Would u say the type of chocolate he uses in the guanche changes how liquidy it becomes, every time I make these it always seems too liquidy
@cosmicfire738 Maybe. I always use the Bakers brand German sweet chocolate and it always works for me. It does look liquid at first when mixing the heavy cream but it does thicken. I leave it in the fridge overnight before serving and it's very thick at the end.

Make sure you make it for a party, a group of friends and/or family.
One is SUPER rich lol
Or half the recipe. A 10“ cake spring form works well too:)

So I used 339gr butter for this recipe. But again, either make it for a party or half the recipe. We ended up throwing two or three away cuz they decayed😅

I feel like if they should have had hazelnut and/or walnut in the mix. It would have been 20 ingredients and it would have been just as delicious. Maybe dried strawberries on top, i don't know. Because there it is not a 20 ingredient brownie, it is a 10 ingredient brownie + frosting and ganache

For people who don’t want to replay the video a hundred times for the first recipe
20 ingredients brownies:
Brownie:
1.5 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 sticks butter
Mix well
4 egg
2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well
8 oz melted dark chocolate
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
8 oz semi sweet chocolate
Bake at Fahrenheit 350 for 25 min.
cheese cake topping:
16 oz Cream cheese
1 cup marscapone cheese
Mix well
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
Mix well
Take brownies out and pour cream mixture on top then place back in oven for 30 min
Ganache:
11 oz chocolate
11 oz of heavy cream(heated)
1 tsp salt
Slowly mix
When brownies have cooled pour ganache evenly on top then refrigerate
Once hardened sprinkle a bit of salt
