INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups Basmati rice
2 tbsp oil
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
2 medium onions
Different colored capsicums
1/2 cup green peas
1/2-1 cup tomato puree
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp red chilly flakes (if you like the hot ones)
1 tsp oregano
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce (optional)
2.5 cups water
1 Chopped Carrot
Corns
1/2 cup boiled kidney beans/red beans
Spring onions
Chilies/jalapenos (if you like the hot ones)
Fresh coriander
