Sounds like a bad control board if the first opener jogger button is attempting to move both arms. I'd order replacement before 1 year warranty is up, I did this and it helped because they've upgraded the entire line (arms, boards, etc). You'll get a new board for free and can eliminate the potential source. I'm having a very similar issue with my opener. Mighty Mule 262 (Dual Swing) with same control board and 2 solar panels for charging the battery. Mine worked solid for almost a year until I added the locking accessory, causing it to stop mid-use roughly 3 months later. I've tried everything I can think of, have sat on the phone with customer support numerous times, and still have no operation. Customer support told me to NEVER hook up more than 1 battery, or more than 12V, but when i used a second battery to help power the arms and lock I got more movement than previously (still not enough to operate normally).
