Love the kids meals! We have a 6 month old boy and I can’t wait to pack him little lunches! I love seeing what you use because it’s all so healthy and I think nowadays nutrition for kids isn’t emphasized enough! It also starts with parents and what we eat. This is a huge priority for my husband and I as we introduce solids and started when he was 5 months making sure we are exposing him to many things but also making sure it’s nutrient dense and fresh. You are such a good mom, you can tell how much love and care you have for your kids and the selflessness! Thanks again for sharing!
Love the ideas, will definitely be trying the dinner idea. Looks simple and delish! By any chance, do you have a recipe for the blueberry and lemon bread?
Sounds like a win from Jayden in Texas! PB&J is the best! Let the debates on jelly flavor begin! Hahaa.. strawberry or grape? Hahaha... curious if she has had banana and peanut butter sandwiches too? We loved those growing up!
@karasaundo I haven't tried a raspberry pb&j before, and am going to have to add it to the kid's rotation! The debate is strong in our household and very much divided on jelly preferences, but I loved how you didn't use sandwich bread! I will try the Tortilla route as well because maybe they will eat it all! Our kids always gripe about eating the crust on sandwich bread, so I will accept defeat on that one and try tortillas! Hahaha
The breastfeeding boobs😅 I always had to make sure I fed off both sides before a metcon or a run otherwise it was too painful! 23 weeks with #2 ready to do it all again. It's nice to see you balancing things with 2 kids.
favorite crossfit athlete of all time. You rock Kara
I vote for more kids meal ideas! That all looked great ❤

Yes she loved banana and PB. We don’t have grape here to much it’s usually just strawberry and raspberry 😂
