Oohhh! I made this and it was awesome! 👍🏼 ❤️ I used 7 chilies and it was just the right medium heat for me and my family. I’m making more today. It’s addicting! Thanks for the recipe!
@@LaCocinaDeJannett it sure is, although I thought I'd add some cilantro to my second batch because we like it in our salsa. Yeah, no. I advise against it. Keep it AS IS. Don't mess with perfection. lol!
@@LaCocinaDeJannett 2:58 is my jam lol. So I was talking the other day and a woman said your definitely military. Apparently when you say tracking it's a dead give away. I just wanted to share your dead give away because I didnt notice until told. Thanks again your amazing!
Oh mother Mary of Jesus. I made this salsa. And while it's very very good. Beware. 15 Chile? I put 10 to make a medium and oh lord. I was breathing fire out of both ends. 3rd degree burn in my mouth and 2nd degree burn on my butt. Heck I sent this batch to the devil and he sent it back. 3 to 4 Chile's makes a medium. 8 to 10 Chile's expect a burn you can't stop at both ends with a sinus cleanse. 15 to 20 Chile's expect high blood pressure a change in color, constant praying that you live through it while feeling like your melting on fire from the inside out. Other than that. Very delicious salsa. 😊
This has got to be one of the best comments I've ever read!!! Thank for making me laugh. I agree it is spicy, a little goes a long way and it is very flavorful and delicious!!! After all that I'm glad you liked it :)
@@LaCocinaDeJannett I absolutely love it ❤. I make it a couple times a week. What I have learned is that the Chile de Arbols can be quite inconsistent in heat. Some batches are way hotter than others lol. I love hot. I can never find hot enough sauce at any restaurant I go to. But this recipe here got me feeling like I just had a fight with a flamethrower. I was sweating, crying, nose running, my face was beet red 🥵 but i couldn't stop eating it. It is so good. Lol. I had my mom try this new sauce. she took one bite and cussed me for an hour lol 😆 😂🤣. I had my son try it and he was sucking wind for an hour. Lmbo 😂. This hot sauce created a great memory that day. My mom still talks about it. Lol. Totally love this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.
Another great video! I just finished making it and mine turned out really salty, not sure what I did wrong as I used 1 TBS salt and 1TBS Chicken Bouillon. Or is it supposed to be salty to go with Birria?
Oh no.... I’m sorry to hear that. No it’s not suppose to be salty. I’m wondering if your tomatoes were smaller where it was too much salt compared to your ingredients. My Roma tomatoes were pretty big. Only suggestion I have for next time is start w half a tablespoon, taste when fully blended and then adjust. Keep me posted on how that works next time for you. Thanks for watching.
@@LaCocinaDeJannett Same here mine was incredibly salty, but delicious. I will be making it again tomorrow and will start with half and add more if needed.
James If you have all ingredients MAKE IT ASAP!!!! Remember it’s very spicy!!! It can go on anything...I also add it to tacos, breakfast, burritos, chicken, steak. Anything you want to add heat too and flavor!!!! Birria is a slow braised beef soup...this salsa pairs perfectly with it. But the possibilities for this salsa are endless. Keep me posted when you try it.
