Sour cream is good and yes harder to blend but very tasty. But either way if you have a good eye for seasoning food, it will come out amazing. Which by the looks of it you know what you doing.😘
Thank you used part of your recipe , I leave the cilantro for the end because I like the specks,I deseed the peppers and replace one serrano peppers with 2 jalapeno,for the water I add 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup sour cream no milk.. I broil three tomatillos and half medium onion and one are two garlic clove the peppers until they start to char. Don't be afraid to experiment like adding a couple tomatillo's Good luck are cut back on some of the liquid ,to taste.

Darlene tra Yes it’s a lil bit spicier Thant the first video. Ultimately you can add as many peppers as you’d like. All depends on how spicy you want it!!! I’ve added up to 5 serranos if I want it spicier 😉 or less. All personal Preference. Let me know how you like it.

I find it amusing that people are like “ew! milk in the avocado sauce” and then they would probably serve this with sour cream or crema on whatever they were eating, mixing the milk product anyway.
Sour cream is already thick. I like to use something that can help smooth out the thickness of the avocado. Milk to me works best 👍🏼 regarding taste the milk doesn’t add any taste it’s just for consistency
Thanks for the recipe, I roasted the serranos and onions and added cloves of garlic as well and it came out delicious!! I agree with the use of the milk since it did add the creamy texture you don't get with just water. As someone else said sour cream does work too!!
Careful with how much milk as can dilute the flavor. I have tried sour cream which is also good and adds creaminess.
