- After all the football stadium tours & seeing the historical memorabilia inside and around the grounds, I thought it made sense to explore the NATIONAL FOOTBALL MUSEUM in Manchester. Whilst there it also made sense to wander over to Classic Football Shirts 🤩 There's another National Football Museum in Dortmund, Germany where we'll be in a few days time so let us know if that's something you'd like to see... They couldn't do anything other than knock the towers down, they wouldn't have survived... that 1901 cup final between Tottenham and Sheffield is is only time even to now that a non-league club (Tottenham at the time) has ever won the fa cup
One question, why is the NFM in Manchester, and not in London. Wouldn't it make sense for it to be where football started?
Sheffield FC is the oldest club in the world and they're from Sheffield, not London :)
