Thank you so much for making these videos surrounding training and p/rehab throughout pregnancy, birth, and getting back to normal life. Nice to see someone do it the way I have always wanted to but haven’t seen demonstrated. Also great seeing Mattie so supportive
I think breastfeeding is natures way of allowing us rest because I know if I hadn’t been forced to sit down to do it, I would not have allowed myself enough rest. It’s so time consuming but it flies by. My boys are grown 16, 20, 24, 26 and 29 and my one regret is that I didn’t feed them for longer. I wanted my body back to myself but now I realise that feeding babies was only a tiny window in my lifetime. You have a much better attitude towards it all than I did.
Thank you for your kind words. Yes that totally makes sense, we can only do the best we can with the knowledge and ability we have at the time, there are always so many things we would do differently, hind sight is a funny thing isn’t it?!
I felt that 100%. My daughter is 10 weeks and doing an entire workout is… 😂 i made it like twice since i got back to working out. i constantly have to remind myself to not go all out on exercise, since i feel i have to rush through the wod. you are doing so awesome, absolute rolemodel! Wish you all the best from Germany
Absolutely crushing it as usual! Always great to see the Saunders family, and I am forever impressed with how you get back into working out after each pregnancy! Your advice for other moms is exactly what I tell my friends as well! It's too easy to be impatient or do nothing after baby!
It would be good if you could explain what pfa pelvic floor stuff means?! I think a lot of women that know about postpartum training refer to these acronyms or things that others with experience in this area might know but to a regular person it sounds like jargon and it’s hard to learn anywhere.
Yes I can definitely look into that in future vlogs. It’s definitely a touchy subject as I don’t want it to come across as advice to women when I am not a qualified therapist. But something I can explain a little more.
@@karasaundo yeah that would be really great, to learn more about some of the unique struggles with post partum training and rehab for those of us that haven’t experienced it. I see a lot of people just use the “This is what I do” and “This is how I understand it..” type disclaimers. We know you’re talking from your knowledge, your experience, and what you understand to be true! One of the fittest women in the world, we are here to learn and value what you have to say! 😁

Craniosacral/chiropractic can work wonders for bubs with tummy issues.
