This channel has saved me so many times for so many issues. This morning I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement, connected figuratively and literally to bad arthritis in my neck.I did let them make one appointment for me with their PT folks, but I told them that I have this great RUclips channel that I follow called Precision Movement, and it's saved my bacon so many times. I'll get started on these tonight. No doubt they will be helpful. The only thing is, for people like me who have knee issues and are unable to get down onto the floor, it's always helpful to have an alternative version of the exercise to do.

This is amazing! I've had an impingement in my right shoulder for about 30 years. It got so bad that I had frozen shoulder for awhile. I have been through therapy for it countless times. I finally had a doctor give me an exercise that helps, rowing using a therapy band, but recently my band broke and I haven't been doing the rowing and my pain levels were going back up. Thanks for this video. My pain was bad this morning and now it's gone! Even the rowing exercise didn't work this fast! Thanks again!

You are without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and helpful on RUclips, I have serious pain mainly in the left shoulder and it has migrated out to the side of the shoulder/upper arm, I know it's been through years of extremely heavy (upwards of 165kg) Bench Pressing over the years, these exercises seem to be helping. Another good ROM exercise that feels like its getting to the deeper areas that need to be woken and fired up. With daily practice i can see it opening up the joint and freeing it to do what it should be doing without pain or restriction getting it into its correct position. Pain free longevity love it👍

Thank you. I did a couple reps of the last demonstration. I'm in my mid 70's so slow and easy. I felt unexpected muscle movement in area near and under scap I did not expect. Tingling in that area I suspect was from fascia movement and getting unstuck. I'll increase repeps as the week progresses. YOU CAUGHT ME. My shoulders were up near the ceiling. Happy New Year.

Hi, and that is likely overkill.
However, some techniques can be modified to use one, although there will likely be no difference in the outcome as hand strength and body weight are typically sufficient for optimal results.

      Hi!
It's safe to attempt them all. However, stop doing any exercise that causes pain or that you cannot modify to make it pain-free, no matter how small the movement.
It sounds like you could use something more comprehensive and progressive.
