It has been only a month since I started pilates. My body is more flexible than before, not a lot, a little bit. Pilates slowly improves your body. You must be patient. It boost your mood as every workout. So, idk. Good luck (:
I think it depends on what you‘d like to achieve…. Sure, its not the same as training with heavy weights but personally, I really like it as an option to have a little bit of movement and not to work all day long in front of a screen. So, its nice to keep the balance… but also, my goals are not to change much, only to feel more balanced. Therefore, pilates is fun and I really like the different movements here 👍🏼 But just try it…. if you dont like it or you‘re not happy you can do sth else 🤷🏻♀️😊
i saw the results after like 2 weeks or so!! i was following hers 1mth pilates workout, after i finished i noticed that my body does look toned and my posture as well improved, also the mood was absolutely amazing :) i think if you balance your foods and move more throughout the day the results will be achieved even faster ☺️

Stay consistent and you’ll see results for sure, Pilates helped me tone my body.
