I could say soo many things about 'my' Whitney..but it really irritates me when some people imply that she didn't have vocal range or melisma abilities. Especially LIVE and without auto tune etc., etc. I mean.. don't even get me started....Hahaha!
Same. It is so annoying when people act like all she had was a nice tone and power. Whitney had an amazing range, agility, purity, control, intonation, and articulation. She was a highly intelligent singer who knew when to hold back, and when to let loose. Whitney made it look easy, yet nobody can do it like she did.
