Yep. It’s hard to beat a good cup of coffee before trail in the morning. Makes me feel all out of whack if I miss it. Good weather and great views!🙌
If you get to the Hampton area, if you have a chance, catch a ride into Roan Mountain and stop at Smoky Mountain Bakers for some pizza and some cookies. I stop there on my way to the beach every summer. It's so good!

what was that lizard? I've never seen those on trail. Do you or Julie have an app called Seek? It will help identify plants and small animals.

Sony is used for a few pictures only
What are you using now for wool compression socks? I prefer the long socks as well.
CEP sleeves , I use them in winter and summer
@@baskets8429 Oh, thanks. I didn't realize they aren't socks but just sleeves. Actually I kind of like that idea because it's more flexible with ankle socks
