My rheumatologist told me to stop eating anything with additives, preservatives and food coloring. Then I found Bobby. He has helped my research on what’s best to eat. He’s spot on. So stop bitching and truly listen as he is actually only trying to help your health. If you don’t believe him, do the research yourself and you will be shocked as to what you are really putting in your body.
I see the manufacturers have gone down to not spelling out the countries and instead abbreviating them as quite a few will not know what the country code is on those olive oil bottles. Profit over people is so true.
Get olive oil from one origin. It should look green and be in a dark bottle. You will know by the taste what quality it is.

It's crazy how Bobby gets alot of hate by some people that watch his videos. Just blows my mind really. You ungrateful haters should be grateful that someone like Bobby is exposing the truth about ingredients that's in your food, snacks, drinks, that you're consuming everyday. These greedy food and beverage corporations don't want YOU as the consumer to know about this stuff. They are more than happy to keep their mouth shut about the ingredients in their brand.

I think he’s great I started watching his videos about 4 years ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and now today I have reversed the affects diabetes had in my body.. just shows it is what you eat that causes all these diseases

It’s a luaghable leap of logic to assume that because a single patient with type 2 diabetes was able to “reverse the affects of diabetes” that all diseases are caused by what a person eats. Not everyone who gets diabetes gets it due to poor diet and not all diseases have even remotely the same risk factors.

Once again, he woke me up to look at the ingredients before I purchase them. I have a list of preservatives from an organization I belong to, I refer to them too. Is Bobby perfect, no, only God is.

Thank you Bobby for educating all of us in regards to the foods we eat. No one ever came forward before and explained how to read the ingredients and what they meant. Most of us assumed that our government (FDA) was overlooking what we consume in our diets......I know I sure did. it is no wonder heart disease...diabetes...liver disease and high blood pressure is on the rise. ( as well as obesity) As thin as I am......i had no idea that even the so -called healthy foods I was ingesting.... was actually killing me. My blood work was a total mess. Everything was either borderline bad...or it was BAD. Following Bobby Parrish and actively paying attention to what I was eating..(and reading every label carefully) ...I am not completely out of the woods with my blood work......but 80% better now. I am working on keeping with his program. My physician is thrilled with my results and it is all because Bobby Parrish stepped up to the plate and is trying to educate us so all of us can be healthy as we grow older. No one else has ever enforced any of that to us before. So to all of you who bash him....and ridicule him.....be thankful that he took the time to research everything so we can be educated consumers....and not have horrible health issues in our lives. I was a year away from open heart surgery or a stroke.....and now I am feeling better and believe it or not.....enjoying my food as well. Long gone is the BOCA burgers and tasteless healthy choices. Take my advice ....you will not be sorry. My Grandfather always said...when you have your health...you have EVERYTHING. Amen....

I shop at my local coops or Farmers Market. I only buy some items at a typical grocery store. Thrive market doesn’t grab me, I love to give my business to local stores. So many businesses are going out of business due to online shopping.

@@Aam2008mui I order on Etsy. Been very happy with the Sulu brand of beef tallow. I can get large amounts and it lasts quite awhile. I also use some on my skin! It’s amazing!

Saturated fats are bad for lipid levels, olive oil, sometimes sesame oil are ok. But try to get fats in their natural form via seeds and nuts

Even although the olive oil is in dark bottle , take the bottle from back of shelf instead of front ,as the supermarket lights give off uv light which can degrade the bottled olive oil quicker .
To be fair, I always reach in the very back for every product because those typically have longer expiration dates.
Another good one is to make sure you check the BBD if there are only 1 or 2 items left, because it could mean they were sitting there for a long while, even a few years depending on the brand's popularity.

Correct, the date is an important one . Usually olive oil can last up to 12months from the bottling date , I also put it in the fridge , this will also let you know if it's extra virgin as the oil will slightly solidify with it being extra virgin olive oil .all the very best 👍

I've only been to the U.S.A. Once so not sure about the sugar content but here the U.K they literally put so much sugar in all of our foods. Even a slice of bread has up to 2g of sugar in it, I'm not a fan of sweet food but why do they have to completely overload with sugar on almost every food product we buy!

We get our honey from local bee guy. Yes its a little extensive but better and youre able to help the local market. Olive oil the italian brand that bobby picked is the brand i use because some Italian youtuber said that's the brand he uses too.
I only buy honey from the U.S.A. unless it's Manuka honey which is only grown in New Zealand and Australia. I only buy wild salmon.

Yea that Really Raw honey is the real deal. I get the huge tub from Amazon. Far as the olive and avacado oil can’t go wrong with primal kitchen but I also like that stuff in the black and yellow bottle. Don’t remember the name but it has that earthy taste you only find in high quality olive oil.
I had to check my avocado & olive oils from Costco. All good 👍

Read all labels so much of what you buy is bioengineered not real food. I don’t buy Ritz Cracker anymore look at the label. Bioengineered foods are not aloud in Europe.

Salmon I invite anyone to watch a French documentary about farm raised salmon in Norway. You'll stop right away. It's a catastrophic for the fish and humans. All those who work there never eat it.
No, you liar!!!! There are divisions in the fishing community like Trump vs. Biden. Fishermen LIE about the safety and sustainability of farmed fish because they have to compete with it and they know farming is more sustainable and it is preventing decimation of wild stocks. There are simply not enough wild salmon to meet demand, by a large margin.

The california olive oils were the highest in plastic contamination from processing. Check out Mamavation reviews of olive oils. Also non-organic olive oils can have high pesticide residue.
