I searched the Internet high and low and finally came to your video. Thank you very much for posting. I was wondering what I was going to do or even what the problem was what part went wrong so thank you so much👍
Appreciate the info. I do have to tell you that having locks on both ends of your gate opener is very risky. The fire dept would scold you very harshly for that. The time they would have to spend cutting that lock could be the time they need to save a family member or keep your house from burning down.
To make the job easier, remove the pin or lock on the hinge side and flip the motor upside down then put the pin back. This way you'll be working with the circuit board facing upwards to the sky. Much easier. Then when you complete the repair work, put the cover back on, and flip it back to the correct position again. The on and off switch MUST be always facing towards the GROUND or it will guarantee leak water into the motor and electronics. Whenever the mighty mule hits an obstacle, the 15 amp fuse will blow. If you are handy you can use a spade lug connector with two wires and a fuse holder and run it outside (along with the other wires) outside of the motor so that when the fuse blows, you don't have to flip it upside down and take it all apart again just to change the 15amp fuse. Buy the same type of fuse holder that comes with the kit that is attached to the battery side connection. You can also use the auxiliary connection on the circuit board to set a steady or flashing blue or amber light at the top side of the gate so that when you hit the remote button, people will know that mighty mule got the signal and is swinging open or closed. Tip: take a picture of the dip switches in your remote control transmitter and email it to yourself so that whenever you buy an additional remote control transmitter, you can search your email and duplicate the dip switch settings. EZ PZ. Thanks
My wife came home last night, gate worked fine. Unit not even 1year old. MM350. This morning she called and said that when she pushed her opener, that the opener beeps 3 time's. She said it acted like it wanted to open, but wouldn't. Turned the arm off, then on, tried remote again, and had the same result. 3 beeps and no movement.
These consistently breakdown. Mostly due to moisture getting inside units. I have now replaced my original gate 5 times!! I really should give up, but I like not getting out of my car to open and close gate! Just know you will probably have to replace about every 2 - 2 1/2 years.

Thank you, yes I am aware of that. Unfortunately we were having People remove the gate opener and come in when we weren’t here

Probably could get some CRC corrosion inhibitor spray and spray all inside there to protect everything electrical.
We are looking for a gate opener also but I think we’re going to do Solor🤔 what caused that opener to break? Is this a common thing?✌🏻
This is solar. I think moister got into the control board
