to hot beverages it is only equivalent to healthier sugar.
Omg I haven't been online watching this amazing handsome docter..I'm glad I'm bk on ..missed u Dr.berg❤❤❤❤❤

Thanks so much Dr. Berg, but if you could increase the audio quality will be even better :)
Thank you for the information. What amount of water do I soak the granules of bee pollen in?
Local honey helped me with some of my allergies. Also helps support the local farmers.
Cách chữa lành bệnh rò rỉ ruột( leaky gut) thế nào ?? Xin giúp mình, please help me
@@Dongnghi2006 As I eluded to, you may be able to heal leaky gut by avoiding glyphosate. Which means, eating no grains (ie. wheat, oats, rice, corn, rye etc) and no pre-shelled nuts (still in shell is ok). These are the worst offenders.
Thank you so much. 😍

Thank you 🥰
Hello. Check out my video here about spinal stenosis: ruclips.net/video/S1tBzf7eCug/видео.html
I had rhinotus during my teens. Not sure if I still have it. My health has definitely improved since then. Wish I knew what I know now.

Yes try the clear up device from Tivic Health. Miraculous! ❤

Young stinging nettles slightly steamed for a minute is delicious. With some healthy fats.
This is one of those things it does not affect me whatsoever no matter where I go.
Should have "recommended" going to the Dr. before starting on an allergy treatment, & to make sure if you're on any prescription drug's as herbs/prescriptions can have interactions.
You can also eat the stinging nettle seeds. 😊
@helenevion4868 only if you're allergic to food. Herbs & prescription drug's are different.
I may need to try this. Took all day for my nose to stop dripping after mowing the yard yesterday

Thank you. I 😅did not know if this. I will look into it.
I've already been eating local honey for a year now, no decrease in allergies.
Thank You!

Hello, I have seasonal allergies. Mine shows up on beginning of September and it goes away at the end of October. My allergies were super aggressive and painful, I started to decrease the amount of pills I put in my body and now I have very mild symptoms and no paint at all. Slowly I’m overtaking myself from those allergies. (Stoped taking the medication 2years ago and I never felt better) when it’s time for allergies I stay hydrated and eat a lot of nutritionally full meals. And sun of course.
Can you make a video on how to defeat a Cold urticaria please? What is the cause and how to make it go 😢. Been having hives every time i leave the house in colder months october-april. Thanks!
