Thanks for making content about this, as a woman in her early 20s rediscovering & educating myself about my own period, due to the lack of growing up! I hope this information finds so many girls who need it!
The follicular and ovulatory phase (coming next week) is the best!! Am I right or am I right?! Gotta love that boost in energy 😆🙌🏼 Also, forgot to mention as my energy increases so does the weight I lift!
Hey! Kyla I really really really enjoyed watching your what I eat in a day vlog so so much you inspired me so so much and I wish you reach 90K Subscribers very very soon!💖☺️✨
Great question!! I would follow the phases/steps accordingly but when it comes to my luteal and menstrual phase I would dial it down and go back to phase 1 just for the time being when my energy/hormones are really low. Phase 1 is amazing to always go back to regardless of how long you have been working out. It gives your body a break and rest it needs especially during those phases where your hormones and energy is low and it allows you to focus on endurance, form, posture, etc. Then when your energy and hormones rise again I would go back to whatever phase you were in beforehand or just go the next phase like if you were starting over again. Hope that all makes sense! 😊
@@KylaBeland okay2. correct me if i’m wrong, the luteal n menstrual phases total up to around 3 weeks, doesn’t it? won’t it leave only 1 week for the actual opt phase? i’m new to cycle syncing n i’m tryna learn it rn so pls bear with me 😅
