    Both have their own unique benefits, and finding the right balance between the two can significantly enhance your fitness journey.
    Here’s what you need to know:
    LESSON 001: Cardio & Weight Training Have Two Separate Vital Roles & Complement Each Other Cardio exercises, such as running, walking, or cycling, are excellent for cardiovascular health and burning calories. They help improve heart health, endurance, and overall stamina. On the other hand, strength training, including weight lifting and resistance exercises, is crucial for building and maintaining muscle mass, boosting metabolism, and enhancing bone density. When combined, these two forms of exercise provide a well-rounded fitness regimen that covers all aspects of health and fitness.
    LESSON 002: Only Running Can Cause Muscle Loss, But Strength Training With It is a Balance While cardio is great for burning calories, excessive cardio without strength training can lead to muscle loss. This is because the body may start using muscle protein as a fuel source if it's not getting enough calories. Incorporating strength training helps preserve muscle mass and even build new muscle, creating a balanced approach that promotes fat loss without sacrificing muscle.
    LESSON 003: Adaptiveness & Switching Between Both is Necessary According to Situation Flexibility in your workout routine is key.
