I am curious. At 2:06, you show that the "total fat intake should be 20-40% of daily calories". For a sedentary men like, the daily intake should be 2200 calories, right? So 20% of 2200 = 440 to 40% of 2200 = 880 calories. At a rate of 9 calories for each gram of fat (lipids), this works out to 440 ÷ 9 = 49g to 880 ÷ 9 = 98g. Are these "typical" to you in terms of diet?

Good video, however there is some disagreement on some issues discussed. I have decided to switch out added oils with nuts, seeds and coconut. I sauté with water or low sodium broth. Thank you

***** In the response, he was saying these oils i.e..Olive oil are good for salads, smoothies, and such not for cooking. Coconut oil is the one oil that is versatile in cooking anything and using for your skin and hair, but it is expensive to buy.It is so good and healthy for you than any other oil out there. It penetrates quickly and solidify quickly to touch when using. I just bought a big size jar of it from Costco and I think it will last for 4 or 5 months. From what I heard and not too sure about; when frying with Olive Oil it releases free radicals in the air which is harmful, it maybe the same with cooking with it also. Hope this helps.

yes you can though I would do one TSP per meal if you use it is used at each meal though mainly because of the cost to buy it. it is great for pasta and meats.

It's good, it does have some good health benefits. I wouldn't use it for deep-frying? Well I've never tried it. But it does have a moderate high smoke point. I use coconut oil.

    Dear Super Foods Evolution,
Who is actually watching out for our nations health and well being? Things that you said in your video reminds me of what the late author Mr. Jim Marrs was uncovering but he actually found out who it was by a simple short phrase he learned early in his reporter career which is "follow the money!" I was very proud of the folks who owned 1/4 of the money in the world till I found out that they are the ones who are behind all our health issues. If you read Jim's books you'll see that that's not all they are doing. I want compensated for my great uncle Jaspers death in WWI. The one percent has started every war since 1744 and they have no hesitation about killing 6.8+ billion of us and turning the rest of us into their slaves. I betcha the NAACP would like to read his books. We need the world to reform and throw those people behind bars and confiscate their money. They should never be released as they will pick up where they left off if they aren't permanently behind bars monitored for influence. ACLU you need to combine forces with your counterparts all around the world to stop what our congressionals and higher won't. Please for every crime against humanity they have and continue to commit, we need a world law for purity, etc..., so not them or anyone can try and take over or commit crimes on an international level and get away with it.
    Sincerely,
    Don Suiters

... there is disagreement on "animal fats " ... good ( grass fed ) tallow & lard .. contradictions ="brain is fat (60%) = needs fat = needs cholesterol -- but lowering that level is GOOD?? ... I disagree -- ( although it violates the Vegan & AMA dogma ) -- it is anti-intuitive that fats that have been "processed " in a living animal would be unhealthy .. maybe need to update info --- or just take your animal fats attitude with a grain of (sea) salt ...

Lost ALL confidence in this video at 4.08. Every expert I have listened to have said that cholesterol does not cause numerous heart and health issues at all, and that the myth of cholesterol has been proven 100%, to originate from a liar who held back information on his studies.
