What protein powder do you use? I spotted a “clean” on the label but couldn’t get a clear view of the brand.

Why don’t we want excess estrogen?

Yeah I don’t get that part either ?

We don’t want excess estrogen because it triggers pms symptoms like sore breasts, moodiness, acne, painful cramps etc. just like we don’t want excess of anything in our bodies, we want estrogen in balance. Hope that answers your question

Hi Kyla, I’m kind of confused, how is it days 14-21 (8 days) but only lasts 3-4 days..?

    • @KylaBeland

The “days 14-21” is the range of which ovulation could start so it could start on any days between 14-21 and when it does start (say for example it starts on the 16th) it lasts only 3-4. Doctors put a range because every women’s body is different. Hope that makes sense! 😆
