Dee Dee was hilarious when he wasn't high on heroin. Glad I had a chance to meet him. Wish I had met Joey. Joey appears to be in a sedated drug haze here, normally he was much more chatty.
Love Joey but Dee Dee ruled this interview , hilarious, exactly how a punk band interview should be makes me think of ace frehley joking around in the Tom synder kiss interview or like nirvana 1991 interviews , just funny as hell being super cool
I am not American, nor born english speaker, I wonder what is DeeDee talking about with "Dog sons or Docksons/sounds ???" cattle brot etc. Can someone help me here please ? :) Thanks in advance internet community !
There will never be a band with all interesting characters, talent and looks ever in the world as Ramones; so sad there are dead so young. Here are the two main songwriters ( Tommy wrote a los in the first 3 records, Jonny not much , and Richie contributed somo songs and vocals, CJ wrote a couple and of course Daniel Rey co wrote a lot
I didn’t like the interviewer. She may be a fine journalist in other contexts, but did not mesh well with Joey and Dee Dee at all. She really brought out absolutely nothing.
Ele viveu em Berlim em plena "guerra fria", em ambiente militar... Normal que fosse mais à direita mesmo Berlim DDR é uma merda mesmo, e Berlim DBR era uma das cidades mais legais do mundo...
Awful woman talking down to them like they are stupid and lazy. Every question is a snidey putdown. Why not talk about their music at all? They pick up on it though straight away - Dee Dee taking the p**s then enjoying the platform to talk, Joey finding her not really worth talking to.
@@JR-wj7vk Im 99% sure that was both a bit of sarcasm & a dig at rhe interviewer for saying "some people would say its been long enough to let it go" or something to that effect.
I miss Dee Dee. Nothing's more heart warming than Dee Dee's mischievous laugh.
Joey and Dee Dee are alive and the interview was flawless it's all that matters
So glad I was there. R.A.M.O.N.E.S., Ramones!
This is the best
Joey without leather jacket & chucks.
Poor lady. She actually did a great job interviewing these two 😂
What were you watching? She sucked. Condescending and uncomfortable. Two things an interviewer shouldn't come across as.
😂😂😂 right! i dont know if she was paid enough to be trolled for 20 min by these two punk goof balls 🤣🤣❤
Did anyone else think that the thumbnail looked like they were being interviewed by a penguin?
They might as well have been.
Are you telling me that’s not a penguin with an English accent interviewing them ?
Looks like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs.
best comment ever
Yes
"I really think we'll have a hit here. It's such a beautiful sleeve." Gotta love Dee Dee. 😂😂
Dee Dee is the man
DeDe was the most honest and genuine Ramone. The only person who DeDe had a problem with was DeDe and that’s why we lost him
civilized
Cool
She was a really great interviewer.
What’s the name of this interviewer? She’s done a couple other interviews with artists back in the 80’s.

I like Joey’s dress code here
Joey sounds irish when he say on occasion Regans does something right
Joeys OCD was really bad this day but he was too brilliant to corner and trivialize.
Dee Dee high as a kite
nah, this was directly after he got out of rehab. you can tell how happy and clean he is.
@@qramone9909 nah man the opioids are talking, just listen to him
@@TheDukeOfPannekoeken He was clean during this period. I think you're projecting.
He was clean and sober here.
High as a goddamn f-16
Years ago before they had rock groups they had freak shows lol

Time to retroactively cancel Lionel Ritchie for getting Joey hooked on pepsi, I do love Hello though.
Hooked on Pepsi is a good song
1 2 3 4!!!
the only reason why dee dee is talking about this to regan because johnny isn't around
If you tried it would take like a month to get all of Dee Dees one liners and rewrite them
I didn’t like the interviewer. She may be a fine journalist in other contexts, but did not mesh well with Joey and Dee Dee at all. She really brought out absolutely nothing.
2 kings f the punk
She is a cutie!
Dee Dee is great
But he was probably using brillow pad for something else
The interviewers Lost. You had to be a real pro to interview dee dee
Dee Dee was a huge conservative just like Johnny, he just wasn't closed minded

Damn deedee the Germans were the good guys.
You mean Nazis? How was torturing people and conducting experiments on other “races” good?
Please reply. I’ll be happily awaiting a response
