The best diet is a diet that is best for you.
I have moved from diabetic blood sugar spikes a month ago to prediabetic. Hoping to drop into normal range by the Summer.
Loved the cat photobombing 😂😂😂
This was SOOOOooo helpful - thank you for posting this - I’ve been wondering about all these points you made - your answers make so much sense!! 👍😍😍🥰🥰🙌
T1D here, when I have a higher protein/fat meal, I definitely see a post-meal sustained high blood glucose that takes me about 18 hrs to get down, with multiple corrections. Sometimes I have to take up to 3x the amount of insulin than I normally give for my carb ratio.
Pretty hard to listen to this testimony with such low numbers when all of us listening in the pre-diabetes, diabetes range are thinking - Damn, I would love those numbers!
I would love to see a genuine, mutually respectful, professional dialog between Vegan and Carnivore doctors. There is one Doctor on RUclips in particular who taught Ketogenic Diet for years and gave what I thought was great advice on the proper fruits and vegetables to eat in moderation on that eating lifestyle along with other information about lifestyle changes. Now that same Doctor is totally Carnivore and states that there is an abundance of scientific studies to support what he calls the "proper human diet", and the plants are harmful for most people on the planet which he believes is absolutely the gospel truth about what humans should eat. People with chronic metabolic illnesses are so confused these days because of these opposing views that professionals are touting as the right choice to make, with equal fervor and citation of quality scientific studies. Why can't some of you get together and compare studies and expertise and assist with removing the fear and confusion? I would really appreciate such a collaboration.
I saw one of your “Shorts” and I was wondering, how do you make sure your daily fat intake is 15% or less.

My friend won't stop drinking soda and he is a diabetic on several diabetic meds. Will you do a video on soda that I can share with him?
Wait, Zoe is doing retests? Not in the US still tho?
im sure one day your approach to diabetes management and reversal will be the norm. like the lady said, a lot of people dont want to hear it because it means the would have to abandon their favorite foods, ie meat and dairy. fruits alls the way
ok Blue zones, a lot of pork and fish
